OPEN MAY 3 for the 2014 SEASON! Canoe and Kayak rentals on the Rock River. Starting just below the dam in Oregon, Il. We launch from the business location. You can canoe a 2 hour trip to Castle Rock State Park (5 mi) or on down to Grand Detour (12 mi). You can canoe/camp at Castle Rock river access only campground which is located half way down the 12 mile trip. All trips include paddles, jackets and the shuttle trip back.
The Rock River is very scenic with lots of nature, sandstone bluffs, eagles, great fishing! Hope to see you soon!
