I had an elderly dog that was very sick during her last days, a new dog with a urinary problem. I contacted Dan to clean my rugs for me. Wow!!! I am not kidding when I say my rugs are the cleanest they have been since I bought them. The guys got spots out that other companies had told me were impossible to get out and had charged me extra. Dan’s guys also cleaned my sofa and futon. OMG!!! I could not believe the miracle they worked on those. Best part — they did not try to upsale me. Awesome.

Great experience working with this company! Fred, my sales/​scheduling contact, is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to on the phone. Jimmy was my cleaning technician, and he was super professional and pleasant when he came to clean my carpets in my 3 story townhouse — even after a long, full day of working a big project at another home. My carpets look practically new, despite being 10 years old. I just signed up for the tile cleaning and sealant with Dan Dan for all of the tile in my house. Don’t waste time & money on the «deals» from bargain sites… Dan Dan is fairly priced, there are no surprises when they come to your house. And ladies — we all worry about this, whether we say it or not — but I felt very comfortable and safe with the tech in my house, and I was alone at the time. But overall, great experience, and I’m glad to have a «go-​to» deep cleaning service for practically everything in my house for the future.
FYI — I left the same review on Google, but wanted to share here as well because I want everyone to know my thoughts! I’m not a robot nor paid to do this. Just sayin’, in case any question of authenticity of this review!

We needed our carpets cleaned ASAP and I called Dan and he made it happen! It just so happens that I got lucky and spoke to Dan himself. He was very thorough and professional. He made it a point to explain their different cleaning packages and also how they calculate the pricing which was refreshing because not all companies do that. He also didn’t try to up sell me which was great.
The day of the cleaning the tech that was supposed to come out had a family emergency and Dan came out instead and did the cleaning. I think this says a lot about the way Dan runs his business and cares about his employees. Dan was nothing short of professional and flexible. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable carpet cleaning company. I will definitely use Dan Dan the Carpet Man again in the future.

We own a home and have two rentals, and we are so happy with their service. Dan Dan the Carpet Man is our go to from here on out. We needed them to come out in a very tight timeframe and were more than accommodating. Came on time, delivered a professional, super clean, deodorized carpet beyond our expectations. And this was a rental house with two dogs living in it. You would never know now after they came and cleaned. Fast, reliable and thorough, they are great!

As a previous Realtor I’ve used several carpet cleaning companies for various listings throughout the years… After my experiences with Dan he’s my go to guy.
We’ve used him twice now for our personal home and we are thrilled with the results. I have two black cats (one long hair) and a typical carpet cleaning (before Dan) involved large wet clumps of cat hair left all about the house. We don’t have that problem anymore!
Aside from doing a great job I would say the customer service has been stellar. Our tech the first visit was so PASSIONATE about getting the stains out. He was so excited to see how clean he could get the carpets. He didn’t treat it like another job to get through the day… he wanted to really clean the carpets! Dan called a few days later to check in and make sure we were happy with the results which I also loved.
We just used the company again earlier this month and are just as happy with the experience! I think if you base quotes solely on pricing they are a bit more but you GET SO MUCH MORE.

I recently tried dan dan carpet man and I was really impressed. I usually always use Stanley steemer and was a little hesitant to try someone new but I will never go back! I had them clean my carpets, rug and my couch. Awesome job on everything. Especially my couch!!! The carpet tech was very passionate and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Great experience!

So I had a big party coming up at my home, and the first thing I thought was, «Oh my gosh, my carpet is disgusting! Yuck!» Sure, there were other things that I needed, but a clean carpet would be priority number one. It’s with that knowledge that I looked around for highly qualified Carpet Cleaners, and I ultimately chose Dan Dan. I have to say, I could not have been more pleased with the result that I ended up getting.
From the moment that my phone call was answered, I knew I was in for great service. Not long after I had a scheduled appointment, and I knew that my carpets would be saved by this heavenly company. This all came true the day of the job…
Their truck, from the company that features a self-​made sueprhero, came in like a flash! As if ripped from the pages of a comic book, they bounded from their truck and rushed onto the scene ready to clean. No dirt was safe from these heroes of clean carpets!
Okay, so maybe that’s a slight fabrication, but the point is still valid. Not only were they timely and attentive, but they ended up leaving my carpets looking newer than I’ve ever seen them. I could not have been more satisfied.
Oh, and in case you were wondering, the «new» carpet was the talk of the party. Thanks, Dan Dan The Carpet Man! You’re my hero!

Unfortunately, I learned the hard way all carpet/​upholstery cleaning companies are not created equal… I am happy to report I was pleased with the service and quality provided by this company. Everyone was courteous and professional, from the appointment setter to the staff that cleaned my upholstery and carpet. The cleaner took care to explain what they were doing and advised of what I should for upkeep.
The quote provided on the phone was accurate and came in about 25% lower than a competitor. I will definitely use their services again!

I just had the carpets in my Orlando vacation home cleaned by Dan and his crew.
My wife was blown away — hard to believe these are the same carpets. I had all but given up on these carpets and was shopping for new flooring, when a friend told us about Dan.

We have Berber carpet and it’s just holds on to dirt. Dan Dan The Carpet Man clean the carpet. Wow, it came out perfect. I couldn’t believe it. We had another «national» company clean it last year and within 3 weeks, it looked almost as bad as before we had it cleaned. But not this time. It’s been 2 months and it’s still clean. I highly recommend Dan Dan.
