Brio’s is a beautiful restaurant, a great place to meet! It has very opulent high ceilings, nice bar and a fresh air outdoors area! It is just that the food is just ok, and the menu has a lack of creamy Italian sauces. Only there is 1 Alfredo Sauce Pasta and is no different that the one I get in a bottle, I mean, T is not rich and heavy like the Real Italian food, the rest of the dishes are all Tomate base. I think the menu choices needs to be improved…

With a great location right at millennia mall and a diverse menu we decided to give this try. Ordered beef carpaccio to share amongst there people and it was extremely filling. For entrée we tried the Sicilian omelette — a huge portion size so bring your appetite. Also presented the 5 oz steak from the low calorie menu which was seated to perfection. Ordered it medium and it was divine with the right flavors. One of the best steaks I hve had. The vegetables on the side were also extremely flavorful. For desert we ordered ice cream and 3 layer chocolate cake. Again really yummy and huge. Please share. U can’t finish it alone. Definitely recommend and will go again on empty stomach.

Pricey but excellent quality. Lobster bisque is rich and delicious; lobster and shrimp ravioli is decadent; all of the salads are tasty and plentiful. Service is professional and attentive. Great for groups or for date night.

Save your money. Food is mediocre but expensive. Water glass smelled like raw egg. Had it replaced with another glass that smelled of raw egg. The place smelled like a bathroom. Left there with a nasty taste in my mouth. Service was good though.. Good luck.

Brio’s was recommended to us and, despite some of the other negative reviews on Unilocal,we decided to try it out — I’m glad we did! Our waiter was attentive and the food came out within a reasonable amount of time. Our table ordered two appetizers and they both were HUGE portions. I tried one of the appetizers(calamari) and it was absolutely delicious. For my meal, I ordered the grilled salmon which was good but I would try something else if I got the chance to go back. Two people at our table ordered the lobster and shrimp pasta and both agreed that it was delicious. Our experience at Brio’s was good and I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I came here after running around the Millenia mall on a busy Sunday afternoon. I had the Shrimp Mediterranean, one of their healthier options. I was blown away with the flavors. Huge slightly spicy shrimps on a bed of vegetables served with orzo. I washed down my food with some good mimosas! Brio is elegant and casual at the same time. Service was stupendous. It’s a nice family friendly Italian-American restaurant.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. We visited a Saturday morning for brunch before the mall really got busy. I love the way the restaurant looks it makes u feel like you are not even near a mall. I wore jeans and a tee and I felt underdressed for this type of dining. Service was perfection, we were greeted by 3 hostess upon entering and given bread almost immediately after being seated. Our waitress ensured that she was attentive yet not overbearing. She paid close attention to our beverage levels and responded quickly to each request we had. I love Cesar salad so of course I had to order that and it was brunch so I ended up wanting a Brio Brunch Burger and my husband wanted the Sicilian Omelette. You can’t really go wrong with a burger so I thoroughly enjoyed my food yet sadly my husband picked through his omelette because the tomato compote tasted strong almost like alcohol. I wasn’t sure if that was normal but I didn’t bother to taste it myself in fear that it would ruin my tastebuds. Overall I love the restaurant. I’m unsure if we would revisit.

Good food. BADBAD customer service. I’m writing this as I’m sitting at the bar right now. The bartender did not even greet me and just placed a napkin in front of me. He was busy chit chatting with the old ladies who looked«rich» to him. When he finally decided to ask me what I wanted to drink, I asked if he wanted my ID. He said, in a very sarcastic way, «suuuuuuuuuurrrreeeee???» Then he gave me a glass of water, NOSTRAW, NOLEMON. I looked around, and everybody’s water had straws and lemons on it. This bartender ain’t treating me right, just because I don’t dress up like I’m «rich»? Next, 15 mins after taking my order, he just took the happy hour menu in front of me without even saying anything. Then I asked for the menu because I haven’t placed my food order yet, and he gave me the regular menu. Take note, it was only 8:30pm and I looked around again and saw that the others still has the happy hour menu. I wanted to ask for a straw and a slice of lemon for my water but he was busy yapping out with his coworkers in front of me. So I asked another server if I can have a straw and a lemon, this server told the bartender that he’s giving me what I need. After that, he started banging things in front of me like the door of the fridge, throwing stuff noisily like the ice etc etc. he got pissed because I asked another server for the things he didn’t give me when clearly he wasn’t ready to serve me? REALLY. No tip for you. You know who you are and you know who I am. Otherwise, white peach sangria and shrimp & eggplant are delish!(for the manager reading this: this review was written 3⁄24 at 9pm and you can look at the receipt who was serving me at the bar) I was hoping to have a good time because I’m on vacation. I’m not a local and visited all the way from the West Coast. Bad experience.

