I must say… GREAT customer service! They were super busy on Sat. and I was greeted right away, was told that they would be with me in a minute… they were, phone was ringing off the hook and they were all very friendly. When they helped me, they did not have the cable in stock but the Stark location did… they guy wrote down the part number AND called to have them pull it out so it would be ready when I got there. IT WAS! I paid for it and left… very great service at both locations…

Thanks Tom and Crew,
I wanted a new mower, and was not impressed at the selection from the Home Depot located next door to the Washington Street branch of Stark Street Lawn and Garden in Oregon City. In fact the sale associate from the Depot recommended I go there. And I’m glad I did, not only did they save me from buying an inferior product, but I got an inside scoop on what was available from people who service there own products.

What an odd place. Poor selection, no customer service, and no help from the staff. Do yourself a favor and visit Home Depot down the street.
Call me crazy, but when I am looking at something to purchase on the floor, it would be nice to be acknowledged by the staff when they are sitting behind the counter and talking about a BBQ.
