Try the spicy shrimp pizza! Omg is it good. Been here several times and haven’t been disappointed. Great pizza, friendly service, relaxed appetizer. We even brought our baby, and it was a great experience. Goat cheese bruschetta was also great!

As always, we had a great experience. We came after peak dinner rush, but it was still busy. But no trouble getting seated right away.
Our server came quickly to take our order.
The lettuce in the Caesar salad was crisp and the pumpernickel croutons were crunchy.
The baked ziti was piping hot, cheesy and just a little spicy. Perfect.
My husband’s pizza had generous toppings and just enough sauce. The crust was crunchy but not too well done that it was burned.
We were especially glad to come to support this SODO business. #OrlandoUnited

My girlfriend and I came here recently after Orange ave reopened following the tragedy at Pulse.
We could tell that it was way more packed than typical for a weekday lunch, so given the influx of people, the service was better than we expected.
The pizza is hand-​tossed and then loaded into an incredible brick oven, which leads to great taste. Drinks are self-​serve, which is interesting for a full-​service restaurant. The lunch deals were reasonably priced and allow you to create your own combos.
As a bonus, each order came with a bonus pizza-​shaped breadstick. Two enormous slices of pizza and a salad definitely led to leftovers!

I did not eat here, so I cannot comment on the service.
However, this may be the best pizza I have ever eaten. We ordered it to Orlando Brewing, and the fact that the two businesses have this kind of relationship is a huge plus. While it is hard to taste just how the beer works its way into the flavor of the pizza (we got one with the Right on Red Sauce), but whatever they are doing is correct. Every element of the pizza was perfect in taste and texture, granted you like a substantial crispy crust.
This is no doubt the best pizza I have had in Orlando and personally I find this city to have the best pizza of any place I have been to outside of the Northeast, so do not miss this on a visit here. The delivery was well-​paced and the pizza was hot, so what more can you ask for?

The 5 stars are for the food (the exterior and interior leaves a lot to be desired) Best g-​free pizza I’ve ever had! Mouth wateringly good, an excellent alternative for those who want gluten free pizza that doesn’t leave them feeling deprived.

This is my favorite pizza spot in Orlando. I like that it isn’t a chain and the ingredients are always fresh. On Wednesday they have .50 cent wings.
I recommend the Four Meat it’s great!

Guys., , trust me. Greattt pizza .its not cheap. But. Well worth it. Had the chicken alfredo pizza and some wings sprinkled with herb parmesan cheese. Delicious!!! Service was great. Employees making the pies were really cool people , busy when I went but very cool place to go. !!!

This is my absolute fav pizza place in the area. The cheese is so good and there’s always plenty of it! And the crust — oh, the yumminess! The bread is always such an important part of a pizza and they defo get this right!

Solid food preparation. Tasty Margarita pizza and salad. Service perfunctory and robotic. Its a holiday and you could feel servers and staff would rather be elsewhere

All I’m saying is why is papa johns making all the dough when Brick & Fire’s got the real pizzas?! Second time we have gone to this place and the food is just amazing! Delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients the «Bianca» pizza was delicious along with the baked ziti that comes piping hot from the oven, and DO NOT forget the Nutella pizza… For the love of God! Nutella, with chocolate drizzle along with caramel drizzle and toasted walnuts to top is off! delicious way to top of a great meal. I’m glad to say it’s become our go to spot when we’re in the area! We love you Brick & Fire!

I enjoy Brick and Fire. It’s close to my office and they deliver so it makes for an easy lunch when I’m swamped at work. I’ve had the arugula salad and whatever the pizza is with the arugula. Their slices are large and look tasty but I’ve never actually had one. When dining in, then have lunch specials and self serve on drinks which makes the meal very convenient. Their food is fresh and tasty and I think the prices are pretty good. Every item I have had is quite large.

