Army of Maids

I signed up for service late in the evening on a Friday. The sign up process was VERY easy. After signing up, I had a few questions, so I emailed their customer service. I did not expect a reply until Monday, but was amazed that I received an email reply that same night, and then a follow-​up phone call the next day (Saturday).
The first service was excellent, from a cleaning perspective, however the original team had to leave and another team come to finish, due to scheduling. Again, the work was top notch, but this inconvenience of having two teams and waiting for them late on a Friday, is the only reason I am giving this 4 stars (I’d actually give it 4.5 if I could).
They followed up promptly after the first cleaning, and moved my appointment to an earlier time slot to avoid any scheduling conflicts in the future. They came and performed the second cleaning without any issues. I am 100% satisfied with the service they are providing and would highly recommend them. Cheyenne and her team, have been awesome to work with so far.

Once you allow Army of
Maids to clean your house, you will wonder, WHY did I not do this sooner?!? I have me weekends back, the house is clean. They are on time punctual and do a exceptional job. The price is reasonable. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Love Army of Maids! I have weekly service. I booked though their website. Love my team. I always know when they are on their way. Great communication. We are a family that mornings are best because my husband and I work nights. Everyone is super nice, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Army of Maids! I love that their products are Eco and pet friendly. I started with a deep clean service and weekly service keeps my house clean and fresh. Keep up the great work!

How can I sum up my review in one word? Is «Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo» a word?
I ordered the move out service, and I think I may use them on a regular basis. All I really needed was the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, and they went far beyond! The ceiling fans got wiped down from both sides of the blades, light switches got cleaned (I never thought about cleaning those), even my small outdoor patio got swept and cleaned!

Hired Army Of Maids to do the move-​in move-​out service. They did exceptional cleaning of the floors, walls, kitchen, bathrooms. Nothing was missed. The house looked great afterwards. Try were on time and they focused on all the details. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a cleaning service to have their house cleaned.

From start to finish, they did a fantastic job! Customer service was quick, respectful, and painless. They broke down all the different options so I could make the best decision for us. We recently bought our house and it had some pretty disgusting window tracks and mildew all over the shower. They got rid of all of it. The grout on my dated tile countertops has never looked so nice and my old sink looked new. Alice really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done well and she wasn’t even phased by our crazy dog. Now I just need to figure out how I can clean as well as they did! I’d highly recommend the company.

I had heard about Army of Maids from a coworker and they did not disappoint! They were super professional with the scheduling and made an effort to fit my schedule. The cleaning itself was great! I walked into the house and you know when someone did a good job because it just smells clean! I’ve had other companies that do an ok job but one or two things aren’t great, like the floor is slick from the cleaning, but this time the floor was just clean, no slipperiness.
I also paid extra for a move out clean, and that was super helpful. We needed to do extra cleaning to get our deposit back, like clean the baseboards, which is an extremely tedious task, but they included that in the move out clean and they looked great! They cleaned the fridge (which was empty) and stove as well. The cleaned all the bathroom and kitchen surfaces really well, and even cleaned inside the cabinets. It saved me a ton of time while moving and I didn’t have to worry or stress about going back over anything they did.
The website is also really easy to use and I like that you can track your bookings and history. And I read on the website that they donate a lot of the profits back to the Second Harvest food bank, which is super cool! I will definitely be using this service again!

The service we received from Army of Maids was beyond top notch. We were in the middle of a move out, and despite us not having everything ready for them to get their cleaning work done, they went above and beyond and still made it happen.
To take the state our apartment was in — a complete and total wreck — and turn it into the spotless, pristine apartment that it was when they left, was beyond incredible. I cannot thank Deirdre, Alice, and Mary enough for their hard work and incredible efforts in taking the huge stress off of our shoulders of cleaning an apartment for moving out.
