Top notch and very professional! My wife and I just moved here from Wichita and bought our first home and we were unable to be at the home when the inspector, Robert (Bob), performed the inspection. He sent us his report the same day. It was extremely detailed and included 7 pages of photos, each marked with the particular issue addressed in the report. He also took the time to speak with me over the phone at length so that I understood the main issues that needed to be addressed. It was a good thing too, because the ya-​hoo who installed the recessed lighting apparently did a bang-​up job. In fact, Bob said that in all the years he’s been doing home inspections he never saw work like that!
In the end, Bob saved us a couple thousand dollars since we used the inspection report to request that some of the issues mentioned be repaired before closing. I don’t know if there are other inspectors working at Inside Out, but I would definitely recommend Bob-​o for your home inspecting needs.
