It smells in there had to walk out. Nothing I wanted anyway.

I have been shopping there since the day the opened. OUTSTANDING customer service.
The wine guy is great for tips for great wines. Wish they had more tastings for wine.
Everyone is pleasant and helpful.

One thing is for sure, Trader Joes has the most amazing crew in their employ… courteous, hardworking, helpful, and friendly!
Store is clean and well kept, and the staff is constantly moving to keep the shelves stocked in this busy location.
One really cool thing is that all the ad signs unique and made by store employees… lots of creativity and effort are put into the presentation of the store.
I find myself only purchasing a few otherwise hard to find items when I visit though. Other local groceries have a wider variety and lower prices.
If it were just about the food I would go elsewhere, but the people that work at Trader Joes keep me coming back!

I don’t know how they do it in this day and age where customer service is almost unheard of, but they consistently have the most helpful, friendly staff. They should be training other companies on this.

I had a wonderful first-​ever experience at La Grange Trader Joe’s! I found everything I needed and more, with thanks to Alex, and Jake the manager. The prices are quite reasonable, especially of their store’s own brand. Every employee I interacted with was happy and helpful. With outgoing personalities much like my own, I feel very at-​home there and know I will be taken care of every time. I walked out the door with a smile on my face. I will be back again and again! :-)

Trades joes the high end Aldi’s great store produce and meats. Friendly staff and very clean store.

I love Trader Joe’s! The prices are crazy cheap! We are even doing 100% of our grocery shopping here now! The staff saw us checking out some fruit we had never tried and even washed some and let us eat it to make sure! They are so friendly here! I’m not sure how bad it is on weekends. We avoid it and try to go during the week. Make sure to hit the wine section too!

One of my favorite places. Great prices and great products. Very friendly employees!!! I love the joe’s o’s cereal and it’s only 2 bucks for a big box!

On 03÷26÷15 at 8:00 am my wife and I arrived at this location to buy our supply of multi grain bread. We live 15 miles from this location so we buy in bulk and freeze the remainder. Noticing that the bread expired the following day we decided we would be practically doing them a favor by buying the remaining loaves on the shelf. Proceeding to the counter (13 loaves) .We were greeted by the manager who proceeded to interrogate us in a condescending tone as to why we «took «the remaining stock and advised us we can «call ahead «and preorder the supply. Very rude and inconsiderate to treat a potential future customer if you ask this consumer ! Needless to say we will NEVER be shopping at Trader Joe’s again after being loyal customers since they have opened. What a disappointment! Shame on you Trader Joe’s…

Trader Joe’s is the Bomb! For unique TJ branded items and health foods, there is no alternative. The wine selection and pricing is great for any wino on a budget. My only problem with THIS particular TJ’s is it is TINY… the Yuppy Mom’s in yoga pants who are leisurely doing their week’s worth of shopping will SUCK the life out of you’re just in and out for a few things. Shoulda built a bigger store in Orland TJ’s!

While I typically try to avoid Orland Park at all costs, I make a trek out there a few times a year for a trip to TJ’s.
It’s jam packed on the weekends, so if you can, try to go on a weekday. Everything here is fresh and the employees are very friendly. The cashier gave my son a lollipop which just about made his day. The prices are reasonable, although I always end up spending way more than I planned to (cookie butter sandwich cookies, anyone?).
Love the two-​buck chuck wine and the frozen meatballs are delish.

Very reasonable in price and everyone who I have seen that works here are nice and helpful! This is my first place to go to for meat and fruit!

Great place to shop but I’m finding out that their products are either very good or very bad, no in between. Fair prices, seems pretty clean. Friendly helpful staff. But some of the people who shop there are extremely rude and self important. Blocking the aisles with their carts without a care for anyone else. If you say excuse me to get around them, they act like their in a trance. This place is always busy, but some of these customers are in their own little world, they seem like stepford wives. Lol.

Did a little shopping yesterday and got these amazingly delicious mandarin chicken. So good I bought 3 bags and made the mistake of buying 1 bag that first time, but oh no not this time. I also get the vegetable rice which is also in the frozen section. When cooking it I add an egg. Thanks Trader for making my Asian dinner nights so much easier.

