To be honest, this is the first auto shop that didn’t make me feel like I was being taken for a ride. I brought my sister her when her car was having some issues and they were very up front with everything. They scanned her cars computer and came back with their scan tool and showed everything that was wrong. There wasn’t the urgent «you need this fixed right now or else» feeling that’s commonly used to pressure you into dropping tons of money. Lucas, the gentleman who help us was very honest and upfront. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot.

NEVER EVER EVER take your car to these horrific people. I called today to inquire about an oil change. When I called all I got was a «Hello?!» I asked «Is this Orland Best Service?» The man replied «Yes, what do you want?»
I should have hung up right then.
But I then asked «I was wondering if you did oil changes on european cars?»
He says «Not today.» WHAT?
I asked again… «NOT TODAY» he says.
Then proceeds to HANG UP ON ME!!!
I have no clue how this shop is still open when they speak to potential customers like this. I can’t imagine what shady things these morons do to your car once it is in their hands.
Do not trust these people with your expensive european vehicle, I will never ever take my Mercedes there.

I was driving my friend’s car and it overheated and killed the engine. I’m very glad I took it to Orland. They let me leave the vehicle over the weekend and gave me a free estimate. The price they quoted for the engine repair was substantially lower than other places. They were very courteous and didn’t try to offer unnecessary services. This is a small business and I appreciated the attention and professionalism. I was a little thrown off by the way they answer the phone (just a simple hello, so you second guess if you called the right number) but these guys are great people and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to Orland Best Service for a couple of years now. I started coming when my Dad recommended that I find a place to get my oil changed regularly.
As a girl who does not know much about the auto industry, I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of because of my ignorance. They have always been fair and affordable.
They are just good guys that do good work. :)

I just brought my 2002 Camry to this shop for the timing belt and water pump replacement, since my car hit 100,000 miles and I wanted to rest assured that I would not have any worries about a sudden problem with either of these two components.
Two years previous the Toyota Dealer told me the belt was starting to wear and to think about replacing it. He quoted me $ 650. Holy moly. I had no clue it was that much, but he said it was all labor charges and they would need the car for half a day.
I got a coupon in the mail for Orland’s Best Auto and decided to give them a try. There was a $ 30 discount coupon for work over $ 200. They quoted me about $ 600 and I decided to give them a try.
WOW. Very impressed with the attention that I received when I called 3 times during the day to check on my car. When I picked it up the cost came in much lower than he quoted me and he also replaced my coolant Free Of Charge! He told me the water pump had started to leak and the belt had many cracks in it. I’m lucky that I had the work done sooner than later.
Highly professional and quality work. Would not hesitate to recommend !!
