ahhahaha nice cover up. Just like the cover up you used to give me the wrong shirt. Must be a coincidence that you get multiple horrible reviews.

I walk in the place and the owner is talking to a guy who parked his suv in front of the door. O.K. So now I am standing at the counter, with my clothes and they are still yaking like I’m not there. So I plop my clothes on the counter and he decides to notice me. First he askes my phone number. Then my last name. If he made me spell it one more time, I’da given him 5 across the chops. He could see that I was getting agitated repeating myself. Then when he asked me to spell crystal, I wanted to pick up my clothes and leave. Is this guy kidding me? And then when he gave me the reciept to pick up my stuff I was about to fall over. Almost 26 bucks for 2 two piece suits and 2 shirts. Did I drive into the city by mistake? Unless he’s gold leafing the collers, I’m done with this place.

Do not go to this dry cleaners. First of all, the owner, Frank is very rude. He does not know how to treat his customers with respect. He yelled at me on the phone when i asked him if my items were ready and then when I went there to pick up my items — he started screaming at me again. «I told you I don’t have your stuff, its not here!» Second, they claim that your items are ready for pickup on a certain date but that was not the case for me. Third, he took my clothing out of his building without permission to supposedly do my repair but the repairs had not been done yet.(Very Odd) Fourth, after I told him that I wanted my items back he told me that my items are not in his facility and he would not ensure me an approximate delivery date. BUYERBEWARE! This guy is a real piece of work. If you value your clothing, blankets, curtains, whatever it may be — Well then don’t take your stuff there — He told me that he doesn’t know 100% when my item will return to his building and to call before I come. I told him that I wanted my items back by the end of the day considering that he has had it for 10 days. He told me if that was the case then I should SUEHIMINCIVILCOURT! This dry cleaners just opened. I assume that it won’t be in business for long. I cannot see how any residents of Orland Park will tolerate such inappropriate behavior. The owner should be aware of the social class surroundings. I would not return for any type of service ever again — even if it was free! No customer should ever be treated in such a degrading manner. I refuse to ever go there again — as for picking up my items — I am going to ask my husband to do it because I did not feel safe while I was there with the owner. I didn’t know if he was going to come after me and hit me while he was yelling at me. He is a short stocky man but with his anger he could of seriously injured me if he decided to get violent.
