Took my iphone 6 plus to get a screen replacement my phone was working well no problems the asian guy said 45 mins to fix so i went back to pick up he said 20 more mins then the black guy came out with my phone he said couldnt replace screen gave me back my phone even worse the screen wouldnt turn on it was glitchin i said wth? He said had water damage inside and all this BS if he could keep it 2 days to fix 2 days later gave it back to me same way the black guy he said he was the manager i was so upset i lost all data on my phone since the screen wouldnt turn on n it lost the motion touch they suck really… BAD customer Service & RUDE i told Tmobile not to refer ppl anymore to them showed them how they left my phone 000 stars

My phone started experiencing new issues so I went back yet again. It takes some patience, but eventually my phone is up and running and working smoothly. I appreciate all their hard work.

I went in today to have the port replaced on my iPhone 6 Plus. I had been having trouble charging it over the past few weeks. The gentleman behind the desk took my phone in the back and 30 seconds later he said I was good to go. The phone had accumulated dust and lint, there was no problem with the port. No charge for the cleaning and I was on my way. Excellent customer service!

I’m sorry I have to give such a bad review. I used to like this place but DO NOT COME HERE.
I went in to get my iPhone 6 fixed because I dropped it in water. They repaired it and installed a new audio part. When I drove home and was looking at my phone more closely, I noticed that the top part of the screen was lifted and coming off!!! I drove back and they said they’d take care of it. I sat in my car after receiving it again and sure enough, now the bottom part of my screen is lifted. There’s also leftover adhesive and gunk on the sides. I don’t want to scrape it off Because I’m scared it’ll make the screen lift more. I’ve seen several reviews on Unilocal saying they had the same problem here. I love the customer service and the guys are always so nice, but they need to work on putting the phones back together.

Going back again today for a 3^rd screen replacement. The last two were not installed properly and woke up this morning with a faint screen that eventually turned all gray. Called the store manager and was told as long as it was in the 90 day warranty period they would repair it. Manager said I must have dropped it as the screens usually just don’t do that. I didn’t appreciate being told I was not telling the truth. He said their have qualified technicians but apparently I’ve gotten 2 so far that weren’t. If my phone is fixed properly this time I will update my rating.

I have Square Trade to cover my phone and uBreakiFix is a store that takes that insurance. I called ahead to make sure they did and sure enough, they did.
I came to the store, got set up in the system, dropped my phone off and 45 minutes later to the minute, my phone was fixed and I was walking out the door. Customer service was great and I will be back for sure!

I would give this place no stars at all…
With the fact about fixing an iPhone 6 screen for $ 120 seemed like a great deal compared to other places that asked for $ 140+.
But within 2 weeks of it getting fixed, a slight crack happened without me dropping it! And the crack just got bigger and bigger.
I later realized that they didn’t even put the screen on correctly, because I can see some of the screen light from the side. I guess with it properly not being installed all the way, it probably caused the small cracks.
I brought it back to the store and they didn’t even bother looking at it or even putting the screen in properly again…
Waste of $ 120!

Great service. $ 20 for tempered glass is a steal. And installed too! Post a Unilocal review and it comes to like $ 17!!!

So my Galaxy S3 screen had to be replaced because I spilt a drink on it and I took it to this place because my old coworkers had gone there and I’d heard good things. Everything was cool at first – they replaced the screen the next day and the service was great. Within a couple days, however, the new screen started to get fine cracks, and the cracks kept getting larger with use. To give some perspective to the situation, I’ve had this phone for two years and keep it in an Otterbox case and never had any cracks whatsoever even when dropping it. So I called them and asked them why it was cracking for no reason and the guy told me they’d replace it because it was covered in the warranty. I went in a couple days later on my next day off and the manager told me they don’t cover «physical damage.» I asked him what the point of the warranty was, as it was clearly not my fault the screen was cracking and it was probably a defect. He then proceeded to imply I was lying and that I’d somehow cracked the screen myself. He said «all glass is glass» and there’s no chance for defect. He told me he needed $ 50 more to replace the broken glass (I’ve already spent $ 147 on the repair).
So until I find a more reliable place to fix my phone I’m left with a continually cracking screen. I would’ve been better off not even replacing the screen if they were just going to put a more crappy piece of glass in there and just have me continually paying them to replace broken glass.

