History
Established in 1995.
I started doing personal fitness training part-time in 1995 while working as a health club fitness director. Working one on one with clients was so rewarding because I could customize their routines for maximum benefit. This led me to devote myself full time to personal training. I specialize in weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility training, strength training and stress management. In my business I have also worked with a number of people who have special needs such as muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, back problems, arthritis etc. Post rehab exercise has become another specialty for me.
