I’ve been using Chase Heating & Cooling for 3 years now to service our furnace yearly. We recently needed to replace our Furnace and decided to also include air conditioning. The entire experience with this company was exceptional. After receiving the estimate, I had questions and emailed the office manager, Kellie. Not only did she respond in a timely manner, but she took the time to explain, in detail, the answers to my questions and concerns. I had to also get an upgraded electrical panel to handle the upgrade, and Kellie and Paul guided me the entire way. I also rescheduled because of the delay in trying to obtain the electrical work, and Kellie took the time to email me resources and references for multiple companies (not just electrical, but painters as well). I so appreciate her willingness to help me and guide me throughout this process, since it was all new to me. This is so rare in dealing with contractors, and I never had an issue in reaching them and discussing my questions.
Paul, who completed the service, is just as wonderful. He arrived on time, was patient with my questions, completed the work in a timely manner, was willing to discuss my electrical needs with the electrician while on site, and took the time to clean up appropriately upon completion of the project. Furthermore, I trust him. He exudes trustworthiness, and for me, that is one of the most important elements in dealing with a contractor. I am very happy I found them and will be using them for years to come!

I called Chase to look at a gas furnace that stopped working. After inspection I was told that I needed a new heat exchanger. Paul suggested I should probably just replace the furnace. Later when I had the time I did a little reading. Apparently it is very common for high efficiency furnaces to have plugged condensate lines. I disconnected the line and cleared the plug. Six months later it is still running like a top. You make the call. These guys are either crooks or the worst furnace repair people ever.

I called Chase Heating because my Ac was not working right. Paul came out and did several tests trying to find out what was wrong. He thought he had it figured out but he still wasn’t satisfied that it was the compressor. He kept looking and found the a blockage. Because of Paul perseverance we did not need a new compressor. Our system is very old and we talked about replacing both the heating and AC. He gave a a good price and did not charge us for the work he did today.
Kelly in the office is a real sweetheart. She is friendly and very nice she always sounds like she is smiling. If you need any kind of heating or Ac work I would call Chase Heating.

We recently called Chase Heating & Cooling to have our furnace inspected and cleaned. I had an overall excellent experience. The scheduling was easy and the service person arrived at our home right on time. He explained exactly what he would be doing, was fast and efficient, answered all my questions and was friendly and courteous. I will definitely be calling Chase in the future for all servicing and repairs. Very highly recommended.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
I am not even sure where to begin! I had a terrible experience with Pyramid Heating & Cooling and had almost given up getting my AC repaired at all. Pyramid ended up billing me almost $ 2000 after telling me the system (only 2 years old) was damaged and coils needed to be replaced. The technician also told me it would likely not be covered by the manufacturer unless I paid for a 3 year service agreement with them. I paid and then decided I wanted a second option — this after they took the coil out of the AC unit. About an hour later I asked for a refund and that’s when I called Chase…
I called Chase and spoke with Kelly, explained my situation, and she immediately went in to problem solving mode. Her husband Paul was booked up but she managed to get me in within 7 days. He arrived and was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and explained what was going on and everything he needed to do. He was apologetic about my experience with Pyramid because he felt that it made a bad impression in the industry. Within 4 hours Paul had the system up and running AND it was $ 600 instead of $ 2000.
I will recommend Chase to anyone who asks and will post to Angie’s List and Facebook to make sure everyone I know uses them for any issues they may have.

We have used Chase for our office as well as our home. Our heat pumps were stolen from our business. Chase provided a great bid and completed the work quickly. They were friendly and helpful. We liked them so much that we had them install air conditioning in our home. They let us know all the options. They were on time and treated our home with courtesy. While finishing the project an issue came up at our business due to a new roof being installed. They found time to swing by later that day and do the repair. Thank you! I definitely recommend them.

I love Chase Heating & Cooling. The reason I used them in the first place, is because one night on my way home from work my truck broke down in front of their office on 82nd Ave., They were already closed but, when I knocked on the door they readily allowed me in to use their phone to contact roadside assistance and my sister. (my cell phone was dead). I never forgot that warm greeting, so when my heater went out I called Chase. They sent the nicest guy out and from his expression on his face didn’t mind my cluttered humble abode — and went right to work. When all was said and done, and after having to climb into my attic to get to my heater, it turned out to be my thermostat. Knowing I’m on a fixed budget he offered me a free used thermostat that is working great. I’m so grateful for their compassionate, affordable, and excellent service. Do not hesitate to use Chase Heating and Cooling, Inc. You will be happy you did.

I was very impressed by the service I received from Paul at Chase Heating and Cooling. He was prompt and spent quite a bit of time tuning-​up my furnace. He also went above the «call of duty» by taking care of a couple of other problems he encountered. I will definitely be having Chase do all my furnace maintenance in the future!

So, from the very beginning I had a great experience with Chase Heating. When I called to get an estimate, the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful (Kelly, I think). We got Paul scheduled to come out that day at noon. Amazingly, he was right on time which is such a plus when you have to run home from work for something like this. Paul quoted the gas line which was much less than some others had said. He also asked if I’d like him to look at my furnace, which was nice because I wanted the furnace cleaned but had forgotten about it. He said he’d get me the quote later that night.
Well, I got an email that afternoon and all together the quote came in at $ 527 for both the line and service. I called and scheduled the service with Kelly who said they had an opening that Friday morning. I said great, cause I had already bought the range and it was sitting un-​hooked up teasing me with its gas-​cooking goodness in our kitchen. Two techs showed up Friday morning bright and early (on-​time again!) and after I showed them what went where, I went to work.
When I got home, the work was done. However, there was a problem in that the pipe was a bit too long to push my stove all the way back. I called Chase and told Paul what the issue was. He said no problem he’d be out the next day and get it fixed. Well, like everything else in this experience, Paul and Chase did exactly what they said. Oh, and the kicker to all this: final bill was actually less than the quote!
