X-​techs Computer Repair has taken great care of our computer repair and servicing needs for many years. I should have « Unilocaled» them long ago! Both Robert and Nik provide «old school» customer service and have kept us up to date with the ever changing technology at a very reasonable cost. It’s a pity I can’t give more than 5 stars because these guys stand out in the computer repair business.

I have been using Nik at xtechs for years! They have amazing knowledge, affordable, and most of all honest! They have fixed my laptop several times for various reasons. I went in there a week ago to BUY a new laptop and was told to not spend the money on a new one, when I could have the one I loved fixed to work better than it has ever worked! Xtechs always gives the best advice and does the best job. They upgraded my hard drive and and my laptop run amazing! I would not use anyone one else! By far the best place for ALL your computer needs, hands down!

Laptop fell and broke the connection for the charger. Dropped off and picked up 24 hours later. Nik took care of it. I felt comfortable leaving my precious laptop :) with him. If I have any other issues, this is where I will go.

We had a computer tech person come to our house to fix an e-​mail issue. She fixed it all right– by losing 5 years of e-​mails!
After an hour with Comcast, an hour with an Apple Genius we thought all we lost. We took the computer to XTechs and all 13,000 e-​mails have now been recovered!
They were responsive, cooperative, and solved a problem that other ‘experts’ had not been able to

X-​Techs has been a lifesaver for my family and I on various occasions. Regardless of my brothers’ broke iPhone screen, my fathers’ PC Laptop or my MacBook, Nik has been knowledgeable, efficient, and funny on all of my visits to the shop. Even if it is just a quick question over the phone, he has never steered me wrong, or suggested I get unnecessary services or devices. I can see why Robert picked him to work in an already successful business. Nik is the one I recommend to all of my friends, and customers.

I took my wifes computer to them 6 months ago and they fixed an account login issue she was having, it had the same exact problem again so I took it back and paid them to fix it.
The person cashing me out was on the phone the whole time, so after I paid I patiently stood there, he looked at me like «what do you want», told him I would like to ask a question, huffy puffy he put his call on hold and I asked what is causing the issue and what can we do to keep it from happening again… I was basically told he was too busy, then he blurted it could be the hard drive or a virus…, well due to his poor customer service and overall rudeness, we will just say I will NEVER go back there, or recommend anyone to them again… guess if they are too busy to answer a question after I just paid you 99.00 to fix my issue, you’re too busy to fix my computer again in the future.
I won’t mention the fact that I we were never given any paperwork when we dropped it off, never given a phone call with a repair quote, were never given any follow up of any kind until I called and found out that it was fixed and sitting on the counter…
I guess you pay for what you get and for 99 bucks, you get to take it back in 6 months to get fixed again.
