This place is over priced and garbage! Dont be fooled on the pictures and model apartment they show you. The office staff is very unorganized and no one is on the same page. Seems like everyone has something different to say about certain situations. All the money this complex and company makes, they can seem to keep that gate fix for nothing. They make u pay for everything here, even to pick up your trash! Then they have stipulations on weather or not they going to pick it up because of the size of the bag and how much you put in the trash bins. You also have to pay for pest control. At which you have to call and request service every month before they can come out. The apartment is a roach motel. You have roaches from the garage to the top of the house. Im counting down my lease I cant wait until im out of here! Dont waste your time, its not what it looks like. You can have better in this metro west area. They dont deserve a star!!! Just being honest

I have lived here since September 2014. I’m happy with my 2 bedroom 2 bath with attached 2 car garage townhome. I enjoy the convenience of valet trash pick up and I can have pest control come as many times as I need. In terms of maintenance, every time I have had an issue, it has always been dealt with in a timely fashion and they clean up after themselves. Generally, people in the management office are welcoming and helpful. What makes this place only a 3 star is that management does not hold it’s tenants accountable for their rule violations and their neglect for the community. For example, people double park and are inconsiderate of their neighbor’s entryways. When you bring it to their attention, they look at you as if it’s your fault they blocked your car. People let their young children run unattended until dark on the street and they frequently get in front of driving cars, risking getting run over. They have gates that supposedly require a card to scan yourself in. However, on the townhome side the gate hasn’t been operating properly for sometime. When both gates are there, anyone can get in, because there is no accountability for who comes in as they linger by the gate until you swipe your card and they rush in, cutting you off. Finally, in the doggie park, people have trash containers to place the doggie poop, but are too lazy to pick up after their pets and their is poop everywhere. I believe this community could be better, if people were held accountable for not following the terms of their lease and the rules provided to them when they moved in. They can provably benefit from having a security guard.

I loved the 3/2.5 townhome layout, and maintenance usually responded quickly (but only if you called the 1 – 800 number, don’t submit requests online).
The area is the downer here. It’s located on the edge of ghetto-​ness, and it’s apparent by the cop cars at the gate or in the neighborhood, as well as the number of notices we received about break-​ins and car-​robberies.
Overall, if you want to feel safe, don’t live here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I was fooled at first but a few months into my lease I realized I had been had. My apartment was burgalized in broad day light with a so-​called security guard on the premises. After they boarded up my windows for repairs, I was left with holes in the walls and dirty carpet. My apt. was emaculate when I moved out but they used the stains in the carpet from the burgulars to keep my deposit. The staff is conniving and sneaky. The amentities are below average at best.

This place is garbage. Honestly, I’m almost ashamed to call this my home and even more ashamed I had to get on «yelp» to warn future renters.
I won’t discuss the many problems I had from the start but if you want the honest truth about this place, message me.

Lived here for only a year. The worst place I’ve ever lived. Ghetto. 2 murders during the year. Just simply not where anyone that wants to feel safe wants to live. Stay away.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The staff is completely incompetent. In the past year, I’ve never spent less than 20 minutes in the office when I go. Even if it’s just to pick up an air filter or a package. I put in a maintenance request for my a/​c not working properly before I went out of town for Christmas break. When I got back 2 weeks later, it hadn’t been looked at. When I went to the office to complain, an employee had the audacity to ask if I put in the request. I gave her the exact date and they checked my account and said «oops». It still took 2 more weeks for them to get parts and actually fix it. Then the a/​c started leaking a few months later into my dining room and directly over a burner on my stove. Gross! Who wants brown a/​c water dripping from the ceiling?! I never got a renewal notice (not that I would have renewed) so my lease expired and went to a month-​to-​month basis. When I turned in my intent to vacate form, the girl has the nerve to ask me if I want to renew –_​_​_​_​_​_​– yeah, I do; that’s why I’m filling out an intent to VACATE form smh. Then the person that processes the form wasn’t in the office so I was told they’d leave my copy on my door. A week later, still nothing. I had to go back to the office and wait for someone to figure out where the paper was. I’d rather sleep in someone’s garage than live here. I’m so glad I got out of there!!!

Well, I was *about* to rent here, despite the rent listed for a 3/2.5 changing (increasing) daily. Then I looked more closely at the floorplan. That unit is listed as 1589 sq. ft… which includes the garage! You never include the garage as living space! This really made my comparison shopping difficult. I am looking for a house now. I may have a longer commute, but I think it will be well worth it. They also charge a non-​refundable (after 72 hours) $ 100 holding fee, in addition to the $ 50 application fee. You can’t apply without selecting a unit you want to rent, which I think is silly. Anyway, I caught the flagrant deception before 72 hrs was up, and got my $ 100 back. I will say that the staff was fairly helpful, the place looked clean and well kept. I did really like the layout of the 3/2.5 townhouse, but the misrepresentation of the living space plus the fluctuating rent really put a bad taste in my mouth. Wish me luck in house hunting! I am sure you can also do better for your money, don’t waste your time here.

Stay away! For the 2^nd time i have flood damage. I live on ground floor and upstairs tenant had an over-​flowing toilet. The office doesnt return phone calls. I am expected to stay in a 100 degree stinky noisy one bedroom apt while they dry it out. They also expect me to pay full months rent while all my belongings are displaced and foot the electric bill too for the drying equipment. Nice right. Flood aside they do not clean the site like the old owners did so the common areas are dingy and dark at night because they dont fix the lights. This area has seen a major decline, it really isn’t safe anymore and the staff is horrible. Since they dont maintain the lights and lack of security now it feels unsafe especially for my GF. Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not consider this place you will regret it.