I’ll give it a 2!
The food was amazing but the service was lackluster. I asked the hostess if she could change one of the TVs to the Tampa Bay NHL playoff game. She wasn’t very busy so she hem hawed around through maybe 5 channels and then just gave up. she didn’t even tell me. She didn’t ask a manager for help or anything. My server was just void of any personality an order taker at best. Really disappointed after what i read about this place. The spinach artichoke dip was unbelievable the sauce for the shrimp pasta was amazing but the shrimp in the pasta was very small i may have had 6 in a huge dish and they were very soft. The dish needs better shrimp that those very small store bought frozen ones. The C. salad was also very good.
My dining experience took my amazing meal down several points simply because of service. I expect better than that.

5 Stars for one of the best pizza joints in the Orlando area.
I have been to Brick & Fire several times. Located on Orange near SODO, Brick & Fire is a pizza restaurant that always provides unique pizzas that are well-​made and very tasty and filling. When you arrive at the location, you walk in to a small hostess stand and can see the entire kitchen, which is fun. They also have lots of interesting photos on the wall, but not so interesting as to distract from the meal like can occur at trendier places. The hostess will then sit you down and bring you out the gigantic menu with lots of options, including a variety of beers and wines. All of the food options are great, but I will warn that, due to being a higher level pizza joint, the items are a little pricey.
On our most recent trip, we decided to get personal size pizzas so that we could try the Hawaiian and the Duck Confit. We had previously tried the Van Gogh and the Girl and Fig (my favorite). Just like with our previous pizzas, these pizzas came out in about 15 – 25 minutes and were very #amazing. This location often includes a unique topping on each pizza (as well as Gorgonzola cheese on some options-​YUM!), so we encountered macadamia nuts on the Hawaiian and pears on the Duck. Both were great choices that enhanced all of the other pizza flavors. After having a couple of bites, we usually (including this time) box up the rest because it is so filling and headed out.
Overall, Brick & Fire provides one of the most amazing and unique pizza experiences in Orlando. While it will never match the prices and speed of the pizza chains, this is a place that you have to check out if you want to try the highest quality of pizza Orlando has to offer.

I’m very disappointed because I used to love Brick & Fire. In fact I left a 5 star stellar review the first time I came, but the next times it was just disappointment. I especially had a bad experience today so this is why I am updating my review. I came for lunch at about 1:00pm. When we were seated our waitress drop the menus on the table without even saying Hi. I said we needed a minute to order and she walked out and then didn’t come back until I called her all across the restaurant about 10 minutes later. We ordered our food and then we waited, and waited and waited and the order took very long. Me and my partner decided to create a combo of Caesar Salad, Pasta and 1 slice of Pizza, plus she got some chicken wings. I had to waive again all across the restaurant about 25 minutes later to see if we could maybe get the salad upfront, since we were very hungry. The restaurant wasn’t even full or too busy, and the waitress said that the salad was ready and that she was just going to get it. Well she went to the kitchen area and guess what, it was not ready. I could hear how she asked one of the cooks for a salad and he jokingly replied «No.» She literally had to get into the kitchen and make it herself (not her job). I could see and hear all this because in this restaurant they have an open kitchen that is very close by some of the tables. That staff clearly didn’t care the customers are watching them at the kitchen. After that the waitress brought us the salad and she dropped it very hard the table. (How can you drop a plate so hard!?) This was absolutely rude and from this moment on I knew this was going to be a bad experience, but I thought, hey! anybody can have a bad day right? So I didn’t complaint and decided to move forward with the meal. The salad was good, but then again it took them very long to bring the next thing which was the chicken wings. My partner was very disappointed because they were uncooked inside. After waiting some more time I got the pasta, which was okay too, and LAST we got the slice of pizza. The pizza wasn’t good either, a bit greasy and the dough felt uncooked too. The waitress never came to check on us so I had to waive AGAIN all across the restaurant to ask her for the check. Again she just threw it at the table and left. It was the first time my partner came to this place and she was very upset and said she was never coming back. I felt very embarrassed because I picked this restaurant for our special meal. Also, this is my 4^th time at this place and I don’t want to come back either. The last time I brought a friend (before this time), they also said they didn’t like it, but again, I had hopes in this place because my first experience was good and also because I believe they have so much potential. Brick & Fire e is well located, has a very nice space and a great menu. The food can be a little better but that is something you can fix easily. But the staff, they really need to be nicer at greeting their customers and help them have a good experience. I felt that our waitress was very rude. I won’t say her name because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I can tell you that because of her treatment, this restaurant lost my business and my referrals. Oh and by the way, when I was going to pay I was surprised to learn and the ranch sauce that comes with the wings was charged as an extra .75 cents! Not good Brick & Fire.

