Cool Limos 4 Less

Stay far away from this company. Booked them for 7 hours which should have been more than we needed but wanted to make sure we weren’t rushed. First they arrived at our first pick up 35 minutes late. The driver called to apologize stating that it was his first time driving and he was about 5 minutes away (really 35 away). The dispatch then called right after and lied, saying that there was an accident on the Turnpike that shut down the turnpike. Well, the driver just told me otherwise, so why lie… anyway, dispatch said that he would be only 5 – 10 mins late. Then the driver called back because he didn’t know where to enter the gate code… HMMM maybe the big box right in front of the gate. Then he finally arrives in an 8 passenger car when we ordered and paid for a 10 PAX vehicle. This vehicle was missing knobs to almost everything, A/​C only worked on super cold or off, only had some of the glassware and was in dire need of a renovation… So finally we are on our way to the first pickup after us… Literally 3 miles away and 4 right hand turns… This guy took nearly 15 minutes just to try and set up his GPS to then learn that his was broken (Now I already gave the limo company each pickup address prior, but hey, what do I know.) The driver said that we would have to give him turn by turn directions so at first we did and still took this guy nearly 30 minutes to make it those 3 miles. Off to the next two pick up and should have been no more than 35 – 40 mins tops for both pick ups… Took over an hour and a half… Meanwhile, we are running our iphones as GPS for him because he said his stand was broken… Doors set on child lock so we could open our doors, driver couldn’t figure out how to unlock windows or turn on power to the radio until well over half way to the restaurant… Every stop, he kept apologizing that he never drove a limo before as if we could figure that one out on our own… So, originally we accounted for 1:45 minutes to cover roughly a total of 45 +/​-​miles with 3 stops to make if to a 7:30 dinner reservation for our company holiday outing and needless to say, we had to change our reservation 4 times and ultimately arrived just before 9:00 pm (we were scheduled to leave at 5:45 pm mind you). one couple drove themselves and sat waiting for us for over 1 and ½ hours… Then the driver asked me to text him when we were ready… well now my cell is dead after having to provide him with GPS that he didn’t seem to be able to follow anyway so that is when my wife swapped numbers with him and she gave him simple instructions to get it perfect going home… Meaning, call dispatch and have them recite turn by turn directions, email them to his phone or bring out a functioning gps if he cant handle the same trip in reverse… Well we had a nice dinner even though we had to cut short from the original plan (and that was only because the owners of the restaurant were awesome and made sure we had a good time in the shortened time span)… So now it is time to go home… left the restaurant around midnight… Guess what, this clown still managed to take over 3 hours to get us home to final destination… Granted it is a longer vehicle and not going a top speeds… I decided to do the exact route myself going 5mph less than every speed limit and, guess what, it took precisely 52 minutes during weekday rush hour traffic… Then assume 5 mins at each stop (which is gracious since our guests were waiting outside already at each stop), including us that would be 4 total stops… so at worst case scenario, this should have been no more than 1 hr and 12 mins. So considering we initially anticipated room for even more delays at the 1:45 (33 extra minutes), ow can someone be so directionally impaired (with my siri telling him exactly where and when to turn) that it took him nearly 3 hours to get there and over 3 hours to get home… My guess is that these guys might be in the business of trying to over charge for the extra hours… Never the less, at 3 am when we finally got home, I called dispatch to let them know how bad things were and the guy David that answered said I could talk to an owner until today (guess what, still waiting for that call back) and instead of apologizing or at least attempting to lie to me again like he did the first call to tell me that they would be late, he start telling me to F#@& myself and to F&*# off and there is nothing they could do… To the company owners, while your driver was friendly, shame on you for sending him out for his first time ever driving any limo, let alone a passenger service. You completely set him up for failure every step of the way and you definitely need to check your dispatcher, David… He alone will destroy your business, especially if you are looking for repeat corporate accounts like mine…

I used Cool Limos 4 Less for a group trip to the Orlando City Soccer game last Sunday night. They were very easy to deal with and had a great vehicle — a Hummer H2 Limo. The driver arrived on time and was extremely courteous and friendly. The ride to the game was awesome, and we scored a premium parking spot which we needed because it rained heavily during and after the game. The driver even had extra umbrellas to help us through the rain. I can’t wait to use this service again for our next event and highly recommend them.

DO NOT — I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SHADY ASS COMPANY!!! Sure the rate is fairly cheap but the LIMOS ARE TOTAL SHIT!!! the first limo — the driver was nice, that’s the only plus… the partition would not go up, there was no ICE or water or anything in the limo, and to top it off, the RADIO DID NOT WORK!
For our ride home, we switched cars and got with another driver all together. I didn’t think the cars could get any worse… Well the proved me wrong. This car had a serious legitimate oil leak or something… the whole back was full of fumes — i was freaking sick as hell by the time we got home. I am not joking at all about this… The limo had to be at least 15 years old — the one plus was the radio did turn on, but all the speakers were blown and shortly after we were underway the radio stopped working… Actually the all the lights were flickering off and on… This is some seriously shady stuff.
TAKE THIS AS A WARNING! there are lots of reviews on other sites 4 and 5 stars, these people are either fake — or maybe HIGH from ridding in the limo we had.
To top it off i now had an additional 60 $ in charges for gratuities, I am not a stingy tipper, and i had already tipped the drivers in cash.

