While having a good time at NASCAR Sprint Cup London NH, I was approached and asked if I would like a $ 150 gift card. Well of course I would! He then proceeded to tell me for just $ 200 down I could get 5 days 4 nights to any of their resorts. Then I would get $ 25 gift card on the spot and then a $ 100 at the end of the «90 min presentation» and $ 25 extra if I booked within 30 days. Well I was looking to book a hotel anyway in Florida because we were going to possibly go to Daytona international speedway. I was very specific in asking if there were blackout dates and asked specifically if we were staying on the actual resort to get a feel of the area and making our decision better for both parties. He said that we were just book with in 30days. And after the 90 min presentation we would receive our $ 100 gift card and our $ 25 card as well.
Purchased, got $ 25 gift card. Well we were originally scheduled for our sales meeting presentations on Friday morning but on the day of our trip (when we checked in) I received information in an envelope that it is now Friday afternoon. Beyond disappointed which i had plans to see family while around that evening for dinner. Which my family members have illnesses and do not get out and do not have free time.
We went and already knew we would say no. Upset about not being on the resort. No refunds on the fuel and milage on my personal vehicle that had to get us there when we were supposed to be on the resort. No complimentary breakfast or good internet services. Just all around disappointing.
Our personal sales guy was brand new, we were his second couple i guess. He seemed very out of sorts, very uncomfortable, and just a bit confused. He sat at one point for about 2 min and didn’t utter a word. Also never answered any of our questions or helped us out with anything just kept repeating what he was saying not even listening to us. I felt bad for him! Then the sales manager came over to show us costs and packages, etc. We said in numerous ways and numerous times that it was not something we could afford at this time on top of that you have kept us here for well over 90 mins when its now almost 4hrs and your keeping us from our daughter. Not one ounce of respect for us and our daughter spending time away from us and keeping us from my sick aunt and Family… They always had «one more option» but they weren’t even listening. I finally told my fiancée I had enough and to make it go away. He put his foot down and we shook hands and left with our gift cards not in hand but we had to go wait in line and we had to drive threw the parking lot of the resort to get out they had closed down the entrance for the presentation… We were there for 4 hours, not the 90 we had been told so we were essentially just over it all. In the end, the hotel we stayed at was beautiful and clean. Disappointed there was poor internet and no complimentary breakfast but i found a way to make things work.
Never again with blue green vacations

We are bluegreen owners and we stayed here on bonus time. It is a really nice resort and we had a good weekend. There were some downfalls though. I hate that they try to make us do an owner update every time we stay. We always sign up for one but we don’t always go. It’s easier to say we will go and then just not then tell them no. We stayed in a two bedroom and it was furnished nicely. You can’t hear anything from rooms on either side of you, but you can hear footsteps upstairs. We had two calls from the people below us complaining about our kids on Saturday morning which was kind of annoying. I know that people want to sleep but we have three kids. They should really try to put people with several children as close to the bottom floor as possible.
Also the bartender at the main pool was kind of rude. We asked for ice several times and he had an attitude. I was planning on tipping him for giving us the ice but he was rude so he didn’t get tipped. In general he seemed very concerned about conversing with his friends on the staff and not so much about making drinks… there was always one person lingering at the bar chatting with him… he didn’t seem to want to be there at all really
But we spent our two days at the pool and it was really fun. At the main pool they have tons of activities for the kids to do during the day. They brought out an alligator and they got to hold it and they had contests and really fun things for them to do. Overall we did enjoy our stay… but yea if they could get a different bartender and put us on the ground so as to not ruin other people’s stay that would be good!

This resort is located on International Drive just minutes away from Pointe Orlando and iDrive 360, not to mention about 10 – 15 minutes away from Disney and Universal. This property is huge and has so many things to offer for all kinds of people. Whether you’re a business traveler, travelling with family, or just friends. this place has it all. For the people that are used to indoor swimming pools Bluegreen has one that’s half indoors and half outdoors. There are also zero entry pools that make it easier to get in and out of; plus, they’re heated! They have a decent sized activities area for kids and families along with several different playgrounds. I haven’t had the opportunity to try their food out, but their cocktails are creative and delicious. My only issue is that they are inconsistent when it comes to booking rooms. They have around handful of buildings that were recently renovated while the other buildings seem to be stuck in the late 90’s. I understand that it takes time for buildings to be renovated, but once you stay in a renovated unit you don’t want to stay in any other villa. For the most part, you can request a newly renovated unit, but you’ll be just another person asking for the same thing. Once they get all of the buildings up to speed it will be a lot easier for the staff and the guests. For now I give this place 4 out of 5 stars, but should they renovate all the units they’ll have no problem being considered a 5 star property.