My sister booked this place for my nephews birthday party, otherwise I would never have know about it. It’s a little hole-​in-​the wall pizza joint, but if I went in blind-​folded, I would have never known!
Our party was supposed to commence at 8PM and my sister, surprisingly, was there with the birthday boy before 7:30PM. I arrived shortly after with my daughter. We were waiting for the rest of the party to arrive, so I looked around for a bar. Unfortunately there was not a bar, but they do serve a nice selection of wines and beer to include local Orlando Brewing beer!
It was ladies night (Thursday), so the house wines were FREE with the purchase of an entrée!!! I could not pass up that offer, so I chose the Cabernet Sauvignon over the Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Merlot, Pinot Noir & Pinot Grigio.
The menu had a wide selection of appetizers, soups, massive salads, pastas & pizzas. I started to examine the wing section and wanted to choose a few different flavors, but I also wanted to save room for pizza, so I shared Sweet Pineapple BBQ (there’s a 4-​wing minimum per sauce). They were amazing! The perfect amount of crispness and the wet wing sauce didn’t make them soggy. They were the perfect amount of sweet, consisting of real pineapples. My girl chose the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza, which saved me time because everything sounded delicious. The pizza was good. There could have been less lettuce and more cheese and I’m not even a cheese fan, but there was just the right amount of bacon. Mmmm
Jen was our server and she did a marvelous job at attending to our 20 person party. She did not seem overwhelmed at all. I even moved my seat and she was still able to refill my wine glass with the right drink. I would definitely revisit with my pizza-​loving husband to try different items!

We tried Brick and Fire pizza when we were at the Orlando brewery. They deliver to the brewery which makes it convenient.
And what goes better with a cold glass of beer than a piece of pizza.
The pizza was good and hit the spot. It was a bit greasy and advertised as thin crust, it definitely is not thin crust.
The crust was OK, just a bit chewy. The pizza sauce was very tasty as well as the cheese and pepperoni.
The pizza was good, not great but not bad.
If at brewery again I would order this pizza again

From the name, I assumed this was more of a brick oven Neapolitan kind of pizza place (which I love!). Pizza ovens looked like regular pizza ovens to me from what I could see and the overall style of pizza was not Neapolitan. While the pizza was pretty good, don’t come expecting the wrong thing.
Located seemingly on a odd stretch of Orange Ave between downtown and the sodo area, the building can be easy to pass by. On weekend nights for dining in it can get very busy so try to come earlier around 6. They also do carryout and delivery.
Now to the za! They have an extensive pizza list including tomato, olive oil, or alfredo based pizzas. Everything from margarita, to meat lovers, to alfredo chicken pizza. I had the meat lovers and margarita entrée personal size pizzas and split them with one other person. Plenty of pizza with a little left over for lunch the next day. Yum!
The only thing we had that I would not recommend is listed on the menu as «garlic cheese bread» when it is really a sort of cheese pizza appetizer. When I think of garlic cheese bread I see stringy cheesy goodness on top of italian bread. Not pizza dough in a pizza shape. As our waitress warned, because it is more pizza than bread (all pizza…) it takes just as long to cook as a pizza so you’ll be waiting and it is not worth it. I’m not mad – just disappointed.
Overall, a good pizza joint if you are in the area. Be prepared to wait a bit for your pizza after you order or longer if you walk in and there is already a wait. Because of the long pizza wait time, it takes longer for tables to clear out and therefore longer to get your own table. Come early or get it to go may be best on a busy night.

Amazing food! Good service!!! Huge pizzas with lots of toppings!!! At good prices!!!

The name led me to assume that it was going to be a brick oven pizza place. Alas. it wasn’t. None the less, they served some kick ass pizzas and salads. 4 guys, we got 3 smalls including a 4 mushroom, herbavore and a plain old cheese. They were one better than the next. Great job folks!!!

