Two stars is for the easy small talk with the sweet lady with the 2 year old daughter. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi. My big toe somehow had an air bubble in it and I popped it when I got home and tried to smooth it out. Dissapointed as the girl also used gel nail polish on my toes, which I was told by my old salon it didnt set well without the light to use as polish. Then on the mani she didnt push my cuticles back and after a week I needed a fill, unfortunetly my gel polish peeled right off before I went back.
It was too pricy too, $ 43 for a gel mani and reg pedi is insane! Thats what I get for trying a new place on a whim.

It was my first time here because the power went out at my usual place! But they got me in right away for an acrylic and gel fill. I got Lori and she was so sweet an patient with me. Definitely made sure I was happy with the shape and never was annoyed when asked for something to be corrected. Which is sometimes not the case at other places. I’m definitely 100 percent happy with my service and the vibe of the whole salon. Will be coming back very soon!

I went in recently on a quiet day and there were 4 — 5 available girls hanging around. For some reason, I had to wait10 minutes before I was actually helped and that too by a lady who was working on someone else. not sure why the other girls couldn’t have helped! Paid nearly $ 40.00 for a «gel fill» only to have the gel chip off in less than a week. I’ve been to this place maybe 4 times in the 10 years I’ve lived in the area and every single time I’ve been disappointed. Their product quality is very poor. When does gel ever chip off!?? Prices are unecessarily high also. Really nice ladies but unfortunately they fail on quality and consistency. I wouldn’t recommend this nail to salon to anyone. :/​Stick to your regular go-​to.

Best Nail Salon I’ve ever been to. They were really quick to greet me when I came in. The people working there were really friendly and the person doing my nails was easy to talk to. They did more than what I expected!!! My nails stayed for a long time too! 5 stars for excellent service.

DO NOT go here unless you are ready to waste your money!!! After having my nails done there was bubbles under the polish. When I went back to enquire about it, the owner just tried to put more layers of top coat on my nail. She could have poured the entire bottle nothing would make the bubbles go away. That’s what you get from using cheap watered down quality nail polish!!! When I was having my nails done, another customer rushed in complaining her gel polish was already peeling off. The workers are very nice & helpful. The owner is pulling a shady one. I feel sorry for the workers.

For each gel polish here they have a matching regular polish that comes with it so I usually just do gel on my hands and the matching regular polish on my toes. The ladies here are always friendly and help you quickly once you walk in.

Have been coming here for a while and am always happy with my nails. They do an excellent job with gel, acrylic and traditional nail polish. The ladies are friendly and are attentive. What I love most which I will probably regret saying is that I can always find a seat when I arrive. Even without an appointment they always have room for you!

This is the best nail salon ever! Great customer service. The staff and owner are very friendly. The place has AC (yass) and is very clean. Vicky did my nails. She was really careful and paid attention to details. And she was also very kind and sweet! I was very satisfied. Villa Park Nails is my number one salon to go to when I need my nails done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Gotta stop by this place whenever you need a nail job, I don’t make reviews often but when I do it’s usually because I HAVE to say something! They really helped me out my first time with waxing, which is hard to find in a nail salon. Not to mention that their manicurists are really good! I’ve never had any problems with them like I do at other places; they’re really good about attention to detail. try them out at least once– you won’t regret it!

I have driven my mom to this place so many times. She insists that this is her favorite place and doesnt want to change at all. The owner is so friendlyand funny, the employee are professional and definitely know how to keep you entertained. My mom fav manicurist is Vicky Nguyen. She’s very cool. Highly recommend!!!

Got my nails done yesterday (gel manicure and pedicure) and I’m in love with them!!! Lori did my gel manicure and she is fantastic!
Michelle did my pedicure — besides being very sweet and kind, she pays attention to detail and does her job very well.
I’ll definitely be coming back!

My girlfriend loves coming here to get her nails done and she always leaves satisfied. Of course her nails always look good after she leaves and she always tells me about how good her nails look. thats a good sign to me. everyone’s super nice and prices are super reasonable. Place is nice and clean. Definitely recommending this place to any and everyone!
Thankfully they have free wifi and AC for all those guys out there!

