Massages are the greatest thing on earth! The downstairs section of Heidi’s II is where you find the best Massage. I think there is more than one masseuse, but I’ve only used the services of Rick McDaniel LMT. My doctor gave me a referral for a couple dozen massages after my last car wreck. I chose Rick for treatment. I always felt comfortable, relaxed and in good hands with him. I was a bit nervous at first because I’ve never had a male massage therapist before. He is very good. He works every single muscle in my body, clears out all tension, works on my stretch and range of motion and even does energy work that I requested. Many insurance companies cover massage. I recommend everyone use it if they can. It’s not a luxury or pampering,…It’s just good preventive medicine.
