Established in 2013.

AYB was established for the sole purpose of providing small business owners with accounting assistance without incurring the cost of having an employee. It is vital to a small business owner to keep track of their expenses especially in the early stages of the companies growth. If the accounting is not started correctly from the start, the new venture will struggle. We managed a portfolio of real estate accounting for several investors for single family home investments, mutli unit and commercial properties. Since then we have expanded our services to include payroll, consulting on credit, business and Notary Public Service.

Dedicated, creative and technically skilled business professional with financial and a versatile administrative support skill set developed through over 23 years’ experience, a prior business owner, Entrepreneur, office manager and administrator. 15 years experience in quickbooks and a QB Pro Advisor.

Experience in Residential & Commercial Real Estate, lending experience (prior mortgage broker), accounting, B2B/​consumer collections customer services, training, quality assurance, and customer service with focus on providing the recipient (client/​vendor) with the highest quality of services.

Great reverence for compliance in all regulated laws, as well as supervisory skills including hiring, termination, scheduling, training, payroll, and other administrative tasks. Thorough knowledge of standard business operations, and a clear vision to accomplish company goals.