Brio is a bustling Italian restaurant inside the Mall at Millenia, and I highly recommend it for a nice lunch while shopping. We had eaten here once before, last year, but I didn’t do a proper review at the time. The décor is a pleasant mix of warm tones and tropical plants, giving a nice mixture of Americanized Italy and tropical trappings. A very large dining room plus open air kitchen means it will almost always be loud. There’s enough space between tables that we didn’t find it to be a significant problem, and I consider an open air kitchen to always be a plus. Brio, like most Italian restaurants, has bread service. Normally I don’t bother to mention bread service unless it’s particular good or bad, and in this case the crusty sourdough chunk delivered to our table was delicious. I’m absolutely a sucker for warm sourdough, and this didn’t disappoint. The herbed flatbreads in the basket weren’t quite as good, but they were crispy and had a pleasant savory quality. We each ordered a salad and pasta combination; Chopped Salad and Chicken Milanese for her, Bisteca Insalate and Pasta Pesto for me. Both salads were tasty and well dressed. The chopped was quite light and refreshing, though there were a couple small pieces of lettuce base that shouldn’t have been in there. The bisteca was a large iceberg wedge with gorgonzola, bacon, and chopped tomato. It’s a bit on the messy side, but cutting the wedge down into slices and assembling a complete bite showed that the flavors were balanced quite well. The entrees were quite large; two smaller eaters could likely split my salad and pasta and be completely satisfied. The Chicken Milanese was crispy, and the light tomato sauce underneath complimented it well. Simple, but well executed. The Pasta Pesto was delicious, and I’m still surprised it came off of their lighter options menu. The sauce isn’t a traditional pesto, but a light, almost broth-like sauce with basil and other herbs, mixed with angel hair pasta, grilled chicken, spinach, tomato, and roasted red pepper. It was hearty and bursting with flavor, something I would definitely order again. Our server was attentive despite the crowds, and from what I could see the kitchen is well organized. The Mall at Millenia was a great place for us to kill time before our flight back home, and Brio has proven to be a big reason why.

If you’re craving for some Italian cuisine, this place is the right choice. Tired from shopping at Millenia mall, just walk around before you exit and you’ll see this place(there’s one in Winter Park too). If you have any kids, good to bring them too. Nice people, very accommodating esp if u have kids at least u won’t feel blah whether they get a little loud or cranky you have space to move around… great food and ambiance. Price is about right as well. Let me start you with some lobster bisque(soup) really good, campanelle carbonara, spicy shrimp n eggplant, crab & shrimp cakes, crème brûlée, and of course pepperoni pizza for kids could never go wrong. Now feel free to comment if you don’t agree with what food I just suggested. As of me, my food recommendation(s) I think are pretty awesome n tasty.

3 stars for the Brio trademark, ambiance and for old times sake. A big fat ZEROSTAR for the customer service and greeting. Brio is one of my favorite restaurants in the country and I always had great experience when I dined in one of them. BUT… This place is about to change my mind. I came to this location for lunch and I asked for a table for two. The ladies in the front gave me a buzzer and said the wait time is 25 – 30 mins. I was waiting outside and saw that there are 5(FIVE) tables available and 4(four) tables occupied, outside. I went back in and asked to be seated outside as there were 5 tables available.(see video attached). And the response was«there was only 1 waitress serving outside and that they didn’t want to overwhelm her.» And that I still had to wait until my pager buzzed. Well me and my company did wait for 20 mins to get one of those 5 empty tables. And a not happy/not smiling waitress outside. I was kind of hesitant to ask for a refill cause she had such a scowling face. Brio is well known with the service they provide but obviously the attendants did not get the memo here… It is ridiculous to make people wait when they can clearly see there are empty tables. Either not a good marketing strategy or not good attendants welcoming guests.

One of the best Happy Hours! Food and drinks start at $ 4. Our favorites are Margherita flatbread for $ 4, Brio burger, Black Pepper shrimp, and the Roasted garlic and artichoke dip all for $ 6 each. Try the red or white peach sangria for $ 4. All the food and drinks are delicious!

Kind of a higher end Italian restaurant to be found in a shopping mall. But it is a higher end shopping mall. I had the Lobster & shrimp Fettucine in a slightly spicy Alfredo sauce. Delicious! Perfectly cooked lobster chunks, shrimp and a very nice sauce. For desert, I had the Mascarpone Cheesecake, with caramel drizzle, and a crème anglais. Besides the good food, this is also a nice place to hangout, especially on the«patio».

This was not my choice of restaurants but I was with a group of co-workers and I didn’t have a choice. There were 6 of us so it wasn’t too large of a group but the service was terrible. Drinks weren’t refilled, plates weren’t cleared and overall our waiter was absent. I ordered the beef medallions and asked them to be cooked medium but they were overcooked and dry. I had low expectations for this place and I was not disappointed.

I love this place for happy hour. I decided to go to happy, which they have a happy hour from nine to ten p.m. They have a great happy hour menu which included flatbread, egg plant fries, a mozzarella tomatoe infused balsamic vinaigrette salad, and delicious sangria for amazing prices anywhere from 4 dollars to 7 dollars for amazing food and drinks. The atmosphere in Brio in Millenia Mall is great. It’s definitely a great place to go for dinner as well, but I have to say I was super impressed with their happy hour…

Came to Brio for a large family rehearsal dinner. Beautiful setting, right by the Millennia Mall entrance and the Christmas tree was up. After eating at a different Brio for a Unilocal event I knew what to expect. — Great customer service, the waiter I had from Long Island was really exceptional. — Beautiful décor; classy Italian steakhouse made in grand-form — Italian food, that’s a hit or miss depending on what you order. The bread basket was nice, I loved the parmesan/flax thin crisps. Got a choice of soup or salad. The minestrone soup was too spicy for others to eat, I got to try it too :) not spicy at all in my opinion, it was good. The salad was prepared so long in advance, it was wilted from the dressing. I asked the waiter for another and he brought me out the same thing. The salad was iceberg lettuce so it loses its crunch. I chose the steak entrée which was gorgonzola crusted filet mignon. Medallions of filet were brief with the cheese on top as opposed to a whole steak. Very salty and rich for me I had one piece and my hungry husband finished it for me. The whipped potatoes were creamy, I’m sure plenty of butter, but it was yum. I got to taste the salmon and I wish I got that entrée. Perfectly cooked, tender, flake on to your fork good. The vegetables look great too. Oh and pizza smelled great here.
