As President of Ashvattha Consulting, Mary Homan utilizes over 23 years of industry expertise to assist clients in achieving their highest levels of business performance. Ashvattha utilizes best practices in its proven methodology and tools to achieve unprecedented levels of employee and team productivity and performance, while concurrently improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Mary is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Team Diagnostics and Assessment Certified, and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), DNA, Hogan and MBTI Step I & II. She received her MBA from Miami University and her Bachelors from Ohio State University.
Mary is an active member of the community, including having served on several boards including the IT Florida Board and the Florida Hospital, Childrens’ Hospital Board. Attended Leadership Orlando Alumni of Class 58 and is an Odyssey of the Mind Coordinator and Coach.
