I recently moved to Oregon City and was delighted to find Mai at Happy Nails! I’ve had pedicures and shellac manicures and both were great! Her nail art is perfect as well. Feel fortunate that I found a place within walking distance to my home. Thank you!

One of the few places where the shellac actually lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Very clean & the staff knows how to do almost any type of nail design. I bring in Pinterest photos & they can always do the same design. I am a regular client & really like this salon. Friendly staff & they do great work that is quality.

I really like this place but I wish I could have looked out here and seen there hours of operation.

By far the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! I will certainly be returning. Le was the gentleman who tended to me, very kind. Right away I was offered one of their many drinks they provide & was seated quickly. The chairs are lovely and provide a great massage. I was happy to see the salon so clean and nail clippers, ect they use, pulled out and in a clean, sanitized wrapper. The leg massage was heaven, accompanied by a hot paraffin wax dip for your feet. I loved the vast variety of colors they had also. I already can’t wait to return!

First time here at Happy Nail and Spa, and I will definitely be coming back! I was surprised at how big the salon was when I walked in, as the front of the shop is pretty unassuming. It has a very modern, comfortable vibe, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and organized, and I left with a great shellac manicure from Nguyen.
They are located right off Hwy 213 in the Haggan’s parking lot across from Clackamas Community College.
They request cash or check due to the high expenses of using cards, so I’ll make sure to remember to bring cash next time:).

They did a good job, but 7 year old daughter & I waited 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment before they finally started our pedicures. Also I think this place is a bit more expensive than most.

Not the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. The woman who did my nails didn’t say a word to me. I had a full set of nails put on and she applied tips that were way too big for my fingers and hung over the side of my natural nail. She didn’t do a good job of smoothing them out after she put on the acrylic, so they’re lumpy and extremely uneven. I had shellac put over the acrylic and she completely flooded my cuticle and sides of my nails. Very disappointing. This was my first experience here and I won’t be returning.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. HORRIBLE experience. I was having a hectic day, I was with my sister. We needed a fill badly and I was in a hurry that evening so I went to the nearest place which was Happy Nails. I left anything BUT happy as did my sister.
1. If you have a client, be off your phone.
2. If you have a client who clearly does not or may not speak and/​or understand your 1^st language, don’t have a continues conversation with the other employees in that language while you’re with a client. It’s rude and unprofessional.
3. I paid full price to get a fill. (French tips, pink and white solar powder) and my sister did a fill as well (pink solar powder with color and a design on each nail).
Literally each nail of mine was a different shape AND size than the others. They barely used any powder for the fill with both our fills (using less powder equals being able to have the powder in the bottle last longer which equals them spending less money on their products). My French tips, with white parts were all different sizes and looked as if a child painted them on and cricked. My sisters color was cricked and when we asked her to fix it she pretended she could not see what we were referring to and refused to fix it. My sisters designs were sloppy and cricked.
4. They were rude. when they were done they put our hand under the portable lights on their stations, walked away and started doing someone else’s pedicure. ZERO communication.
NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN, EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER SOMEWHERE ELSE.
RESULT– We paid the full price for the work and I literally was not able to use my hands properly due to the rough and cricked edges getting caught on my hair and cloths, etc. I had to then go to my normal gal MICHELLE at ANGEL NAILS off Sunnyside who is AMAZING and pay for a whole new set that evening. She let me come in after closing and had to remove everything. unbelievable that was how bad a job the other place did! Go to ANGEL NAILS! ITS WORTH IT AND MORE.

I was desperately looking for a nail salon so that I could get my acrylic nails filled before they started coming off (busy month!) My wonderful nail tech, Tina, at Angel V Nails in Clackamas (shameless plug) was booked solid so I took to Unilocal for HELP!
Well, I Unilocaled for help alright, but definetely not in a positive way :0(I wonder if all the other dissatisfied customers just haven’t bothered to leave bad reviews because I KNOW I can’t be the ONLY one.
I called ahead and made an appointment for 5:15. «Amy» was ready for me right on time. She didn’t smile or even say hello, but the shop looked fairly clean and the prices were good. But then I sat down…
…talk about a nightmare! I tried to make conversation and was met with a lot of grunts and Amy speaking to the other nail techs in a different language completely ignoring me for most of my service. Now please understand me, I’m mixed with hispanic and pacific island blood, but I sure as heck didn’t expect to see it coming out of my fingers after my service was complete! I could have overlooked the rudeness, but use your electric nail file like a belt sander and you’re gonna hurt someone!
I HATE PAIN! This woman cut the sides of my fingers twice with her rogue nail file and after I «yelped» in pain, she mumbled something under her breath (not even stopping to apologize) and then sliced my thumb with the emery board.
That was it! Needless to say, I won’t be back. If I’d wanted to be treated rudely, get hurt in the process and have to pay for it– I’d have gone to Wal-​mart!

VALUE QUANTITY OVER QUALITY! I was extremely disappointed with this service. I got a sch-​lack and my 14 year old daughter got a manicure and pedicure, I walked out of there paying almost $ 80 and my nails looked as if they had grown out for a week, not attention to detail and they cut my daughters cuticle so deep it bled profusely. They are just in a BIG hurry and do crappy work. They are NOT about quality, only how fast they can move you thru with the least amount of work.

There are plenty of stations for manicures and pedicures. I really love that I can come in with my two girls and get out in an hour or so. They do a fantastic job and are alway friendly.

I had a very good experience here with Julie. She was very personable. She was very quick and did a great job! It’s so convenient and I will definitely go back!

Usually great at nails my last experience I wasn’t too happy with nails had weird bubbles and lots of annoying imperfections but everyone has bad days so I’m heading in today and I expect nothing but the best as that’s what I usually get there

I have been wanting to get my nails re-​done for a while now, and so I decided to go to the closet nail place to me. I walked in and immediately was sat and the lady started working on my nails. She was very nice, but didn’t talk much. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. I got shellac nails this time, which I never do, and they turned out great. By the time I walked in and then out it took a little over 30 minutes. Which was amazing! It was a little pricey, but all in all it was a good experience. I’ll most likely be going here again.

Tried this place out and was sat with Julie. Nice gal and did almost exactly what I asked her to but I’m picky so its hard to please me 100%. Nonetheless she did a great job. Went in for a fill with shellac polish and it was cheaper than the other place I go to in Oregon City, and they had a HUGE selection of shellac colors. I had a hard time deciding! I may ditch my usual place and switch over to Happy Nails.

I started going here a few summers ago for artificial nails. I always see Julie and she ALWAYS does a great job. They are so sweet and fun there. It’s probably a little strange, but I look forward to going there, to see them-​as well as getting my nails done. I have a 4 and a 10 year old daughter and I take them with me often. They go OUT of their way to make it a fun and special experience for them. Julie speaks great English, as well as many of the staff. I really like them!
They now offer the Shellac Manis as well. Strongly recommend.