In my opinion they have some of the best pizza in Florida. The Milano is my go to. Everything about their pizzas is yummy. The crust has a delicious olive oil flavor that brings out the taste in a part of the pizza that most people throw out. While they give you more cheese than competitors, it complements, as opposed to overpowers, the rest of the pizza. When family comes to town, this is usually where we take them. The service is attentive and accommodating of large groups. The only complaint I can think of, is that their chicken in the Alfredo is a little bland. Nevertheless, I think Brick and Fire has the best pizza in Orlando.

Upon walking in the door we were hit by the most amazing aroma. Once seated and presented with the menu I was very pleased and excited by all the offerings presented. We started off with the goat cheese bruschetta which was amazing. Then my party of 4 ordered the following pizza: goat cheese, margetta (?) and I had a new offering spicy shrimp. The pizza crust was amazing and the flavors were fantastic. I plan to hit this place at least one more time before I leave Orlando.

This place is awesome. On my 1^st visit, I had the Bianca, and on my 2^nd visit I had the Margharita and my girlfriend had the Van Gogh. This place became my one and only favorite spot for pizza.

Quick summary: great pizza and great service. First thing I’d recommend before ordering is going to the website and checking if there are any deals available, it’s totally worth it. I ordered a large bacon pizza and it was absolutely incredible. The crust was on point and the pizza sauce was well seasoned. I will definitely be ordering from this place again. It’s nice to support a local business and their pizza is way better than any of the chains. Well worth the value, I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a good tasting, yet reasonably priced pizza.

I just wanted to update my previous review to reflect more recent experiences we have with Brick and Fire. Their pizza continues to be excellent. We also tried their baked ziti recently and it was spectacular. Perfectly cooked pasta, great sauce and big chunks of nicely seasoned saussge. We tried a Cesar side salad as well which was also tasty. This place is definitely our go to now for pizza and pasta dining out or delivered.

pretty good pizza and a fair price. I’ve had the delivery which was really really good. Last time I went in for a couple slices and it wasn’t as good. The others were most likely made fresh while the ones I had were premade and not in the oven long enough. This is a solid choice for pizza. The toppings are ample and the flavor combinations on point. This crust is one that you will want to eat as opposed to many others which are basically inedible. When we feel like pizza this will be the place

Went in not expecting much as the location used to be a Pizza Hut years ago bi was pleasantly surprised when I took a look at the menu. Many options of specialty pizzas and other Italian dishes. Great specials like pizza salads and a drink for reasonable prices. Food was great and service was quick. Will be back.

I’ve been looking for decent pizza since I’ve moved to Orlando and finally found it at Brick and Fire. I came here for take out and got 3 pizzas for some friends and me. The pesto chicken was my favorite (SO much goat cheese made me happy). The pepperoni and 3 cheese were also very good. The inside of the restaurant didn’t look like much, so i will probably stick with take away.