Excellent location, good size rooms with 2 full baths and, to top it off, a full kitchen

This is a pretty nice place to be. My first time here was great, but my second started off pretty bad. I checked in late at night about 2 am, from a very long drive. They booked me in a room that was already booked and when I called front deck they said that they would send someone with keys to another room. We were stuck in the hallway waiting on someone to show up with our keys. Tired, hungry and irritated. Security guard didn’t show up until 40 minutes later. I was already tired but this experience irritated and angered me. Finally made it in the room and ran the jacuzzi tub to try and relax and the jets did not work. I don’t know if I will come here again.

Great timeshare club resort location for Bluegreen Vacations Timeshare Owners.
(Reviewing from my 8 day visit April 2015. Found this in my que almost completed and remember not wanting to post it yet. Thinking my thoughts through some first because I had a bad vacation and wanted to be fair. It’s time to share though at 3 stars in all fairness of what they offered, and what they didn’t/ruined for our experience. I can’t fit it all in the 5000 character limit actually). Customer service is hot and cold. Staff works here and does their core jobs, the other staff here are trying to sell you into purchasing ownership into the timeshare.
I feel like an I between guest. We are actually here on a timeshare ownership of a family member sharing their points and sharing their love with us. What an awesome gift! We are not the official timeshare owners however so we are guests.
The timeshare sales pitch was cool but far longer than even being NEAR the promised two hours. The prize is a gift card or we had a second option for an extra night MAYBE since not timeshare owners but here on an owners account. We found out this MORNING that we COULD choose the extra day. So we did. After the 3 hours and delay to the room we missed the resort event that was 12 – 3, as well as couldn’t make the 1:30 event today. We came back to rebook flights we looked up last night — no longer available. We want the gift card please. Also, the sunshine part of our day back. As well as a time to see the manager, or a time to return when your desk staff can find the «complaint forms» that are missing and advised us to do the email survey at home after our stay. Does this mean the manager won’t be in all week, isn’t reachable, and you can’t print forms off your own files or call your manager for your forms?
We needed notice for the extra day option to plan our travels home. Now we have wasted away far longer than told this morning, and the rain is here. We missed the resort events we mentioned planning to go to after the two hour timeshare presentation… And if they want to sell me that, «money = value = TIME with loved ones,» then mine was wasted and time is truly the best value over money any day. But today’s long presentation caused us to miss resort events and the sunny morning… Providing us an extra day we can’t use anymore because no flight changes are available now and it’s raining. Thanks a lot. The staff at the timeshare pitch were all fantastic, but they are not given the time it takes. I wonder if they KNOW guests are told this is ONLY a two hour thing. They take 4 hours. 3 hours if you have zero questions (we are very familiar with this timeshare and navigated the website and booked this vacation all ourselves — close families vacation together and share vacation stuff, even parents to fully adult children the log in and password! Love and trust!). The presentation is 1 hour. The sales pitch and resort tour/​website/​all offers possible takes 2 – 3 more hours. It’s lying to your guests to tell 2 hours. We have already traveled the resort and visited it all, so we thankfully had a visit to a «presidential suite» as our tour. The staff at the timeshare pitch area hold doors and are super professional. They did not actually WASTE time besides repeating the website stuff we were already VERY familiar with from booking last minute ourselves. We already even looked up the RCI and Cruise Vacation stuff. Some links may be harder to find and navigate on the website but not for educated computer peeps in their young 30’s. The presenter Harry was awesome. He gave the hour group presentation. We knew that all already, but the room is mostly NOT timeshare owners or here on a family/​friends account without the owner (a parent letting adult kid use points is less common I imagine). Wonderful blessed family — timeshare owner is a GREAT man and father.
We are like «half treated as timeshare» owners, half as timeshare buy buy buy guests. This vacation was all about getting people to buy a timeshare. 90% of who we met at this place was there on a visit to «Please buy our timeshare.» It was sweet, turned to bitter. I actually had so much go wrong and not handled that I would not return to this location (with or without a timeshare choice). I was overall disappointed and left vacation needing vacation and went to work less than refreshed the next morning. I just don’t recommend unless you are there for the free ride where they try to buy you (hey, then for you it is at least a free two nights/​three days). The timeshare owners can go somewhere else that treats people like guests, not «buy ins.»

