This location always takes forever. I just went through the drive through, asking for an extra shot in a grande frap(should be three shots) and I got a single. They took so long I didn’t have enough time to go in and get it corrected, otherwise I would have been late to work. Ughhh idk how I’m going to finish out a twelve hour workday. This is going to be awful.

Extra friendly and pleasant staff! The drive thru is always fast and has become my favorite in Orland Park. My drinks are made to perfection!

Gotta agree w/Courtney, this Starbucks has unusually friendly service. My daughter plays hockey down the street so Ive been here a lot in the past several years and the service is always great even when overly busy. Ive been here in the morning, afternoon & evenings. I hope the management doesnt chg anything cause the baristas are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I wish this this SB was in my neighborhood. If they had better parking Id give 5 stars.

How long does it take to make 2 green teas??? Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes: Service is not that great. This Starbucks is usually slow.

I drink a lot of coffee & I go to a lot of different Starbucks. Bar none, this drive thru has easily become my favorite. «But Courtney,» you say, «it’s just another Starbucks!» Well, I suppose there’s some truth to that. It is, in fact, a regular Starbucks. So what warrants five stars? 1. my drink is always spot on 2. they only staff the drive thru with the nicest, friendliest, smiliest people on the planet I can’t speak to the inside-the-store environment, but I imagine it’s filled with glitter and unicorns and sunshine because I have never received such consistently happy service from any other Starbucks in my LIFE. After headache-inducing, hectic school mornings(five kids and all that), I just want a strong, well-made drink and a pleasant experience. Boom. Nailed x 2. It’s by no means the closet *$ to my humble abode, but honestly… it really is worth the drive. Solid five stars. Hit up the drive thru & see for yourself. :)

While staff is always nice and I can totally avoid Lagrange, it’s usually a slow line in the drive thru.

Friendly staff and the drive-thru is quick. I’ve been inside to work on my laptop many times, and it’s comfortable and spacious. The Wi-Fi works great.

So I think it is great that there is a Starbucks in Orland that is NOT in a mall, which makes it much more accessible. Free parking and a drive thru. Standard number of tables inside, and none are private. It seems like they concentrate on drive thru orders before anything else. I waited for a drink inside while they took care of several cars. Staff is polite. Orders accurate.

Clean and fast drive through that gets our order right the first time. I like being able to order, pay and drive away satisfied. Starbucks coffee is not my favorite so I order smoothies and they know how to make them correctly here. I can’t say that about every Starbucks. Some day I may even go inside but until then I will continue to appreciate the service.

I have never stepped inside this Starbucks, I have only gotten coffee from the Drive through. I shop frequently at a Quilt store in Lockport and this is about half way from there to my house. Sometimes, I get a little sleepy on the way home especially if I do a night class or workshop. My routine is to roll through the drive through here for coffee if I am tired. If I have to use the facilities, I use the McDonalds next door. I don’t know why either! I have had consistently good Lattes from their drive through window! And I stay awake all the way home!

I completely agree with Robert — you will have a much better experience in the drive-thru of this location than you will inside(on weekday mornings, anyway). Even when I’m cutting my train close, I don’t hesitate to pull into a line 5 cars deep because the gals move ‘em out quickly and accurately.

Starbucks is pretty much the same no matter which one you go to seeing how they mostly follow the same drink recipe. However the employees at this location are very rude and inconsistent. When I pointed out that they charged me incorrectly(I worked for the company previously) they told me I was wrong and that every other store I visit charges me incorrectly, not them. Honestly just drive by this location they are horrible.

Since most Starbucks’ menu-boards are exactly the same, there’s not a whole lot I can review other than what the staff and surroundings bring to this new(er) location. I stopped in here mid-afternoon today(a Saturday) after a long business appointment and found myself to be the only customer in the building. You’d think that because of that, I’d pretty much be in and out, right? Wrong. All I ordered was a Mocha, but apparently all of the drive thru’s business took priority over mine. My server did apologize for the wait once she handed me my order, but after watching all of the people in their cars getting their coffee before I did, I was left with little desire to forgive… especially after discovering that there was only a touch of mocha in my mocha. Next time, Drive thru… but only if I’m desperate.