Not only is this my favorite pizza restaurant, it is my favorite go to restaurant, especially on a Friday night. I don’t even live in the Conway area, but my daughter goes to Boone High School, so we are in the area often, which is how we found it in the first place. When it’s my birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion, and my husband says we can go anywhere I want to go, I want to go here. I know it’s not a fancy place, but it is just really good food.
My favorite pizza is the four mushroom pizza. They changed it a few years ago, and it is now made with fennel instead of pesto… honestly, I like the pesto better, but all you have to do is ask, and they will make it the old way. The fennel is good too, but I like the pesto better. My husband LOVES the buffalo chicken pizza, in fact, if you ever have it here, and you try to eat it anywhere else, it will never compare to the way they make it here. They have a bacon cheeseburger pizza, it is amazing. The pizza dough that they make is the thing that makes it so good, it is better than any place I have ever eaten. They have a pizza with fig and goat cheese on it… amazing! Used to be my favorite and now it’s the mushroom again, but both delicious. The baked ziti is amazing! It is probably my favorite thing on the menu, I always say I will get something different, and usually I end up getting the baked ziti. We once went with my brother in laws picky kid, she ordered macaroni and cheese, and this macaroni and cheese, on the kids menu… was about as gourmet as I have ever had. Of course, this kid didn’t like it because it was too fancy for her, and she loves disgusting kraft mac and cheese, but that’s OK, the adults at the table helped her eat that macaroni and cheese. The simple Italian side salad is wonderful, for $ 4, if you are not super hungry, it is almost enough by itself and it is delicious, made with a good mix of nice green lettuces, just delicious. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you about the bruschetta… all I can say is WOW! It is better than bruschetta I have had in very fancy restaurants. I think they have two versions of it, I have had both, they are incredible, unbelievably good. The portions that they give you are crazy big too, you can order several entrees, appetizers, pizzas or whatever and share with everyone, that is what we usually do.
This place is wonderful. It is so much better than the chain restaurants all over Orlando. It is not expensive. It’s usually crowded, but not to the point that you have to wait a long time, they have a pretty big dining area and another area off to the side, so you can usually get seated pretty quickly. We usually have Jen, the same waitress that is usually there, she was not there the last time we went, so I hope she is still there. She always remembers us and even knows if my husband is with me that we will be getting the extra large buffalo chicken pizza… even if it is just the two of us and no kids, and I order something else. He does not eat the entire thing, but he likes having the leftover pizza to eat for a few days, and he says it is still good leftover.
I can’t thing of anything negative, only maybe the parking is sometimes hard, the parking lot is not very big, but we have not ever been able to park somewhere, but it is tight. It’s on Orange Avenue across from the hospital, so traffic is busy around there, but it is so worth all of that. It is the best pizza in town, hands down. If you try to eat pizza somewhere else, you will be sad that you did not go to Brick and Fire instead.

Excellent food and service. These pizzas are really something different. I will really recommend it to locals and pizza lovers.

It’s hard to right a good review for delivery pizza. You don’t have a lot of interaction, so gauging service us tricky. You don’t get to scope out the interior vibe of a restaurant. And if the delivery time is slow, it can directly affect the quality of the pizza.
This is why I’m kind of reserving judgement on Brick and Fire.
I called around 7pm several times before anyone answered the phone. The first few times it went to a «mailbox is full» message. Finally, fourth time was the charm. Weird. Wouldn’t you want to answer? I mean, I’m trying to give you my money…
The girl on the phone seemed rather aloof. I ordered the classic. I figured it was standard enough to be able to judge. After ordering and confirming, I was put on hold while she checked to make sure they delivered to my neighborhood –Lake Como. She said they did, and I said great. Then there was about a fill minute of silence. Not sure what happened there. After that, she seemed annoyed with me, not sure why, but ok. She informed me that it would be closer to an hour because they were behind. I said that’s fine.
It definitely took a full hour.
When the pizza got here it was barely luke warm, bordering cold. I get that they were running behind, but you make accommodations for that. I heat it up in the microwave, not what I wanted to do. Then I discovered that the pizza was also soggy. Bummer.
The flavors were still pretty good. I believe they may use some rosemary, which is nice. I just have a hard time going either way with this review because I didn’t get a good representation of their pizza quality. At least I hope not. I’ll give it another go soon, and hopefully that will be better and I can amend this review.

After doing some online searches for the best pizza in Orlando, and observing that B&F consistently ranked in the top 10 on several sites, my daughter and I decided to give B&F a try. Arriving around 5:45 pm on Friday, which is in the happy hour window where they offer discounts on appetizers, we ordered 6 wings (medium spice) and two meat balls. We did not like the wings, but the meatballs were really good.
For the entrée we opted for the ‘2 medium cheese for $ 15′ special, and added toppings.
My daughter added pineapple and ham, and I added sausage. Both pizzas were excellent! The sauce is very fresh and flavorful, the toppings are fresh, and the bread /​crust is light and fluffy with that brick oven flavor. B&F is definitely in the Top 5 of best pizzerias in Orlando.

Our favorite pizza place in all of downtown and the surrounding area to include Planet Pizza, Del-​Dio, Tomasino’s, Anthony’s, Panino’s, Metro Expresso, etc. They have the best crust, delicious, fresh, and interesting topping combinations and they deliver right to my house in under 20 minutes! We’ve also dined in and had a great experience there as well. Tried their pasta, salad, and cheesy bread and all delish as well!