We stayed two nights here and we are blue-​green owners and as usual the facilities are above average and very nice very modern with every creature comfort that we could think we would ever want and a place to stay. The facilities have a lot of pluses lots of pools Jacuzzi slides and activities for the kids a very nice gym that’s open 24 hours a day the lobby has a yogurt shop coffee shop and bakery that has pretty good hours. Our unit had an enclosed screened in patio which was very comfortable. Full-​size kitchen two bedrooms two full baths TVs in every room except for the bathrooms. Comfortable beds. They have HGTV which is a must as far as I’m concerned. In our room was a washer and dryer to do laundry they also had a game room facility for the kids a pool table that you can pay to use. We do not like that they charge you for the catamaran paddleboats and for the Smore’s at the fire pit. Other Bluegreen locations such as Saint Pete’s do not charge for those things.

A couple I know had a timeshare here. We went to one of the meetings to recruit other owners.
The 2 room suite we got was furnished nicely. The master room had a king sized bed and the other room had 2 queen beds. The kitchen had pots and pans you could use. They provided towels and a couple toiletry samples. Everything seemed to be clean.
There are 3 pools available to use. The biggest pool by the main building. There’s a ball and the DJ plays music and hosts the games. We had to leave the pool around 2pm because of the lightning and thundering.

This is our 3^rd time here. Many updates since our last stay. Great discounts for attractions if you ask. We have been here 3 days already and haven’t had to leave the property since everything is available here. Food, activities and any items you might have forgotten. Everything is in walking distance and even in times of bad weather there are activities available.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days in a 2 bedroom room. We are owners, so our experience might be a little different than those that are staying as part of a time share presentation.
We were first assigned room 10 519, however upon walking in there was a horrific smell, along with a fan on trying to rid the room of the smell (we think the previous guests may have been smoking in the room). We immediately called and requested a new room, and we were sent 3 floors down, and a staff member brought the keys to us. The new room was much better. In the main area was the kitchen, which was stocked with enough dishes and silverware for 6 people, as well as plenty of pots and pans and serving bowls. The living room had a couch that could pull out, but we didn’t need that feature. There were also two large chairs and a coffee table. The master bedroom had 1 king bed, and the second bedroom had 2 queen beds. Each bedroom, along with the living room, had a flat screen TV with basic cable.
The shower in the master was enormous, however the water pressure left much to be desired. I was also a little disappointed that there were no hooks near the shower for a towel. Unfortunately I did not have time to try out the jacuzzi tub.
Our building was right next to the big pool with water slide. The kids had a blast here! There were also games along the side of the pool, such as corn hole, for the guests to play. We did also visit the indoor/​outdoor pool on the opposite side of the resort, which was a little quieter. The indoor portion of the pool was pretty chilly, which surprised us because we thought it was supposed to be heated.
The clubhouse (also guest registration during renovations) has an arcade that has a decent amount of current games, including skeeball, air hockey, and racing games. We also found out they have movies and crafts/​activities for kids in a room off the arcade, but the movie was just about over and the room was getting ready to close when we found it.
Overall, we had a fun and relaxing experience and would definitely return!

The buildings don’t look so special but rooms are good. Also each building has different styles. It’s up to how much you pay.
I stayed there for 3 days. It was really comfortable and relaxing and peaceful. There are 2 big bed rooms. The main bed room has a jacuzzi and a shower room and 2 sinks. The living room is wide and has an amazing lake view. You can see many fireworks every night. The kitchen and dining are good too. There are everything you need besides spices. There is a washing machine and a dryer, which helps a lot. Janitors don’t come everyday as normal hotels. if you need something, call the front desk. Our building has a good pool and a tiny gym and a sauna. Other buildings have a bar, bigger pools, an amusement center with video games, nicer gyms, etc… BBQ area, tennis and basketball coats, Benihana Japanese restaurant,…
Location is so so. 30 mnts to downtown. Many chain restaurants and super markets around this resort. I don’t like them. So I drove to downtown to enjoy happy hour and check out cool restaurants everyday.
It’s just ok for couples but fantastic for families with kids, I reckon!

