Bob Davis – State Farm Insurance Agent

Aubrey was very helpful at first, so we thought. She gave us a quote and told us that’s gonna be the price, come to find out a few days later when the bill came in the price she gave us was just for one car when wet had multiple cards and they were all added she only mention the price for one. After she couldn’t get the discount she previously told us we had gotten and therefore had to pay about 45 $ extra. Not to mention after the first month where she said we would have a credit, well it never applied. After 3 weeks of calling leaving messages, cause for some apparent reason was never available, we finally decided to change insurance company. On that day my new insurance agent submitted request to terminate state farm i receive an email of her apologizing and asking for us to give state farm another chance. The nerve of her, after 3 weeks of no call backs not answering my calls now she wants to contact me? And doesn’t call me but emails me… Oh no! She was a doll when she was trying to get our business so what happened?

What a great experience we had with Bob Davis State Farm Insurance office. Colleen Caul did a great job opening up our new policy. She made it very simple and painless. I would recommend this office to our friends and family.

Bob Davis and Audrey are amazing! Audrey has the BEST customer service skills and is so helpful. Bob is not only a great agent, but has personally helped me with discussing college and jobs after college! He is so caring and generous and I would never leave State Farm because they have great customer service and are so caring and the rates are the best!

State Farm is always the best insurance company to have, I have been with Audrey for 3 years and my parents for 8 years. Always helpful and I’m very annoying with calling and asking questions and every time they are so helpful. And on top of excellent customer service the rates are unbeatable!!!