Customer Service was EXCELLENT from the time I dropped off my iPad 2 to the time I picked it up. I like the fact that they’ll look at your product and if they can’t fix it there’s NO CHARGE! After taking my iPad to the Apple store and being told that my device was a total loss and to purchase a refurbished one. I walked out of the Apple Store disappointed because I refused to believe that the iPad wasn’t fixable. Long story short I took my iPad in and the next day I was told it had been repaired all that needed to be done was the wiring of the LCD light. They called me and said my device was ready for pick up and the total cost was $ 45.00. Now $ 45.00 sounds way better than $ 200.00 for a refurbished iPad!
One thing is parking is a little congested and can be a pain!

I called in my broken iPod on August 30^th. The person on the phone said to expect to bring it in 4 – 6 business days for the part to come in and took down a deposit. This business didn’t call me until Sept 11. That’s 10 business days. I brought it in on Sept 12, and apparently the part they ordered was faulty, so they ordered it again, telling me to expect the part in another 4 – 6 business days. I called in after 6 business days, the guy said it would be there in 2 more days. Then I called again in 8 business days, and the guy said «we don’t control the mail.» Well, I know that, but instead of saying expect your part in 4 – 6 business days, why don’t you tell your customers your actual expected wait? Also, I have to be nice at *my* job, but the guys on the phone don’t really give a toot whether or not you’ve been waiting. Apparently they already have your money so they don’t have to give a care whether or not you’re irate about your business.
Anyway I finally got my iPod fixed on September 26^th, almost a month for this problem to get done. Don’t expect these guys to care about customer service, but they finally get the job done after several weeks of waiting.

This place pretty much wasted my time. Came in with a water damaged iPhone 6. Checked it, couldn’t do nothing. Which was fine. The problem is when I went to Apple, they said I didn’t have the original screen to that phone. I have no idea if these people stoled my original screen, misplaced it, thought maybe the phones not working, this is a brand new screen, we’ll keep it. Apple wouldn’t lie about something like that. Am sitting here now, waiting for these people to correct their mistake. Or they will owe me a brand new iPhone 6. Horrible.

This place is excellent reasonable prices good service came in to fix my ipod touch they hooked it up looks as good as new… I would come here again forsure and would recommend it to whoever needed a phone of media device fixed 5 stars forsure!

I’m so happy with the service at ubreakifix. I have a Nokia/​Microsoft windows phone and couldn’t find anyone to fix it. These guys came through and even allowed me to request overnight shipping for the part! Thank uuuu! I’m so grateful!

I was so hopeless about my phone because it would not turn on at all after I dropped it in the toilet. Then I came across this place since it’s right next to the mainplace mall and they did a fabulous job! I love my phone! I definitely recommend this place!

