Orland Oil N Go

Sent my wife for an oil change. Been going there for years. In the past the guys have been great. Mark the manager told her the car was overdue for an engine flush. Told her it was recommended in the maintenance schedule by Lexis at 50m. This is a lie per Orland Lexis Service. She let them do the 69.99 additional service which could potentially harm the car. She requested Mobil one specificly as always. She was given– at least indicated on the reciept– Valvoline synthetic and not told. When I felt my Wife had been taken advantage of in two different ways I went in to discuss it with Brian the manager. He became frustrated quickly having to put up with a dissatisfied customer his co-​worker sold unnecessary services to. I was rewarded for my patronage by being called a nut-​job by one of the crew as I left.

I’ve tried many places in the area, you can’t beat the great service and speed that you get at this location. If you need your oil changed, give this place a shot.

I had been getting my oil changed there for 7+ years. A couple months ago I went in for my regular oil change when they did their usual full service inspection on my car. After checking the tire pressure the «manager», who was an ignorant kid, came to me with part of my valve stem for my tire. He claims that the part is defective and refused to take any responsibility for his employees mistake. I got the number for the owners/​corporate from him before i left. It was past the time my tire place was closed so I had to drive on a spare for the next few days until I could get time from work to get it repaired.
So I called the number he gave me and talked to someone who said he was one of the owners. He gave me many company lines about how it wasn’t their fault and the part is known to be bad etc… I recommended that they needed to inform customers that if this happens they aren’t responsible before they touch their tires. He said «sometimes it’s a tough learning experience for the customer.» I recommended at least posting a warning in the waiting area but it fell on def ears.
In short, it was a $ 65 repair that they should have willing fully taken care of. Now I’ll have the oil changed for $ 35 per time on both cars I had taken there somewhere else. At probably 10 changes between the 2 cars per year, that’s about $ 350 a year that will not go to this disloyal company. Not to mention all the friends and family who have stopped going there after hearing about this poor service and shabby treatment.
Sometimes it’s a tough learning experience for the owners.

This is the fasted oil change you will get anywhere! The guys in there are always friendly.
It might be a bit more expensive than some places but they give you coupons for the next visit and my saving time has value to me.

If you need an oil change in a hurry, this is the place to go.
In and out in about 5 minutes — you don’t even have to get out of the car. Just pull in, tell them your mileage, and by the time one of the guys makes change or runs you card, they are finishing up on checking the tire pressure and finishing the oil change.
I’m only giving them 3 stars because I’m happy with the oil changes, but can’t speak for their other services. Also, the oil change is kind of over priced, but the convenience is well worth the $ 30-​$ 35.
