Dr. Pavletic is one of the best doctors out of the entire medical field that I’ve ever experienced. He was extremely informative and explained himself clearly and slowly so that it was understandable. I felt like a real person in his office. I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Pavletic. I didn’t have to pick anything out so I didn’t have too much interaction with the ladies out front. They were kind with the check in process.

I have waited to write this review because the Dr. was one of the best eye doc’s I have ever been to. Very professional, and he made absolutely sure that I knew what he was talking about and explaining everything in detail. The problem started when I got out to the reception area and the manager came to help me with my selection. I had the glasses that I wanted in my hand. But some how I let her talk me out of them? They were a sunglass frame, but they had magnetic pop out lenses that you can have both, tinted and clear. I explained that I wanted them because when I am working in the heat, the rubber nose piece will stay on my face and I won’t have to keep pushing them up. So she goes to the other side and starts pulling frames. This is were I felt like she was being pushy and I was getting rushed along. The frames that I chose had the tint on them, but the lenses were not removable. They looked pretty good. Until I went to pick them up today. Without the tint, I looked like Harry Carey and I should have a Bud in both hands. I told them that I wasn’t happy. They said that for 13 bucks they could tint them. I was delighted and I could use a pair of prescription sunglasses anyway. Then I get a call back telling me that I have to pay $ 138 extra for new lenses because they can’t these because they have a coating on them. Now, I am not angry in any way. But I had picked out what I wanted and was ready to go. The glasses that I got had the original tinted lenses in the bag. So I am assuming that they had this pair that they were trying to get rid of and they got pushed off on me. I thought that I would at least get a new pair of frames. Not the one’s everybody in creation tried on before me. And when I was going through the initial order. I got the transition lenses. Well I knew that I did not want that and I wasn’t sure how I got talked into it? So I called back and told them to take it off the order. After all this I really don’t think that I will be coming back here.