If you dont want to read my raging experience then just skip the first 7 paragraph. After that it’ll explain exactly why I gave a 1 star.
One star for you guys. Every thing was fantastic. At first. I have an LG G2, I sat on my phone and everything just cracked. So I was looking on Unilocal to see if there was any place to fix my phone. I found this other person, only to realize it was inside some ones house. I felt it was a little sketchy so I just told myself I was going to get a new old phone. Then bam! I see UbreakIfix right across the street from where I work. It was a sign that I had to get it fixed rather then getting something used.
I walk inside and had to wait a little, but I really didn’t mind. A guy came out and after I told him what happened with my phone he told me he could fix it, but I would need to give him a week for the parts to come in. So i agreed and waited ONLY 4 days for the part to come in.
After waiting about 4 days, someone called me to pick up my phone. I came in and this Asian guy started to print my receipt. It was soooooooo long (compared to any other receipt I’ve had) I just had to ask becuase I didnt want to read it myself at that time. He told me its a warranty for my part that they installed. If anything was wrong then they would replace it. Although, they wouldnt be able to replace it IF i damaged it. LETS SAAAY, i dropped it in water, i sat on it again, or if I purposly threw it on the ground. That made sense to me.
So obviously, since the day I got it «fixed» every thing was good for 2 days then my phone started CLICKING AND GLITCHING randomly, plus I was a bit confused to why my screen had 2 white marks in it. I work 2 jobs everyday and had absolutely no time at all to go back to the store, but ya know. It was only 4 days after when I asked a friend to just take it in for me becuase I was always to busy. She agreed.
After she gave someone the phone they were «checking it out» and told her that there is nothing wrong with the part they installed. They even explained what the white marks were (pressure points) they said they cant replace the screen becuase of the pressure point.
UMMMMM HELLLLOOOOOO. MY PHONES GLITCHING AND CLICKING RANDOM STUFF. I haven’t dropped it or left it in my pocket since I got it fixed! It wasnt about those pressure point, So I had to make the call on my lunch. I asked them what is the point of a warranty if they cant replace my screen after i even explained to them. He told me I waited to long and i gave him a good darn reason too. So he said ok he will replace it. Just wait for a phone call so i can drop it off.
I was a bit releived that he finally agreed to replace it. I mean I was completely honest. Im not a cheap person. Ill spend like there is no tomorrow. I only asked my friend to take it in becuase i had a WARRANTY. If i didnt have a warranty, i would have never even gone through the hassle of explaining to that guy. Ugh raging.
All in all. One star becuase its been 2 weeks and no phone call. I even called myself to ask where my replacment part was. A man said it hasnt come in.
Oh. So why did it only take 4 days last time?

ATTENTION Unilocal ELITE AND SERIOUS UnilocalERS — AVOID THIS STORE
From the minute I called asking if they could repair my tablet, I should have clued in on the guy’s «wishy washy» behavior. But I missed it. So I brought it in. I had been told the part was in stock, and it would take one day to repair. I was quoted a price of 69.99 plus tax on the part to repair my Nexus charge port. The next day I brought it in. The guy working the counter told me they would need to order the part and it would take five days. He told me to let him take a look at the tablet to give me a quote. I reminded him that I was quoted a price yesterday on the phone and told that the part was in stock. Suddenly they «sold that part yesterday».
MY next mistake was leaving my tablet there. It felt wrong. It was there 6 days, and I got a call to come pick it up. I drove from Los Alamitos to Orange after work, in five o’clock traffic. TODAY. I arrive, and the same guy tells me that they don’t have my tablet ready. I asked why I was called and told to come get it. He said he did not believe I WAS called. He asked for the number that called me, and I told him. He insisted that was not even their number. Maybe it was a back line, I said. No — we don’t HAVE a back line, he hatefully replied. I scrolled through my phone to the number that called me, and dialed it. His phone started to ring. Oh, he said it must have been a back the line.
I do not appreciate being inconvenienced, lied to, OR called a liar. He told me my tablet was in pieces, and he would need 10 minutes to put it back together. To this I instructed him to put my pieces in a bag and let me get out of this place. I wanted nothing more to do with him or this awful place.
He turned around, went and got my tablet. He brought it to me, and it was in one piece. I asked why he had told me it was in pieces to which he replied «I never said that».
You get the picture. This is a place I will never dream of returning to. I now have wasted 6 days and STILL have a broken tablet. If we can run a contest for shady, rude employees, we have a real contender.
I immediately took the tablet to another place, and will review when I pick it up… but when I dropped it off, they informed me that my charge port was full of solder!!! So add that to the amazing BAD experience here!
Duke N. suggested you lock your device. Well, when the guy asked for my password, and I gave it to him locked, telling him he does NOT need my password to replace a charger port, he reluctantly agreed. Listen to Duke N. and LOCK your devices… but listen to me — and NEVER go here to begin with!
My suggestion — send all of your exes here with their broken toys. It will be the sweetest revenge!
I actually give negative 5 stars, and it makes my sh*t list. Hard to do generally, if you look at my ratings percentages, but Ubreakifix sailed right on to the list. And straight to the top.
