Established in 1993.

We’ve been in business for 30 years building in Portland and surrounding areas. We work hands on and directly with the home owner to create the home of your dreams. Small or large projects are treated the same. We have 1000s of happy customers. Jeff Hanson, the owner, started framing homes with his father when he was a teenager. From there he branched into home building and landscaping on his own. Every phase of every project he knows how to do with his own hands. That sets our company apart from the average contractor that relies on subs for their expertise. We realize that a home or landscape often is the biggest investment a home owner will make and our goal is to build and create as if the home were our own. 30 years later we still love what we do.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeff H.

Business Owner

Jeff is the owner and hands on contractor for every project. He’s been in the business for the better part of his life. Framing homes is where he began his career in the building and landscape business.

Attended Mt. Hood Community College on a baseball scholarship he received his degree in horticulture which helped him combine the home building and landscape trade.

Entrepreneurial at heart he left framing to pursue self employment as Elite Homes and Landscapes. He’s built small custom homes and been a Street Of Dreams contractor for several years as well.

Married for 21 years he’s a hands on dad coaching baseball for his 13 and 14 year old boys.
