We are a locally owned and operated The UPS Store location, and we care about our customers. We have the knowledge and expertise to handle all of your mailbox, packing, shipping, and professional printing needs and we are passionate about what we do!

You’ll meet one of our friendly customer service associates when you stop by. All of our associates are certified packing experts.

Whether you are another small business like us that needs help, or simply someone that needs professional printing, customized packaging and shipping solutions, full service mailboxes for us to handle your mail and package receiving, or even shipping large freight items like cars or antiques, our staff can help. We also provide services in graphic design, small business marketing, small business support, wide format printing (including blueprints, posters, and banners) and more.

History

Established in 1980.

Mail Boxes Etc. began in 1980, was acquired by UPS in 2001 and introduced The UPS Store brand in 2003. The UPS Store offers UPS-​direct shipping rates along with a variety of personal and business services to our customers. This location has been independently owned and operated since July, 2004.

The customer service at this store exceeds all expectations. I showed up with a package to send back to Amazon but the return label was incorrect. I have three kiddos under 2 so getting there is not trivial. The gentleman helping me offered to keep the package and let me email the corrected return label. This meant the world to me! Every time I visit this store the people are personable and very helpful! Thank you for making our community a better place!

This place is the best! Alex, the manager, always takes great care of all his customers. I’ve never had to wait in a line and the entire staff is great about finding the most affordable shipping solution. I’ve never felt pressured or upsold. On numerous occasions they’ve gone the extra mile to help me out. I am grateful to be a regular customer of theirs.

The UPS is the most convenient and customer service oriented mailing service store. I have always had such a pleasant experience and Alex is a great manager. When I say great Manager I mean, he is always so organized and helpful. I would rather visit this UPS store than the actual post office for their convenience and customer service.

This is the tidiest UPS store I have ever been to! They are open on the weekends (though only very early on Sunday), and all the employees are notaries. Convenient parking in a nice shopping center.

The best thing about this place for me is the location. Very close to home, very convenient. The prices are nothing to rave about, but at least you get what you pay for. I’ve sent several packages over the last couple of months, and I never heard any issues about them getting to where they’re going on time.
If you’re like me, and are too lazy to take the extra step of packaging yourself, they can do it for you, for some premium. If you’re doing this for business, this probably isn’t a very cost efficient manner, but for packages every once in awhile, it’s not bad. Pretty quick, pretty convenient.

Great group of people here that are extremely helpful and kind. PO boxes as usual are accessible 24⁄7. Rates for shipping, misc. items and for the mail boxes are standard.

I didn’t actually ship anything.
But as I was waiting for the vet to do some blood work on my little puppy, I noticed that there was a UPS store next door.
*light bulb going off in my head*
I had picked up my mail the night before, and I knew I had an electricity payment coming up. It was in my car! Something told me that mailbox stores usually accept utility payments.
Hey, I was there anyway, and it’d save me one less trip to the bank! After all, I hadn’t even set up my online account yet.
So, digging the envelope out of the car, I walked in.
There was only one older Asian man working. and he was nice as can be! Turns out, they don’t accept utility payments, but he was kind enough to point out another store in the same plaza that DOES accept payments.
What I thought was really cool was, he didn’t seem grumpy at all! He smiled and even walked out of the store to point me in the right direction! I love good customer service, even when I’m not even buying anything from there!

When I had to ship out a few packages a while back I had to go through UPS (they had already pre-​printed the shipping labels). Not knowing where the nearest UPS drop-​off point was, I did a quick search and found out that there was actually a UPS Store right in my back yard! No, not literally in my backyard (I only have a patio), but it is within walking distance.
Apparently, this little shop used to be a Mailboxes, Etc but recently changed over to UPS. Either way, I needed those boxes packaged, shipped, and out of my hands. Turned out that this place had everything I needed for my transaction: boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, etc. The guy working there at the time even packaged up my precious cargo without asking. Good service at a time I needed it most.
What can I really say about this place? It’s there. It’s been useful. I probably won’t be back until I have another set of boxes to ship out. Thanks, UPS!