The prices at Payless Transportation, seemed too good to be true… well they are! They should call it GET-​LESS Transportation. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with.
We booked an airport transfer to and from our hotel for our vacation. Our confirmation email said that the driver would meet us with a sign in front of baggage claim. Upon arrival, we retrieved our bags and happily waited, excited to begin our vacation, almost 15 minutes past pick up time, no sign of our driver. So, we called to see what the issue was. We were (rudely) informed that we needed to haul all our luggage downstairs to go meet him at pick-​up spot outdoors, location A45. We were not told a reason for this change of plans, nor given any insight as to where this meeting location was. Later when I mentioned this confusing change, they claimed that it was a freak thing & generally they are able to meet guests at baggage claim. But even if this were the case, I can’t understand why they let me stand around in the wrong spot for 15 minutes, they had both of our cell phone numbers but made no effort to let me know they were changing the meeting location. When were they going to tell me this new plan???
Navigating your way thru MCO while pulling multiple suitcases is not fun. We had flown into MCO before, but have always had a helpful driver to give us a hand with the bags & lead the way down to the car. This time, it takes us quite a few minutes to lug all our stuff downstairs and find the (VERY CONFUSING) location. But eventually we get to pick-​up spot A45. We stood there for 10 more minutes, no sign of our vehicle. We phoned again. This time we were told he had to circle the airport, and he would be right there… 10 minutes later, no limo!
Finally about 45 minutes after the original pick-​up time he arrived. Pulled up to the spot and put his window down and yelled our last name at us. Once in the limo, things did not improve. The vehicle seemed as if it were older than us and had an overwhelming ammonia smell (I suppose I’m glad it was cleaned, but literally my husband got nauseous from the fumes!) And the Air Conditioning didn’t seem to be working, Florida in August, you can only imagine how comfortable that was!
We had pre-​scheduled a grocery stop. He pulled into the grocery store parking lot informed us «Better make it quick! You were late for your pick-​up» This infuriated me! Our delayed pick-​up was entirely the company’s fault, so his snide comment was unnecessary and misplaced! Granted we are only allowed a 10 minute grocery stop, and the driver will generally remind you of that, but they generally do it in a POLITE manner instead of scolding us before we even got out of the car!
Since it was clear that this guy had an attitude problem, we timed ourselves in the grocery store. It was 9 minutes from the time we opened the car door to when we got back in the car. He didn’t help us with the groceries or even get out of the car to open the door for us. Obviously, we decided we needed to cancel our return transfer and book a different company.
Once at the hotel, I called to cancel our return trip. The «manager» (or so he said) was about equally skilled at customer service as our driver was! About 5 minutes into our conversation I was hung up on. Literally hung up on! When I phoned back again, he proceeded to give me one excuse after another, about how they have to be so curt due to previous customers being trouble-​some. His story changed continuously thru-​out the conversation, and worst of all was the lies! He tried to tell me we spent over 25 minutes in the grocery store! Also, at one point he told me it was my fault we were in the wrong meeting location… while in the same conversation he told me about how they’re generally able to meet guests up at the baggage claim and that this «almost never happens» … it all made no sense! After a 15 minute phone call of complete rudeness and lies, he only offered me a partial refund for our pre-​paid return trip (even though I was attempting to cancel a trip that was still 12 days out and supposedly their cancellation policy was 10 days)
Dealing with these people could have ruined my vacation. Thankfully I didn’t let it & booked a REAL transit company for our return trip. When we returned home from our trip, I contacted the BBB of central Florida. The BBB got back to me a few months later, but their apologetic reply was that «Payless Transportation refused our request to discuss this situation», not surprised! Clearly, this guy isn’t looking for return customers!
We still love to travel to Orlando, but now we use a quality transportation company. To this day there’s still an occasion that we shutter while in MCO and say «remember that horrible time». Please don’t let this happen to you, pay the extra $ 20 and use a company with good reviews, you won’t regret it!

I diligently searched for a reasonable way to get from orlando airport to Universal Studios and thought I had found the perfect solution. Payless offered round trip limo transportation for $ 80 and their website said a $ 5.00 coupon was available for use on roundtrip reservations. The drivers were polite and the cars were clean. The problem arose when I arrived home and checked my credit card and found that I had been billed $ 95 instead of the promised $ 75. I called for an explanation and was told that there was a 10% fuel surcharge and the coupon (still on their website) has not been valid for six months. I should have been suspicious when there was no total price listed on my reservation confirmation. Caveat emptor, I suppose.