To be clear, this is a review reflecting our experience with the time share sales staff in addition to the resort.
Booking a room here as part of a time share presentation was far more difficult than it should have been. We were offered an option to upgrade to stay onsite, which we paid for in advance. When we arrived however, there was no record if this transaction even though the money had come out of our checking account. The lady working with us was very nice and after many calls to her superiors, she finally got it worked out for us.
The resort itself was very nice. Our room had several features we really enjoyed including a massive shower with a head in the center. The water pours straight down like a waterfall and it was awesome!
The sales presentation, however, was not so awesome. I went into the presentation already familiar with the blue green system and was basically ready to make a decision. I just needed to convince my wife. The following reasons ultimately changed my opinion.
Time must flow differently in Florida because our 90 minute presentation started at 11am and were allowed to leave after 4pm. This proved to be extra straining for my pregnant wife. They wouldn’t let us leave to get get her any food. Although they had donuts and soda at the office, both of those items offer notoriously low protein.
After refusing the initial package, the price per point kept lowering until we were finally offered a sample package the would no longer be available the moment we walked out the door. We succumbed to the pressure and bought the sampler. After reviewing the fine print and limitations, it became obvious that the next visit to a blue green property would be every bit as cumbersome as our current stay, including a mandatory sales presentation.
We cancelled the sampler within just a few days. Unless something changes significantly, I doubt we will ever revisit blue green as a potential vacation company again.

I’ve only spent ¹⁄₆ nights in staying here and I’m already writing a review about it! This resort is AMAZING! There’s a club house with EVERYTHING you can think of; indoor outdoor pool, family movie nights, 3 meals a day sit down restaurant, little snack center, and more! We are staying at the «newer» building and it is just beautiful! So clean and accommodating! There’s daily activities, some free and some costly, and they give you deals on park tickets! I love it here!

We bought a trial stay at the resort to see if we we would want to buy into the vacation package. We will NEVER be a part of this timeshare! The room was shabby and customer service, when it existed, was rude and unhelpful.
At first glance, the resort was beautiful. Wonderful view and the buildings looked new. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, they still had to put pool towels in the room. Not a big deal. We killed time for about an hour and received a phone call that our room was ready. When we got to the room, there were two cardboard boxes of assorted small appliances, kitchen utensils, and dishes in the hallway next to our door. Items from our room? In the room, no pool towels. We called the front desk to ask for some, it took three attempts before someone answered the phone. When towels were finally delivered, they smelled clean but were still very wet.
The room itself was disgusting. The carpet was snagged and coming up, there were stains all over the upholstery: the back of the love seat, the dining room chairs, and the curtain leading to the balcony. THERE WAS STALE POPCORN IN THE NIGHTSTAND DRAWER IN THE MASTER BEDROOM!!! SERIOUSLY???
Then there were the appliances. The TVs in two of the rooms didn’t work, and the dishwasher didn’t work, and the disposal didn’t work.
Now, on to the customer service! The staff, when they could be reached, were rude and unhelpful. Each time we called the front desk, it took multiple attempts before anyone would answer. We went down to the desk to tell them the issues face-​to-​face, and the woman kept interrupting, saying the room wasn’t ready because we checked in early (keep in mind that the resort called us to tell us it was ready!). When we’d finally had enough, and we asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on us! Three times!!! When we were finally transferred to who we were told would be a manager, the woman on the line did not identify herself but said she was not a manager, and transferred us the the manager’s voicemail. The fun never ends!
If this is the sort of room and service they provide when they’re trying to sell you a membership, you would think they would try to make the best impression possible. Imagine how the treatment must be after the already have your money!

If my room was properly cleaned whwn i arrived and I didn’t have to call housekeeping when I got there the rating would be 5. After the cleaned it properly my experience was good. I had a 2 bedroom unit. The décor and set up waa beautiful. They resort is really nice. The pools, work out center, sauna and steam room are great. I like the fact that they have some restaurants onsite… including a Dominos Pizza. I hate that the prices are totally different (much higher). There are other options to eat that are very close by.

