The folks at Midwest Air Control are amazing! They were willing to come out and help us on a weekend way out of their usual territory when no one else would and they didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!

I have been a customer of Midwest Air Control for more than two years! I can’t stay enough good things about the owners and the quality of the service. I had them install a new furnace, which was initially intimidating for me since it was one of the larger purchases I made in my home since I bought it. Ron helped find the right furnace for me and my budget — and I didn’t feel like I was being «taken.» He’s since returned a year later to clean it, my air ducts and my clothes dryer. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They are reliable, trustworthy and very good at what they do!

I was recently in the home buying process and Midwest Air Control was recommended by a friend. I contacted their office and spoke with Lisa who was very knowledgeable about not only their services and how they could help me but with assisting me with navigating their service menu. Although my initial deal did not come to fruition, I was able to contact them when I was able to purchase my new home to discuss my needs. Lisa again walked me through the various options and explained what I could do service wise. I appreciate her professionalism and patience in explaining what I could do and what I could have done in regards to cleaning my vents and checking my heating system. In an area like Chicago, it is important to have a working heating and cooling system. It is equally as important to have a company who you can trust to provide you with service based on what you need and not on what they can sell. Ron and Lisa are the best!

Shortly after purchasing my townhouse, Midwest Air Control was recommended by a friend, to service at my furnace prior to use to ensure good air quality and that it’s working properly. Although I had the townhouse passed inspection prior to purchase, it’s different when you actually live in there and the air is blowing! On appointment day, Ron was very professional, on time, and made it a learning experience for me as a new homeowner. He’s been back for the annual check up and I will continue to call Midwest Air Control every year (and in case of emergency) when it comes to my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Ron Doherty at Midwest Air Control when I was looking for a licensed plumber to change the hot water tank in my condo. Ron was prompt in returning phone calls and was very accommodating when we made the appointment. On day of install, Ron and his partner were on time and worked very efficiently.
