History

Established in 1972.

Giant Carpet One Floor & Home began with its first store on 1351 South 400 West in Salt Lake City, Utah which is still there today. Over the past 30+ years we’ve opened five other stores along Utah’s Wasatch Front as well as a store in St. George, Utah and Reno, Nevada. The company is locally owned and operated by caring business professionals. Being affiliated with Carpet One nationally we can offer flooring options and prices that no other flooring retailers can. Our Utah County Store Manager, Jeremy Grimes, has over 12 years of flooring experience. A number of those working in our wholesale/​corporate office. Jeremy has worked with individuals and business owners all over Utah. He works with builders, re-​modelers and a lot of insurance agencies.
