Karen worked with us for several months trying to find the right home in Lafayette, in a ridiculously hot sellers market. She was patient, never once urging us to break our budget, like other real estate agents might to get a quick sell. We eventually got what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with, which she worked hard to ensure we got.
She then sold my condo unit in Oakland for the price we wanted, even when the market was cooling and a competing unit was selling near us. She made the best out of a tough situation.

I was forced to fire an incompetent psychopath who bungled my MLS listing and failed to have a successful open house because of numerous inaccuracies and overt laziness. I called Karen because she sold a unit in the same building we were vacating. She was the antithesis of the ignorant slob; Karen was forthright, professional, savvy, and furthermore she knew the market so well that her strategies were successful enough to sell our house in 5 days for the price we were looking for. Intelligent, honest and confident – what else do you need? Her assistant, Meara, was wonderful and conscientious as well.
