Got my brand new golf here from Jake and was blown away by his professionalism and great customer service! He promised to help get the car I wanted for the price I wanted and made it happen! He was also super helpful with showing me all the features in the car and making sure I was happy with everything. I shopped around a couple of other Volkswagen dealerships that wasted my time and were very deceitful just to lure me into their office. Glad I didn’t give them my money! Would definitely do business here again and recommend to all my friends/​family! Ask for #nobsjake!!!

Drove to this dealership from Long Beach. Worth the drive! Traded in a 2001 Jetta and got a 2016 Tiguan. Jake was AWESOME! He made every step easy and explained everything. I felt like he really cared about what I wanted, and not just about a sale. He is so personable and so professional at the same time. Got a great deal and drove away very happy!

Jake is the person you want to go see. He has been nothing but professional. We were able to get in contact with him and he’s done everything in his power and his managers power to get us what we were looking for.
We first went looking for a specific car and a price and he said what could he do to earn our business and he would get us exactly what we wanted.
We needed time to think about everything and he said he would remain in contact while we were thinking about everything to do. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
He cut out all the bad stuff and made sure to leave the good things. With all the bad salesman out you have to look out but Jake is about building relationships like they should be doing, other people could take a few pointers on how to take care of their clients like Jake does.

I purchased my Vw from Vw of Orange. I had a great experience with them especially with Arnaldo. He is the man. We initially worked out the price for a car on the lot, but then I decided to get a different color. Arnaldo went out of his way to look for the cars at different dealers to do the car swap. I wanted the limited sportswagen in white. They had it in charcoal. It took him some time but he got it done. He also made sure I was happy with the car and even while waiting for the paper work to get done, he had them wash my old car. Great guy to work with and still follows up to ensure everything is going smoothly. Also a thanks to the service department Norm and Cody for getting the missing wheel locks resolved.

I purchased a new VW Golf wagon from Arnaldo at Volkswagen of Orange ! Arnaldo is a fantastic Salesman, and he was very accommodating! It’s been a few years since I had purchased a brand new car and I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with the long process of the back and forth of purchasing a new car?!? I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the process went! My dad was a co– signer on the car and he wasn’t able to make the drive from mission Viejo to orange to get my dads signature. Arnoldo drove to my dads house to get his signature in person! He went above and beyond! The finance department Dave and Jake also did a great job by getting me the best rate possible on a brand new car!

Well I would give zero stars if I could.
I’ve owned two Jetta’s, a Passat, and even a scirocco in the past. Now we are looking for an E golf.
This dealership is close by my work and home. It really would have been perfect. Everybody was friendly and the location is very easily accessible.
Unfortunately, we ran into the bait and switch. We wasted two visits, two hours, two test drives, only to be told they could not honor the national and local ads regarding price/​lease.
Even worse, this did not come up until we were ready to put pen to paper: at the last moment the monthly cost was revealed to be twice what was in the ads and what was discussed directly with us by the salesman.
So, this is at best ineptitude, versus dishonest practice.
I recommend strongly that you take your business elsewhere.

My fiancé and I were looking to trade in our 2014 Jetta. We arrived at this dealership, and right away Javier Noriega approached us. He was very attentive in terms of what we were looking for, and what color and fabrics we wanted in the vehicle. We took a very fun test drive. He was very knowledgable in all the features of the cars we looked at. Javier really made the experience of getting a new car fun and relaxing. Also, we got a nice deal thanks to his boss Jake Mattrom. These two guys are a blast to work with, I highly recommend them! We love our new 2016 Jetta tsi! I have owned a VW for approximately 14 years now and David has helped me with may last three VWs for well over 11 years now. It is unfortunate to read reviews that express otherwise. David always goes above and beyond to help resolve any reasonable issue. Never have been to a car dealership to buy a new car and encountered salesmen that really care! Wes gave us an awesome deal & he didn’t beat around the bush, you tell him what you want, and he will literally move mountains to get to or at least as close as possible to what you want to pay for. Wes was amazing. He was beyond patient with us. Very happy, as this was my very first volkswagen and the experience was great!

I had the best experience when I went to buy my first car. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about people buying their first car but, Jacquie Thompson who is the Internet Manager answered all of my questions, made me feel very comfortable, and didn’t come off like the typical salesperson which was great. If anyone is interested in buying a car I highly recommend going to Jacquie.

