Our Family Serving Yours

Craig Miller’s Field House is a Miller Family idea inspired by over 50 years of Foodservice Experience. We put together the concept of a Sports Restaurant with superior food, Southern Hospitality, and «not a bad seat in the house.» Craig’s brother, Glenn, opened the Miller’s Field in San Diego in 2007, and Craig and his son Jeffrey are honored to spread the Miller family culture on the east coast here in our hometown of Orlando.

Craig Miller has spent over 50 years operating some of America’s truly iconic Restaurant Brands. Craig began his career working in a small independent Restaurant in his hometown of Rockledge Florida, The Neptune Diner. From there, he led and helped grow both the Pizzeria UNO and Ruth’s Chris Steak House Brand to national acclaim.

Mr. Craig S. Miller is a former CEO of Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Chief Executive Officer and President of Ruth’s Hospitality Group Inc. (formerly Ruth’s Chris Steak House Inc.) from March 2004 to April 2008. Mr. Miller served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Furr’s Restaurant Group Inc. from November 5, 2001 to September 26, 2002. He has a total of 32 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to Furr’s, he joined URC, LLC in 1984 and served as its President from 1986 to 2001, Chief Executive Officer since September 30, 1996 and also its Chief Operating Officer from 1986 to 1998. He served as Vice President and Executive Vice President of Uno Restaurant Corp. from In October 2002, Mr. Miller founded, and until March 2004 he served as the Chairman of Miller Partners Restaurant Solutions.
