My husband and I have been loyal Farmer’s Insurance customers for over 30 years. But yesterday ensured that we will continue until our end — and our 25 y/​o daughter will be the next generation! Last night she had a deer jump
in front of her car — scared her completely, unfortunately killed the deer, damaged her car but the first thing she heard from Paul Holbrook & Farmers was, «ARE YOU ALRIGHT???» And today, Farmers had already called her again to make sure she was ok and to get her car an appointment to get it inspected for safety and damage.
We will definitely be a Farmers Insurance/​Paul Holbrook Agency customer for life. Thank you, Paul!

I called Paul last week to try to sell him advertising. At the end of the call Teri turned the tables on me and asked who I was insured through. I gave her the chance to see if I could save money. I spent 10 minutes on the phone and I about fell over when she called me back. I never thought buying insurance would make my weekend. I was speechless when she told me how much I was saving and how much more I was insured for. I will be a client for life.

In my world, I work with many people trying to collect documentation and information from them in order to do my job. Sometimes it feels like I spend half my day following up on requested documentation/​information, and that can be frustrating for everyone. This is why I love Paul and his team! I know that I NEVER have to follow up on a request that I have sent them and in fact, they always follow up with me right away to make sure I have exactly what I need from them. It is so nice to have an insurance agent that I feel absolutely confident will take care of things! His location is very easy to find with lots of parking as well!

When we first met Paul it was to discuss a retirement program for our employees. Paul was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. He explained all of our options and simplified things for us. He got us signed up and it has been great since then. That was 5 years ago! Paul is still available whenever we have questions or have a new employee to add to the plan. We really appreciate having a partner like Paul.

When my car was broken into a few years ago and my business laptop was stolen, Paul and his staff made me feel like my claim was the only important thing to them in the world as we worked it out. Half the time, he even finds ways to reduce our premium — proving he’s in it for what’s good for me. On a personal note, Paul is always always looking to have good time, while still being warm, sincere, and genuine. He has become what I think most insurance agents only wish to be: A very good friend.

Mr. Paul did an absolutely fantastic job looking through an old policy I currently had and drawing comparisons with what he could offer. Paul is awesome! I met Paul through a networking organization. After striking a conversation about my personal auto policy with Geico, he asked if he could take a look at what my limits where to make sure I had them set appropriately. Turned out I had my injury limits set way too low! Paul helped me right size my auto policy and I’m not even a Farmers insured. Great customer service from an awesome local business :)

I came across this review and I wanted to say that I have had a great experience working with the Haulbrook agency. The staff are friendly and committed to making sure things are taken care of quickly. I have had good experiences and while I know that the agent can not control the cost of insurance, Paul and company do a great job explaining what you pay for!

I am so sorry to say that the experience I have had with Paul’s business has been one of the most awful stressful things I have ever had to put my family through. I was referred to Paul by a trusted business associate four years ago. When I first contacted the office, my phone call was returned by Janelle. At that time I did not know this was his wife and was immediately put off. When I am referred to an individual I expect that person return my call. I was however pleasantly surprised, Janelle was very professional and did everything she could to get our overall rate as low as possible. Understand that Farmers is one of the most expensive insurance companies out there. You would expect excellence for what you pay for.
This brings me to where is all fell apart. Janell took a job at «Corporate» and Patricia came in to do Janelle’s job.
We have Home Owners coverage, four cars and five drivers. When My son decided to purchase a motorcycle somehow our entire premium increased 25% for a total of $ 3700 for six months. We inquired about the increase and were told that happens when you add an inexperienced driver. Fine, however this was the third inexperienced driver we had added as he is our youngest child.
Growing up I believed in creating long term relationships with the people you do business with. Not sure what happened here but it all fell apart. We asked for options to lower our premium and were told that we would actually have to spend more money to save money, by purchasing life insurance or other services. Not sure how this was going to solve the problem we decided to cancel all our policies and just go elsewhere.
Let me say at this point I had still never spoke to Paul who I was actually referred to initially.
With the attempt to cancel our policies created a whole new set of issues. From Patricia lying about having phone numbers to call us on when we had received calls from her before, to it taking weeks to get refunds and Patricia just saying «I don’t know why they would hold your check «I really felt the need to let the public know this agent is not out for the consumer and will back his staff no matter what.
I have now actually spoken to Paul, however he still stands behind his office manager saying she is one of the best out there. She has lied, been rude and is completely incompetent. If Paul wants to save any sort of his business he will need to take control of his office and demand some sort of costumer appreciation.