I’ve negotiated & bought several cars at different dealerships; this one is different, no pressure, very kind men. Thomas was very knowledgeable & helped us the 1^st time; Karl helped us the 2^nd time & I cannot believe that he let us test drive his own car, since they did not have any E-​Golfs on site… We couldn’t purchase or lease with them at this time since they didn’t have the E-​golf we were looking for, but I needed to give a shout out to the people here! Was in the market for a new vehicle that supplied enough room for my DJ equipment along with good gas mileage. Choice came between a Scion XB and VW Golf. Needless to say I went with the latter. Arnaldo Morones reached out to me and made the process as seamless as possible. Set up an appointment, ran numbers, and was out the door with the price I was looking for. He even came and picked me up from my residence to make the deal happen. I was referred to John Almiron by a friend. I’m glad I decided to see him before I made any choices.
I had a lease on a Jetta Sportwagen TDI and the lease was close to expiring. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, especially with the diesel issue that is going on. I wasn’t too happy with the original dealership and I didn’t want to go back. I wanted a second opinion.
John took time to overlook my lease and confirmed my suspicions, that the lease deal I had was not all that great. We talked about the options and he clearly explained what were some possible outcomes. I choose to trade in the lease and get a new Passat. One of the best decisions I made. I was able to get a better rate and monthly payment.
John was very helpful, honest, and patient. I appreciated the service he provided for me. I’ll definitely go back to him for my next purchase.

I had brought my vehicle in as the check engine light was on, and the car was jerking each time I would accelerate. There was some work done.
The check engine light was gone but the jerking continued and grew worse within a couple weeks. I called and spoke with Norm, and asked if they would take a look again, and if I decided to go elsewhere to fix it, that they not charge me a fee/​diagnostic, as they did not fix it the first time.
There was no apology or anything. Just a straight no that they would need to charge some $ 100 and something fee to look at it again. Very dissapointed. Not ever coming back again.

Wow! Went to 5 different dealerships and they let me walk away with no deal. COME TO VW OF ORANGE! ARNALDO MORONES is the best! No pressure, kept his word, under promised and OVERDELIVERED! Would definitely recommend to everyone shopping for a new car. Thanks again for making my car leasing experience painless.

I’ve been going to this dealership for some time and have owned VW products for the better part of 15 years, and this is one of the most customer friendly dealerships I’ve ever been to. In particular, their service advisor David Aguilar is exceptional and has always made the experience of bringing my car in for service as easy as possible. Unlike most service advisors in the industry, David is extremely knowledgable about VW’s and does a great job explaining what’s really going on with your vehicle. He’s always made sure that whatever can be covered under warranty is, and for things that aren’t he’s always provided me with options.
I’ve referred a number of family and friends to VW of Orange, and more specifically David, and all have experienced the same level of service that I have. I would highly recommend you try them out.

Bought a 2016 Golf R from Thomas and had a great experience.
He genuinely cared about making sure I knew all about the car before leaving. He really cares about and is invested in his product.

I agree with Katie. Y … if you choose to use this dealership for service, try your best to avoid David. I’m sure he is trying his best to do his job, but the guy should not be in a customer facing position.
My wife and I purchased our 2011 Jetta TDI sportwagon new from San Juan Cap VW. All services have been performed there, but we recently moved to Orange I wanted to try a dealership closer to home. This was our first time going to VW of Orange and it will be our last time.

If you have to bring your car to service department, I strongly recommend that you avoid Service advisor David. Other service specialists (Norman and Johnny) are always nice, very professional and knowledgeable.
Since I had «Engine check light» on last few days, I called them to get advise, and was told bring my car to them to be diagnosed. They booked me on Saturday appointment. Then when I brought my car, I was complained by David that I should not made an appointment at weekend because they don’t have mechanics for engine at weekend. Why they didn’t tell me that when I made an appointment? Anyway, I readily agreed to pay rent a car out of my pocket (coz I needed a car anyway, and hated arguing with them), but David was still unhappy and giving me bad mood attitude.
After he finished paper work, I noticed that his estimate shows some amount of repair cost. So I asked him why I have to pay it even my car is still under the warranty. But still he was trying to charge me repair cost, and giving me horrible attitude. So I told him that I would like to take my car back, and literally was kicked out. He just yelled «Fine! Bring her car here!» to his assistant, that’s it. No greeting, no apologies for all inconvenience from their internal miss communications. When I got my car key back, 2 service assistant guys apologized about his attitude, so even his coworkers knew he poorly treated customer.
I’ve been VW customer over 15 years (My current car is 4^th one from VW) but never be treated so badly before. I will bring my car to other VW next time.

