Waugh Enterprises Harley-Davidson

Been to 2 HD’S in northern VA one in south MD and I was so fed up until I came in to Waugh Ent. Wow the Customer service was top notch in every dept. As always I went in with the intentions of looking but with the total awesomeness I purchased u my first Harley Davidson! So my advice to all, is don’t waste ur time at the other locations just go see Mr Waugh and his team!

I now own my 5^th Harley thanks to the great people at Waugh Harley Davidson. (and my very influential woman!) Like many Harley riders, finding and stopping into Harley shops is all part of the experience. Hanging out with those who share a particular passion, talking bikes, looking (and dreaming) about new models, discussing the ups and downs of riding in America and abroad. Far too often, when stepping into H-​D dealerships, it’s like walking into someone else’s clubhouse. If you don’t belong to the local HOG chapter or ride frequently with the shop employees, it can be an off putting experience. Sometimes it’s true that Harley riders can be elitist and condescending.
But at Waugh, we found that it’s the type of shop you want when you buy a Harley. The floor salesman didn’t talk down to us or treat us like we had no knowledge of riding. I traded in a Harley for another, so obviously I have some experience. But Kevin was very cool and willing to help us out any way he could.
The service couldn’t have been better. We went in just to ask a couple of questions and pose a hypothetical about trading in. Kevin didn’t pressure us at all. He just said he’d run the numbers and see if we liked them. He ran them and we did. Within half an hour, the checks were done and we were on our way. Inside of two hours I was riding off with the bike I’ve wanted for the better part of a decade.
From the financial services manager, Chrissy, to the retail clerk to the parts department, everyone was extremely friendly and happy to help. No one tried to over sell me on anything or make me feel like if I didn’t then I didn’t know what I was doing.
I’ve been to many Harley dealerships who treat the H-​D culture solely as a business and it makes you want to buy a Victory or Honda instead. But the great people at Waugh Enterprises reaffirms what Harley culture is all about.

It’s a building full of Harley’s and Harley Davidson stuff… That alone is worth 5 stars. Honestly if you visit Waugh’s I defy you to find anyone who isn’t smiling and friendly. Great place selling awesome things.

They have a very friendly, helpful staff and a nice store. The downstairs has plenty of merchandise to choose from.

I have purchased 3 bikes from Waugh. Most recently I traded in my Street Glide for a FatBoy Lo. Kevin my sales person for all 3 purchases was great. I had very limited time to do a test ride on a Lo. I arrived 30minutes before closing was worried they would be cleaning up and wanting to get out. Nope, he had the bike out front and ready to go. Told me to test it and not worry about the time. I came back in about 20minutes and told him I would take it. We agreed on a price for the bike and for my trade in. I was surprised by the trade in value they gave me and was very happy with the deal.
The parts lady was extremely helpful. I went back and forth on handlebars, mirrors and grips for over a month. She always listened and tried to find whatever I needed.
The service department is great. Helpful and answers my questions. One thing I have noticed is that for the past 5 years they have not had any turn over in the sales, parts and service department. When I walk in I am greeted by name.

Shopped around some prices and called waugh. Kevin the salesman gave me the best price on a new 2012 Softail Slim. After a few back and forth calls (im sure i sounded flaky) i put a deposit on the bike. Today i finally went in when both the finance/​sales rep were off. Jermaine and Donna helped me out. Kindest group of people around. Donna even helped to speed up the process so i could attempt to beat the rain on my 1.5 hr ride home.
I have a two harley dealers w/​in 10 miles of me one in manasass and one in fairfax but id seriously consider going to these guys for service just for their sheer kindness.

Waugh is the second Harley-​Davidson Dealership I’ve been to since I’ve decided to buy a Harley.
Nice selection and well organized — both new and used bikes are available. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful.
Downstairs there is a large parts and accessories area — clothing, helmets, aftermarket accessories, and more!
My plan is to buy a bike next Autumn — and Waugh has certainly moved into the lead position as the dealership I will most likely go to for my Harley!
