Looking for a job can be a liberating, exciting journey of self-​discovery and limitless potential of finding the right fit for your occupation to match your life journey. But most of the time it isn’t that way. It’s a frustrating mismatch of mistrust, caution, and lack of disclosure… sounds like I hate looking for a job, right?
It often seems that there isn’t anyone out there to help the person who wants to change careers or take the next step in their own. I’ve been fortunate to meet Dave and Tammy Duncan, the owners of Practice Management Systems, and they have a unique training program that accelerates the timeline that a person who is looking for a new career will have the tools, training, and most importantly the networking opportunities to be placed, more importantly to place themselves in an exciting career in a dentist office as an admin or a receptionist.
I know Tammy and Dave because I personally have seen how they have transformed the lives of people that I know. Personally, I wouldn’t be great in a dentist office, but they also gave me some tools that I could use in my professional life as well. Tammy comes from a coaching and HR background and she has an amazing set point where she is helpful, kind, but yet will kick your butt if you are off track. Dave is the quite calm of the business, and the visionary to say the least… He oversaw the building out of their new spacious training space on top of the hill in Oregon City, near Clackamas Community College.
When I have talked to people that don’t like their jobs or just didn’t have direction, I’ve sent them to Practice Management Systems. I trust they will get the best training, advise, and support.