In the market for a new car? Are you looking to be treated fairly and with respect? You should give Volkswagen of Orange a visit. I’ve been driving a Mini Cooper for the last five years which I love but, as I grow more grey hair, I was getting tired of shifting during rush hour.
So, I bought a new Jetta to replace my go-​kart. The team at VW of Orange structured a truly great deal for me. Internet Manager Josh Bombard and his partner John, kept in contact with me while I was considering my comparisons and answered all my questions. Chris Drumm also worked very hard to ensure the finance process was as easy and streamlined as possible. Special thanks goes out to Finance Manager, Dave Porter, who two weeks after I signed the loan papers was able to secure alternate financing for me which shaved 2% off the loan literally saving me thousands. No additional down payment was required either. I have never heard of a Finance person from any dealership ever doing this but, Mr. Porter did!!!
Bottom-​line, I’m happy with the experience I received at VW of Orange. Even-​though, there are two other VW retailers closer to where I live, I believe it was definitely worth the drive!

It’s pretty much more enjoyable to belt sand your face, squeeze a lemon onto it, then belt sand it again, than to spend any amount of time here.

I bought my new VW Passat 2015 the other day. I have not been more satisfied with a dealer. I walked in and I wasn’t like bombarded. I waited a minute or two till someone could help me buy a bulb for my 2001 Jetta. I eventually walked around and looked at cars I wish I could afford. Oscar asked if he could help me and I told him if I can just take a walk out back. I ended up asking if he can give me more information and then one thing lead to a next! I was asked over a dozen times if I wanted a beverage or anything while I was there.
My dealer, Oscar, is so awesome! He never once pressured me into buying something I didn’t want. He didn’t even take me to the first car he wanted to show me. I led the way and went to the first car that I loved. I then asked him to give me more info and he did. He was supper laid back and didn’t run me around the lot looking at the more expensive cars or anything like that! During time there, he listened to my wants and did his best to make things happen. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. Thank gawd he was patient with me! I’m a new buyer so I had so many questions, stupid I suppose, and he still explained everything.
The managers and owner are awesome too! They wanted to have feedback and how I was doing the second day I came him. One of the managers, Ray was excited to see me and see how I was doing. They worked with my wants and helped me the best they could. Everyone is friendly and are customer-​oriented. The finance manger was also amazing. He only offered one plan which I was able to say yes or no to, and he never once pressured me. He never «tried to sell me anything.» He just explained why that plan was, and that’s it! He made me feel very comfortable with my choice and he is great with helping me understand what everything means.
People say, «Oh they are just trying to sell you it. And that’s their job to be friendly.» Well, I get that but there is a different vibe here. I believe I will not become dissatisfied of them as a dealer, and my experience. I overall had the best experience buying my first car!

On Friday I called and spoke with John Gotti (one of the best sales people at the dealership) I inquired about a Volkswagen Passat 3.6 over the phone and I received outstanding service from him and from the time I walked through the front door of dealership I was treated like a VIP and from the beginning of my car buying experience to the end. The Longest time was spent deciding the color for my new car. I was in and out of finance in a matter of five minutes, The finance officer was outstanding and the service, department specialists Logan is one of the best technicians in the business, the service that I received was the best that I have received from any Volkswagen dealership that I’ve purchased a car from in the past seven years I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy their 1^st or 4^th car buying experience Im on my 4^th Volkswagen and loving it.
The management and all the sales staff are outstanding and should be commended for a wonderful job that there doing to keep the customers feeling like a real VIP

Came here to redeem a free Multi-​Point inspection coupon posted on their website. Unfortunately, this was the only plus I can take from my experience.
Made a next day appointment with David over the phone.
Throughout the entire 2 hours I was waiting, I was greeted by maybe 1 or 2 employees. Everyone else on the floor seemed like they did not want to be there.
There was a check in deal on Unilocal for a free mug so I showed it to the parts guy. He then said I had to write a 5 star review before I can get my free mug. So I showed him the check in deal and asked him where does it state that? He walked over to who was probably his boss and ended up giving me a free mug. What a way to con a customer for what was never a 5 star review to begin with.
