We went here our first night, we sat outdoor. Our table was completely dirty and sticky with some sort of liquid. We asked if our table can be cleaned and they never cleaned it. Our waitress was not polite or friendly She had an attitude with us yet she welcomed another customer she knew. She barely came to our table. Our hook kept dying out ! And I couldn’t taste the flavor in it. I so regret going here so unprofessional and dirty. I don’t know why I remained there the whole hour we stayed !!! Yuck!

Different than other hoohak joints in the area… Had a good time. Music is too loud and shisha can be much better for a hookah joint borrowing the name Cairo and catering to clients in Orlando!

This place looked good considering the other reviews of other hookah lounges in the area, but I was very disappointed. Being very knowledgeable about hookahs, the staff didn’t seem to know very much about flavor mixes. They were confused when I requested to mix flavors. Furthermore, it took about 15 min to get coals replaced. I wouldn’t be coming back here, but I don’t know how this place compares to other places, but from what I can tell it’s a bit on the pricy side.

Went to this poace twice during my stay in florida. Both times we ordered sheesha and water. First night went well the waiter was very attentive and got us our coal immediatley. The second night which was a Monday night the service was terrible. We ordered a sheesha and it was suppose to be geisha flavored and it pretty much tasted like double apple. We wanted to address with the waitress but she came back to us 15 mins later to bring the water she forgot and immediately left. Then when our coal died and we wanted more we couldn’t find her. Finally my husband found her and asked her for coal and it still wasnt brought to us. Finally we just paid the bill and left.

I wish I could rate it lower. One of the worst bars on the east coast. They will always try to add dubious charges to your bill. Their first attempt will be a $ 15 cover charge to get in. If that fails, they will attempt to enforce $ 20 minimum charge. The female host/​owner is horrible and unprofessional. Come to this hookah lounge if you you wish to be barked at by the owner and not be served. We did not get a menu for 15 minutes. This place thinks that they are doing their customers a service by giving them the time of day.

Let me begin by saying that Central Florida does not have many hookah bar/​lounge options so I’m grateful and it’s possibly one of the reasons why I’m giving this place 5 stars.
It was my first time going to this hookah lounge for my birthday and I had a good time. There was a live DJ playing all types of diverse music, the waiters are extremely attentive to the tables always refreshing the coal and making sure we were okay.
The DJ ended up asking me for a dance and always shouted the birthday pals/​gals out of the night. It was fun, will definitely come again.

Very nice place loved the hookah, the staff was a little attentive. I felt they may have paid more attention to the regulars. But when it can time for us to leave it took over 20 minutes for us to get the check even after asking out waiter. I won’t be coming back to this place ever and will let my friend know to stay away also.

Such an awesome lounge off the beaten path. DJs and entertainment over the weekend, and the best hookahs in town. Amine and the staff there is highly knowledgeable and helpful. A great experience!

Came here last night for the very first time. I’m actually visiting from California and needed my hookah fix!
Glad I found this place on Unilocal.I don’t think I liked all their choices for flavors but Tara suggested peach mango mint and it was really good! It was hitting really well. I came on a Tuesday so it wasn’t cracking at all… But I didn’t really care. I’m traveling for work and just wanted to relax anyways.
They also had blue moon which was a huge plus for me.

I think this place might be good if you have never smoked hookah in your life! And I did give them 2 stars because it is Florida and they had really good singers and security guard but besides that! The hookah sucked I couldn’t believe the only flavor they had was al fakher I get most of their customers are Arabic but if they had other brands like «fumari» they would attract other nationalities too! Nd the charcoal was those cheap one that u can light it up by using ur own lighter!!! I would say with the amount they are charging people they should at least invest in better quality of hookah flavors and charcoals and the last thing was the girl working was apparently deaf and couldn’t speak one word in English because what ever I was asking she didn’t understand … But this place might be good for people there but I was VERY disappointed!!! :(

THE best hookah bar I’ve ever been to. As a regular hookah smoker I am VERY impressed. Been to many hookah bars and this one blows them all out of the water. Nice ambiance and great crowd. Hookah taste amazing and the wait staff is great as well. Will definitely come back here when I visit Orlando! Check it out!

they were very helpful with shisha selections. it’s a large beautiful space, right in tourismo hades, but it’s so lovely, you don’t even notice the mouse ears on the people driving by.
perhaps an update on their rink menu — they didn’t know what they had & I actually told them the price I would pay for their prosecco (weird, but fair).
great people watching & not a hazy smoke den like most of the competition.

Didn’t get any food because I came here after getting dinner but the hookah is really good and prices are good. Got the Sec on the Beach and drank an Long Island. Both very taste. Relaxed atmosphere and live band makes it even better. Chill place or just sit on a couch and smoke hookah.

5 stars for being consistent on several occasions. I ordered a grapefruit head with citrus mint with 2 drinks. The drinks were ok, the hookah was phenomenal. A bit pricey but where else are you going to find a comfortable atmosphere in Orlando. Best hookah in the area.
Also very friendly and attent staff. Saeed the owner is always a pleasure.

If you enjoy hookah regularly, this is not the place for you. They do have some nice setups, if you’re lucky enough to receive one. We were given a made in China hookah, with quick light coals, and mouth tips that don’t fit the hose. The price of hookah was steep, 24 bucks and they charged us $ 2 for water bottles instead of tap water.
On the bright side, they were proactive about replacing the burnt out coals. The environment was nice for an intimate group and conversation.
It was unfortunately our observation that the traditional Egyptian setups were given to regulars and other middle eastern customers. It just seemed a bit strange.
I have an Egyptian hookah at home, use coconut coals, and regularly smoke. It was just a disappointing experience overall.
