This is a very pleasant store to walk in. First the service is great. Even when there is a line they stop to welcome you in the store. I have used other ups stores in the past but this is far the best one.

I have been coming to this location on Tustin and Collins for notaries for a couple years now. The staff is great and they always have a notary on staff. I have done some UPS shipping with them and they accept USPS drops off at this location as well which saves me so much time!
Tj is also very kind and always efficient, my trips are usually in and out! Highly recommend this location!

Tried the location instead of the closer store for numerous reasons. Tuesday, about 1:30, no line for shipping. Great!
Pleasant man assisted me with my package (Amazon return). Fast & free. Can’t get any better than that… Plus it’s in the same center as Honda Sushi. Found my new shipping/​lunch favorite.

Really unpleasant. Dealt with a young woman who couldn’t find my information from an auction item I had won even after her office contacted me with price of shipment. She ended the conversation in the rudest way. Then another email. Then another. They are simply shipping a candy dish. Seriously obnoxious. Will never deal with this UPS store again.

Usually great. I’ve emailed them documents and had them printed just for the page price. Today I went in with documents on a flash drive and was told to use the computer to print (literally less than a minute to plug in my flash drive and press print). When I went to pay it was nearly $ 4 for 6 black and white pages. She was like well you used the Internet. No I didn’t…and when I was told to use the computer it would have been nice to be told about that fee. Anyway, the lady asked her manager and erased it for me this time, but now I know if I need to print just to use fedex down the street.

I have used this store on multiple occasions for various reasons. Being in the real estate and mortgage business it is important to have a good notary on speed dial. I have used them on several occasions to have my loan docs signed and notarized close to their closing time. They have never given me problems about anything and are super attentive to their customers needs. I have also had several things shipped from here. These guys really care about their business and handle their mail/​shipping with care and discretion.

Don’t get your keys cut here.
I needed a simple housekey in a hurry – we were going out of town and needed an extra key to give the petsitter.
The employee on duty took 10 minutes (literally – a line built up) to cut a key which, as it turned out, was the wrong size. The original key literally had a 3-​digit key code on it, and the employee used a blank with a similar but different key code. Not that hard to do this correctly, especially when you’re working so slowly (and not wasting time on friendliness). Thank goodness Woodward’s Ace Hardware down the street cut me a new one quickly!
For the record, I have shipped some pre-​labeled return packages here (Zappo’s, mostly), with no problem.

I’m here almost everyday to pick up packages for work and totally love this UPS store. There’s always the same workers and they remember me, so whenever I pull up, they have my packages ready for me to sign and take away!
They are extremely nice and always greet me with a welcoming «hello.»
Use this UPS store because they know their stuff and try to get your stuff done ASAP!

Use this store multiple times a week for shipping needs. Staff is friendly, informed and always willing to go the extra mile. I always have questions and they always have the answer for me. Often times I’m in a rush and need to get in and out, they are efficient and timely when I need them to be.
They also offer Notary ON SITE — a huge plus!

Got out of the store to ship my books to Chegg, this guy was awesome, I wanted a box, but he recommended the cheaper method: a sleeve. Everything went perfectly, and instead of having to tape the tag on the bag, he put it in a sticky sleeve as well, for free! I was in and out in about 3 minutes. The guy was lightning quick, great customer service, and definitely knows what he is doing. GREAT UPS Store!

It’s so nice to walk into a UPS store that has their act together. Employees here are great! They are so attentive and get everyone in and out of here as fast as they can. As soon as they see someone walk in with just boxes to drop off, they will call them up to hand them off, so they dont waste any time waiting in line just to hand something to them. Shipping a package here is a 1,000 times easier than the post office. Plus they will tape up the boxes for you and give you package tracking for free.