Awesome local pizza place. If you want something much better than a chain, definitely go here. Lots of tasty options, with good ingredients. You won’t be disappointed. Yes it’s a little more pricey, but not crazy. The waitstaff was very helpful and kind. Don’t expect a quick in and out though, good food takes time to make. We got the goat cheese bruschetta and veggie and feta pizza. Very happy with both.

Best margherita pizza I have had. Just the right amount of dough and the cheese has a great taste. The fresh tomato makes the margherita that much better. I got delivery so I was not able to experience the ambiance at the restaurant, but I cannot wait to visit again.

This is a great pizza place! I had really high hopes because the reviews were so great and I was not disappointed. I came here on a Friday around six with my husband. We were seated immediately and promptly attended to by a waitress. It took us a really long time to decided what we wanted. Everything looked so tasty! The menu isn’t huge, but there’s a ton of different options.
The pizza toppings are all so creative and different that it’s hard to make a selection. The waitress seemed to think we were taking a long time, but she was still polite about it. We finally decided to get an order of six Parmesan wings as an appetizer and a Girl and Fig pizza (medium). The wings came out fairly quickly and they were tasty. I prefer wings with sauce, but these were still really good.
The pizza took a long time to come out. We got a bit bored waiting, and I noticed that most people seemed to be copiously enjoying various wines and beers. They had a decent drink menu, and it looks like they have several really quality local craft beers. They also had good prices on pitchers and a decent amount of wines. Next time I’ll be sure to partake to fully appreciate the experience.
When the pizza came out it was hot and delicious. I adore gorgonzola cheese on pizza, and the Girl and Fig had a ton of it. I was also really pleased with the crust, and the dough had a great flavor. The medium was decently sized and we had enough left over for breakfast. The pizza was a bit pricey at $ 24 bucks, but completely worth it. The wings were supposed to be $ 6.95 for six, but they ended up being $.50 cents each, so that was nice. I don’t know if that’s a regular special or not. The ranch dressing we got with the wings ended up being $.75 cents. I didn’t love that she didn’t mention this, but I’m not sure the wings were supposed to be that cheap, so it’s really a non-​issue.
The location itself is really convenient. It’s located right on Orange Ave and close to the Sodo Plaza. It has its own parking lot, too. The interior is a bit lackluster, but it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is open and it’s cool to see everyone cooking. They also delivery, so that’s nice.
Overall, I really enjoyed this restaurant. I can’t wait to go back and try the other types of pizza (and the beer!).

Best pizza in Orlando. I have probably said that about one other place, but this is definitely the best. The pizza by the slice is even delicious – doesn’t taste like hours old, heating lamp cardboard. Two favorite things I have discovered about eating here:
1. 50 cent wings on Wednesdays
2. Specialty pizzas offered for the by-​the-​slice lunch specials – they rotate flavors every day, so it is a great way to try new pizzas without committing to the whole pie.

Brick and Fire is my wing staple in Orlando — 50 cent Wing Wednesday is where it’s at, and my wings are, week after week, delivered to my table still steaming hot. Can’t beat that. I recommend the chipotle barbecue sauce.
Let’s talk about pizza. Good lord. Their pizza. You want to buy it by the slice? It’s going to be bigger than your head, thin, and full of flavor. During lunch, they typically have 3 different styles out for quick service. The large crowd of nurses and doctors that come in from the hospital next door seem to appreciate this.
I’ve now had the pleasure of trying most of their pizzas, and highly recommend them all. I haven’t had a bad pizza here, yet.
The staff are friendly, though during lunch service you are expected to get up and serve yourself drinks. I normally wouldn’t have an issue with this, but witnessed a staff member explaining to a very elderly couple to serve themselves, then saw her texting on her phone by the bathroom. I’m okay getting my own coffee, but that was off-​putting. Also, the bathrooms are consistently dirty, or out of soap.
This is a fantastic place for a really delicious meal. Nothing waits under burners — everything is made to order, and is hot and steaming when it gets to your table. Go for dinner over lunch.
