Cadence Crossing

As a resident it really upsets me to see so many lies being told about this complex. First of all the grounds are decent they take a lot of pride in their appearance (red flag) !! They have lawn maintenance on schedule every Monday which is quite annoying. If you want to be rudely awakened to a loud lawn mower and Leaf blower move here! While the lawn is well maintained it is the exact opposite for the actual units! Paint piled on paint, bad outlets, horrible plumbing that is constantly clogging and flooding the tenant downstairs! I have lived here for a little over a year and have put in several maintenance request and can you believe it zero have been fixed… however they politely tell me that I will be paying almost an extra $ 100 in rent because they added a closet sized exercise room… YAAAYYY…(sarcasm) ! There is NEVER enough parking and their newest way to suck the tenants dry is to offer paid assigned parking causing more of a nuisance… please DO NOT MOVE HERE ! They are liars and thieves who use attractive office staff and overly maintained lawns to sucker you in. Please do not say I didn’t warn you! PS the washer and dryers are always broken but I guess who cares if the tenants have clean clothing as long as the grass and pool looks amazing right!

I stopped in to visit a friend of mine who lives here. Their apartment is a one bedroom and quite spacious. Their bedroom was Very large, and their sitting/​lliving room was as well. They had parquet through out the entire apartment.
The only serious drawbacks would be the size of the kitchen — tiny and the ac which didn’t seem to actually be able to handle the flow of air. Even though it was set for 74*, it never got below 79* while I was staying there.

This is such a great company to work with and the customer service was excellent. I had the pleasure of working with Tonya and I had a great experience. Great Community! Great People!
