Had a 7:00 am appointment. I arrived at 6:55. Turned car over to them at 7:00. Work not started until 8:05. They looked like they had a lot of customers, but I won’t be back.

Nice people but 2.5 hours to change tires is ridiculous. At least give me a heads up that it’s going to take this long.

WOW! These employees go WAY above and beyond their job requirements! This is outstanding, genuine, and personal service! I have been a regular customer at this location for several years, but this last visit blew me away. I took my car in to have the breaks checked before work. I had to be out of there by a certain time so I could get to work on time. Well, when I was told– 10 minutes after I need to leave– that not only were my breaks shot, but I had an un-repairable hole in my tire– I became a bit distraught. I felt badly that I was basically having a girly emotional breakdown in a business of all men, but instead of ignoring it(which I would have totally understood) they acknowledged my situation and feelings, and the mechanic, Paul, DROVEMETOWORKHIMSELF. What’s more, they let me come back to the store after business hours(as I did not get off work until late) to pick up my car. They also did everything they could to minimize the cost of the repairs. I have been a longtime Firestone customer, but this personal and above-and-beyond service absolutely blew me away. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I had two brand new winter tires installed on two brand new steel wheels at this shop this afternoon. I also had two brand new TPMS units which came with valve caps. When I booked my car in I was a bit disappointed that the service writer did not know that a smart car is RWD — not a big deal, after all Oregon City is most known for jacked up trucks. The tire install work took about an hour which I got to spend in the Starbucks in the mall. I picked my car up and things looked fine. I completed some other errands and had put on about 50 miles by dinner time so when I got home I checked my air pressure. The car was not driving nice and I expected the new tires to «pop» such that I would need to add a few extra pounds. The rear tires on a smart car take 36 psi — left had 28 psi and right had 22 psi. The annoyance is that the TPMS sensors had two new grey valve stem caps supplied but when I checked my tires one of them had a black cap. Based on this carelessness and sloppy work I will be checking that they torqued my three wheel lugs to spec very soon. If you decide to use this store, I would suggest you check your own air tire pressure if you value your safety.
