So rude. I went in to open another account with them at this location and they were so unorganized and asked for my debit card and when i asked why since other locations dont ask i got a rude response as if i was an idiot. I dont know why at this location they dont have a sign in sheet like everyone else and require your debit card. I left because of this rude service. I wasnt even acknowledged until 5 minutes after sitting down and staring at the male in charge of making the list. Small location and very unorganized. Very disappointed.

This is my least favorite Bank of America branch, and unfortunately also the most convenient to where I live. Darn it.
I try to always use the drive-​up ATM. When you enter the bank parking lot there is a lane that loops behind the building to the drive up tellers and the ATM is on the outside lane. It’s convenient to enter and exit the drive-​thru, so that’s a plus.
When I have had to go inside they tend to have long lines. I hate waiting in lines.
To be honest, this isn’t a great area, so I sometimes get a little weirded out because there will be people loitering outside (even by the drive-​up ATM). So, I only go during the day and keep my doors locked. So far, so good.

Very small location. If you need to speak to someone about your account or open a new one, expect to wait. They do have Spanish speakers here for those who need the assistance. They have 1 walk-​up ATM, and 1 Drive thru. Teller lines are usually not that bad, but I only use this location for the ATM.
