Avid Events is available worldwide however, we are based in the Northern California Region to include San Francisco, Napa & Sonoma, Sacramento and Lake Tahoe.

Avid has 14 years experience planning events in California, Florida and worldwide. The team comes from an extensive catering and event design background. They have produced events at Vizcaya, numerous Ritz Carltons, too numerous to count vineyards, Calistoga Ranch, Viansa, Vintage Inn, Edna Valley Winery, See Canyon Winery, and so many more.

Awards range from Biz Bash Planner of the Year to endless accolades from Best of Knot Weddings to appearing on both TV’s Platinum Weddings and Get Married TV.