I just moved here in Orange County and I was recommended by a friend to go to this place. I needed to get my nails and feet done for a wedding event I had to attend to, and they did an amazing job! They were very gentle and comforting. I especially love love love their massage chairs. It’s so comfortable. All the girls are super nice and I felt very welcomed there. Price is pretty good too. Definitely will come here again and tell my other girl friends about this place. :D

So me and my date were hanging out at the orange mall because I recently moved to orange from Riverside and she wanted to get her nails done. Let’s be honest here, I don’t really like to wait around for my date to get her nails done so we went to the closest nail salon around the area. When we first got here, they were extremely welcoming and offered us water and candies. Luckily they had cable TV so I wasn’t bored at all (they even let me change the channel). My date got a Mani and a pedi and she was super happy about it. I would definitely take my date back here again whenever she needs to get her nails done because I love the hospitality here!

Checked ahead of time to make sure they were open and it said they they were open until 7. I arrived at 6:41 and asked if they were open. First, in unison, they bluntly said, «CLOSED». Then I asked a second time to make sure I heard them right and they all answered at the same time, but one said that they were open until 7. At that point, I felt like reasoning with them would just be a waste of mine and their precious time. So I just left.
If your a business, I believe you should just keep serving until you are closed. I understand wanting to get out on time, but if you can’t do your job in a 20 minute time frame there’s a bigger issue… Plus, not everyone has corresponding time schedules.
The only reason I didn’t put one star is because they do a pretty decent job. However, they charge extra for a matte top coat that doesn’t look matte at all. AND they charge extra for an almond shape. That was a little excessive to me because most salons (that I go to anyway), don’t mind because they’re not using extra resources.
So, I will definitely be hesitant to go to this place again. Maybe the next time (I decide to time it right) it’ll be more reasonable.

Won’t be back. I had stared coming here on a regular basis to get manicures and pedicures. Then decided to get acrylic full set after my nails kept breaking. Nails looked good but 3 days later they started cracking and breaking. I came back to get them fixed, the lady who greeted me asked me what I needed. I explained my situation to her, instead of being understanding she treated me as if I was a bother to her. I’m sorry but when I spend over $ 55 to get my nails done I expect them to last more than 3 days. The woman who seemed annoyed told me I would need to wait 30 mins or come back the next day. I decided to leave and not come back after being treated that way.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The are always welcoming. All the girls here provide great service. Even if I don’t make an appointment they always find a way to fit you in. Lori does my nails. (now all the girls are amazing) I came In here with a picture of what I wanted done. She nailed it! Absolutely love this place and this why I continue to come here!

Boy o Boy do I love the massage chairs here! They are soooooo amazing giving me goosebumps the whole time I am getting my pedicure. The chairs are wide and give lots of room on the sides. You can recline them back so you feel really lounged. The rollers on your back have a great shake and roll motion that really dig in and rub. My favorite is the massage rollers that are on the thighs and under your tush! They are squeezing and rolling while the back is going too! I practically fall asleep and I can’t forget the rub I get on the feet as well is great. I have a nice fluffy pillow on my lap as well for my arms.
The service is wonderful and all the girls are really nice. The place is not too big but every time I come they are not packed which I like. My daughter and I get seated immediately after walking in. The place is vibrant with colorful walls and pictures on the wall. They are nicely decorated for the holidays too. Pricing is decent and they accept credit card. I like to bring cash with me for the tip.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could, but I can’t so I’ll humor this place.
I really wanted to like it but wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews on the manager. She cut me with the nippers on several fingers. When she saw that I was bleeding, she tried to patch up the cut with the nail glue. When I asked her to stop because I was worried about getting an infection she got mad at me and pulled my hand towards her. The more skin she cut the more I flinched and the more she pulled on me. WTH? Where’s is the customer service? I went to get pampered and relaxed, not to feel «beat up» so to speak.
The pedicure was subpar, but the girl was great because she took her time. I haven’t gotten one since, (I visited this location on 09/​17/​2014) because the day after the pedicure I got an itchy, scaly patch on my right leg. I didn’t think anything of it — I put antibiotic on it and went about my business. Now, about a month and a half later, the patch is still there. Dermatologist said I contracted ring worm. Stay away from this place. Terrible customer service, you’ll get cut if you get the manager and you might end up with ring worm! Ew. Thanks Villa Park Nails

First of all, Villa Park Nails is a one of a kind nail salon. It doesn’t matter if you’re a usual customer or a new customer, because either way, the store would welcome you as if you are their family. The music is super amazing, the air condition is always on during this hot weather, there is free wifi provided, and best of all, they also give you a cold complimentary water!
Secondly, the prices were good. I got a medicure and a pedicure for an amazing deducted price. The services they provided were superb.
I would recommend anyone who is around the area to go to this nail salon, because I believe that it is worth the drive since I come all the way from Santa Ana.
