Update (7−12−15): Read my lips. There. Is. Nothing. Wrong. With. My. Coil. I know your trying to save face Clark, but the fact is my coil is fine. If you really thought otherwise your company would have called me. We’re halfway through July and my AC works perfect. I also know it’s fine, because unlike your tech, the others guys I had come out pulled off the coil panel to show me. It looks brand new in there! They also stuck the sniffer all around, while I was watching… Nothing. I know you’re trying to save face Clark, but come on. Please, people do yourselves a favor and get a second opinion. Any opinion is better than Clark’s. I’m done wasting my breathe on this issue.
Beware! Don’t trust them! I regret giving my business to Clark. I had Clark do my entire system a little less than four years ago… for a large sum of money. Recently I noticed that my unit was not cooling as effectively, so I called to have them come out and inspect. Upon inspection the tech determined that my coil was bad and the reason was due to a fault in the manufacturer’s equipment. I was told that there were known issues with this coil and unfortunately I would be on the hook for the replacement cost, even though it is still under warranty. He proceeded to tell me that they don’t cover the labor and I needed to give them $ 700 for the unit now and then the labor would be another thousand after it was installed. He never showed me where the problem was, even though it should be easy to point out, because my unit is in the
all felt very suspect and I didn’t trust what I was being told. A couple days later I had another company come out and inspect… Surprise, Surprise, they found NOTHING wrong with the coil. Instead they found a small leak at the valve near the condenser ($ 10 part). They replaced the missing refrigerant and also added a dye in case the leak came back it would be visible. I’d like to give Clark the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t see it being anything but a Scam. I feel sorry for anyone who trusts this company blindly. My guess is they would have replaced my coil charged me the thousand and also replaced the leaking valve. Never again will I do business with you and I hope this review encourages others to do the same.

Do not hire this company if you 1) wish to have duct work done in your house and 2) if you don’t want to pay someone else to check if the work they have listed in the contract was actually done.
Clark installed our air conditioning/​heating unit about a month ago. The contract included reworking some duct work in order to get more air to certain parts of the house and to bring the duct work up to code for the new unit.
The installers showed up an entire hour early to install the unit. Not an issue if you aren’t at work. The scheduler at this company seemed nonplussed about this situation.
The installers left after installing the unit but did none of the duct work in the contract. My husband called them. He had to take time out of work in order to meet with the next set of technicians. They told him the duct work in the attic ‘could not be done — it was impossible’. They didn’t know they were talking to someone who knows how a house is built — my husband is a licensed contractor. He told them the steps to do their job. They left. My husband made another appointment for them to come again. Meanwhile he checked under the house to see if they did the contracted duct work. It was done for about 3 feet and then ended. They did it just far enough so you couldn’t see the lack of work unless you crawled under the house. Another phone call and email with pictures to the company. Another representative comes out. Some work gets done. Parts of the work are not up to code. Another representative comes out and so the story goes on and on. They need to pay us for the frustration and aggravation.
I am concerned for those folks who unwittingly hire this company expecting work to get done who are not homebuilders themselves. Most people would not know that the promised work is actually not being performed.

Clark has saved me from freezing and baking multiple times over the years. Their staff is always prompt and professional in every way. They’ve fixed my problems quickly and never attempted to up sell me other services. They just show up on time and do the job every time. Highest recommendation!!!

One of the best experiences with an air company by far! We called on a hot Sunday night, around 8−9pm. We received a return call within a half hour… they scheduled us for the next morning. Friendly, professional staff and very honest… and no sales pushing! Its going to be 107 in my area today… thank goodness for the wonderful staff at Clark… I will now have air conditioning in this sweltering heat! Definitely reccomend!

I would just like to say, that I am quite happy if someone calls to tell me they are going to be late or re-​schedule an appointment — I have an old house and need lots of things done — so I have had to work with many contractors and feel their pain when things go longer then expected. One phone call makes me very resonable.
Clark set up an appt one day and did not show up or call — when I called, their answering service said they would call back — they did not, until the next morning. When I set up another appt for the same time that next day — they did not call — I called them. When they said that they would be at my house in 10 minutes, they did not call to say they would be late. I cancelled the appt after 30 more minutes of waiting and then the repair man showed up. When I explained the situation — he said «Well, we have lot’s of customers.» Meaning, I was not important enough to treat with respect or even as a potential client to try and win back. Maybe they are too busy to take on any new customers.