This was my first time coming to this resort. We had room 10 604 (The turquoise room) in building 10) for the weekend. Our suite consisted of 3 beds (1 king and 2 full), 2 full baths (master suite consisted of a hot tub and updated stand-​up shower), washer and drier set, full kitchen (updated stainless steel appliances). We also had a screened in porch with an outdoor patio set overlooking the main pool deck.
We had no issues with any of the employees working here. Everyone was all smiles and very pleasant when passed in the hallway or met in the elevator.
The only issue we had upon arrival was that it seemed as though our room had just been cleaned but the floors were kind of sticky and had a very soapy feel to them. Aside from that the room and resort itself was very clean and well kept.

We enjoyed a one week stay on this property. The rooms and grounds are beautiful and spacious, and well kept. We had plenty of room with 6 of us staying in one condo.
The location is very close to restaurants and the outlet mall, and just a few miles from Sea World. It’s also close to Disney and Universal but they are a bit farther away. The pools on site are huge and nice. Each condo has a screened porch which keeps the Florida bugs away.
One thing this property is lacking is good customer service. We called guest services because the wifi was not working properly and were transferred to about 4 different people before just giving up. One night we decided to grill out, and you have to call them to light the grill for you. My dad and fiancé were waiting by the grills for 20 minutes before someone finally showed up. The staff inside the little coffee shop are not very friendly. We did find the security guards at the front to be very friendly and always smiled and waved.

Nice vacation spot, full kitchen washer dryer was nice. Room was recently remodeled, so was the lobby, fitness area and game room. The pool area are great. Staff upon arriving were very nice lots of greeters at the lobby entrance to tell you where to go.
Upon arrival 3:45 we were told our room wasn’t ready, checked back a few times, after an hr our room was ready… a bit frustrating but it was worth the wait.
We had an end room which was quiet, and a view of the pool.
Minor comments:
1) Tile floors in the living are a nice touch… however you can hear everyone else’s chairs sliding around in their room… please add pads to the bottom of all movable items that slide on the tile.
2) If guests have to wait more than 15mins for their room something in the system should indicate so to the receptionist, they should at least offer the guest something, maybe a free Soda or something, waiting around for an he is very frustrating especially when your on vacation. Maybe housekeeping staff needs to be bumped up.
3) Kitchen cabinets in our room are a nice dark color, however the veneer is scrapping off almost all the doors where your hands grab onto. Adding door knobs would reduce this.

Love this timeshare! The staff here seems very interested in making sure the owners are happy with their stay. The units are gorgeous with a modern décor. The pool area is huge and has water slides for the kids as well as hot tubs for the adults. You can also rent private cabanas at the pool. They have a Domino’s Pizza on site as well as a restaurant and bar in the clubhouse. It’s like a self-​contained city and unless you want to leave you could stay here and never be bored. My only problem was with the Internet. The connection was spotty and we had to call down twice to the manager to get them to help fix the problem.

This resort is as good as resorts get in Orlando. As it is conveniently one of many stops on the tourist bus routes, you have absolutely no problems getting anywhere on International Drive whether it be outlet malls, Seaworld, or a random plaza for lunch. I felt incredibly spoiled during my stay here with two gorgeous pools, a water slide, bars by the pool, and plenty of seats and palm trees to go around. My only gripe with the pool maintenance was that towels weren’t readily available, which makes sense as guests can just wander in and use their facilities without having a room.
The clubhouse is actually a lot of fun and you might lose an hour in here if the child in wishes to explore the arcade games. The print center is ran by an employee who helps you with basic color printing options and stationary if you need something for a professional meeting now but don’t feel like making the trip to Staples. The employees at the coffee shop are so nice, and cheer you up in the morning.
The 2-​bedroom condo we reserved was wonderful. There were plenty of towels to go around. The sofa in the living room area has a pull-​out bed incase you have some guests who want to stay for the night. Each room also comes with a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony view that is netted to keep pesty bugs out. I love that along the way to the pool, grills are set up if you want to bring your BBQ party a little closer to home.
I had a wonderful experience here and can’t wait to direct my parents to come stay here for our next trip to Orlando.
