Went here to get a an amp, sub, and new speakers installed for my 2014 Honda Accord. Spent 1700 dollars and felt like I was ripped off but I didn’t care as I thought I would get a great sound system in return. That’s a big negative. After they installed everything my sound kept going In and out so I took it back to them and explained what was going on so they tried to say it was a bad amp and bad LC-​6. They replaced it and the sound was still going in and out. Took it back there a third time and it sounds even worse then when they gave it back to me the first and second time!!! Sounds distorted I have no bass coming from the sub just horrible sound. I will never go here again as they do a horrible job with the work they do. I’m gonna have to end up taking it to someone who has more knowledge and fix this mess. I’m really upset with the amount of money I spent as I shouldn’t be having problems like this. Please go somewhere else before going to this place. Their quality of work sucks.

I brought my sons vehicle in to get a whole new stereo system. Within the first 3 weeks I had to return twice in the first month due to he front speakers being blown and another time to replace the blown bass, which b allegedly has a protector.
My son and I we’re not happy with the quality of the sound that we were getting drama theit suggested receiver, amplifier, speaker, subwoofer and tweeters.
After 2 months of a terrible sound quality, I took it to another audio place to get trouble shoot it.
The new audio place gave me a laundry list of things that were not done correctly. factory tweeters we’re still hooked up. The amplifier was adjusted improperly properly, the speaker mounts we’re screwed in with wood screws and the door panel was improperly assembled which consisted of loose screw, missing screws and plugs not plug it back in such as the side mirror.
No sound stuffing in the woofer box.
The radio power was connected to the ignition switch electrical unit. Which is a very big no no.
The receiver was not put in the vehicle with the correct harness, but was imistakes, very cheap harness.
I spent almost 1500 for the system.
Went to the other place and after 4 hrs and another 400.00, they correcting the mistakes, not the equipment, it sounds awesome
After this review, it an email to the owner explaining my displeasure and then better business bureau.
Plain sloppy work.
The wiring to the engine is a whole other story. I haven’t even gotten to that yet. It’s going to cost me about another $ 400 to get that cleaned up and repaired. Sloppy wiring!!!
Nice guys, owner is a car salesmen of audio.

Mobile Concepts has great customer service and are very knowledgeable with their products. Very friendly and will help with any questions you may have. Took my car to get auto start and they did a fantastic job. Pretty good prices compared to dealership prices. The owner of the company went over every aspect of the remote start and all its functions. They’ve been in business for 25 years so it must say something. Would recommend using their services.

Rene and his team are great. Got my Escape done and also a Ford Focus. Will come back for more work since they are professional and prices are good. Most importantly the work they do is awesome. Check them out !!

I am so excited to write this review. I want to give a BIG shoutout to Sean and the team! Thank you for working with me and being understanding of all my requests. It all started with how patient and knowledgeable Sean is as I inquired about an car audio system. At that point, we developed a great customer relationship.
I had a Kenwood DDX7701HD installed with front/​back speakers, new remote start/​alarm and some legal tinted windows. I went back a few times as I am very detailed oriented and each call or visit I was treated with a smile.
I will miss our audio talks and overall experience with this talented team. I will recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you!

My wife wanted a remote start for her birthday, so I did a little research and decided to come here. A quick phone call and they explained the different options for remote start, and estimated the time of install being just a few hours. Dropped the car off in the morning and walked the few blocks to the mall, grabbed some coffee and relaxed, then came back and the car was ready. A quick demonstration of how to start it with the original key fobs, and we were good to go. I appreciated their work, their accuracy on the time estimation, and we’ve really enjoyed having the remote start with the recent cold weather. I would not hesitate to go back again or advise friends/​family to visit Mobile Concepts for their remote start or car audio needs.

after spending a lot of money on two vehicles remote starts mobile concepts installed led stip lights on Acura mdx with which shorted out and burnted out my multiplex after telling me it was my map light switch that I spent 500.00 at dealer repair the other vehicle shorted out too shorted out which I paid mobile concepts 100.00 they warrenty there work by giving me a 50.00 credit wow thanks latest issue called to have them look at dei keyless entry that does not work needs to be reset after spending hours of time waiting they don’t want to deal with it would take hour maybe ill call dei myself thanks again for great service mobile concepts thank you I told customer in store remote iPhone app is nice made them a sale thanks again will not return,

I had researched and called many places before landing on Mobile Concepts to install my remote start based on the suggestion of a friend (and my brother had used them for a sound system installation in the past). They stand behind their product, do a great job, and clearly take care and pride in what they do. They also had competitive prices and the best customer service. Highly recommended… and that is coming from an over-​judgmental woman. That’s probably worth double.

I really did not enjoy my time at this shop. I felt that many other places are far more friendly and want to assist you in the better direction. I felt that this place pushes to upsell you their equipment and probably would not go back.
