Terrible place! My family and I waited for more than 10 minutes while 3 attendants flirted with some customers, like the line was invisible (we weren’t the only ones waiting). It pissed me off and we gave up! I guess the priority there is not to sell pretzels!

Stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon. The pretzels that were in the warmer didn’t look very fresh. My sister ordered a pretzel without salt. They said that they’d have to make one & it would take 5 – 8 minutes. About 20 minutes later we finally got the pretzel. The staff was about 4 high school age girls that didn’t seem much like they were at work. One flicked off another one while we waited, another playfully smacked another one. I also witnessed one touching her fingers to her lips & not washing hands, along with another girl who repeated was touching her hair. Not a great experience.
