Cascade Collision Repair

Brought my car in for an estimate, insurance didn’t total it but the repair amount pays off my loan. So I didn’t want it fixed. They had my door ripped apart took the bumper off and gave me an over $ 500 bill for having my car there for 3 days. I’m not opposed in any way for paying for people’s time, but over $ 500 to take off a bumper (my insurance company did the estimate) and take my door apart, and leave it apart (which wasn’t damaged, they were checking for damage) and take out 1 tail light seems absolutely criminal. Seems like they do good work, I would just be very clear what these guys will charge you (in writing!) before you give your car to them. In the shop face to face I was told 200(after they had looked at it), the next day I get a call saying its gonna be 500. Nothing changed in that day, nothing was fixed, just that they found out they weren’t going to be fixing my car seems to be justification to charge me over 150% more.

I’m always nervous about taking my car for any kind of repair and was prepared to for my estimate to double but they stuck to it and even fixed a big gash on my car for free that I didn’t even tell them about. Highly recommended.

Right away I knew this body shop was like no other. These people are understandably the best place to have your car’s body fixed and made over!
Top notch professionals that are courteous, friendly, honest, genuine, caring, and do great work. They deliver on their assessments and are willing to carry the job to the Cutomer with excellent service! Truly a pleasure and the experience was perfect!

I picked up our van from Cascade last week — the third time we’ve used these guys. The bar might just be really really low these days, but I’ve always been impressed by how they stick to their estimates and turn times. The quality has always been great, and they seem totally sincere about making sure you’re happy and that everything’s perfect in the end.