I come here weekly to buy a bouquet of fresh flowers for my daughter. They always have the best selection of flowers! The food is a little pricey, but it’s good stuff. The staff is always so helpful and friendly!

I love how TJ is expanding — they are proving that it all can be done, and with reasonable prices. Friendly service? Check. Paper bags with handles? Check. Organic produce that doesn’t require taking out a title loan to afford? Check. Store brand foods that don’t taste like cardboard? Check. The more they grow, the more other stores will have to look at their business models and rethink things.
This location is big and friendly. It’s a bit of a hike for me, but worth it to get the week’s worth of fruit & meals, grab some much-​needed condiments and cheeses, impulse buy some crackers, desserts, & salted caramel chai mix (yum), plus fill up the wine rack, all for under $ 200.

Oh heyyy, Joe. You’re the apple of my grocery-​shopping eye. You have it all down to a science that I have to give you massive amounts of love (and/​or money) every time I’m in the area. First off, the store is so bright and inviting. It’s like you want me to come in here and kill a few hours. And you welcome me with fragrant flowers as soon as I enter. I’m always tempted to buy a bunch, but I’m of the belief that a woman should never have to buy her own flowers. My husband never picks up on the subtle hints either, so we walk on by to my next favorite area. The veggies. Oh boy — do you ever know the way to my heart. Such bright, delicious, fresh veggies of every assortment possible. Do you like organic? We got those! Do you like bags of veggies? We got those too. The best find was a guacamole kit with onion, tomato and avocados. Loved it! Make sure to pick up some of the veggie cabobs in the fridge section. Such a treat and perfect for a week night meal when you’re in a pinch.
Since I’m (trying) to be grain free, I have to skip all of the breads but they do smell delicious and they usually offer some kind of sample! I noticed you just started selling pretzel rolls too. Those used to be my fave, so I may have to sneak a couple when my husband isn’t around. Don’t be surprised if you see me gorging on them before I even make it to the door.
Next up is the dried fruit and nuts. One of my favorite sections for sure, but Joe, why do you have to put canola oil in everything? You do know it’s one of the least nutritious oils out there. You can do better, buddy! Your meat and seafood, oh my! You must love me too. You had so many amazing items that are hard to find at my local store. Ahi tuna for $ 4? A seafood mix with scallops, calamari and shrimp. Wow! Everything I need to start being more creative in the kitchen.
But the best thing yet — now you offer ghee for $ 3? I should give you 5 stars for this alone. I was buying my ghee from Amazon for $ 12 a bottle (plus shipping) so I heart you, Joe. I really really heart you.

I love Trader Joe’s, and this location does not disappoint. Gourmet selections, reasonable prices and friendly people. Add in the superb collection of wines and trained staff that can help you pair wines with your meals… and you may never shop anywhere else again. (Unless completely necessary.)
Their frozen foods are amazing… perfect for faking that you made something from scratch. On many occasions, people have thought I made the macaroni and cheese from scratch… it’s just that darn good. I eventually tell them where I got it from, but enjoy all the praise in the meantime. Their frozen fetticine alfredo is ahhh-​maz-​ing, you just sautee it in a pan and voila! Dinner is served.
Trader Joe’s is a perfect stop to make if you are entertaining a few friends over, their selection of appetizers is awesome. Their puff pastry bites with feta cheese and caramelized onions will fly off your serving platter, as will their wild mushroom and black truffle flatbread. Soo good. Perfect little tarts and little pastries for desert too, great cheeses to make a cheese platter and of course, a great selection of wines. My go-​to stop when entertaining.

This is my regular place to grocery shop. I don’t live super close and probably pass by 10 other stores on the way. But I love TJ’s because it has such better options. Not everything is healthy and good for you, but the produce and meat is always good. The prices are also consistent.
The people who work here love their job and want to help you find things. I fear the opening of whole foods might slow their business down. But considering I can’t afford Whole Foods, I will continue my TJ’s shopping trip every week.
