Went in to get my eyebrows threaded, the person that provided the service was not there. Decided to get them waxed and when I left the salon I noticed I had wax in between my eye brows and on my hair! She didn’t seem to take her time with me since I was «only getting eyebrows». I believe in great service no matter how much $ the client is spending. Not recommended.

I visited this salon for the first time today (2÷29÷16) for a mani/​pedi in hopes of finding a new permanent place to go. I’ll just say that I’m not set in stone either way just yet.
PROS: The salon appears to be very well kept and clean. The staff is courteous and kind. There are many different options to choose from in the pedicure category with varying price ranges. Wide variety of color choices, both regular and gel. I made an appointment and was actually seen at my scheduled time.
CONS: The 2 I dealt with (one for the mani and another for pedi) seemed to be in a rush although the shop wasnt busy when I went (at 1pm on a Monday). I choose the #4 «SIGNATURE PEDICURE» which costs $ 35. Overall it was just ok and I expected more from their «signature pedicure.» I’m used to a deeper scrub and cleaning during my pedicures and I didnt get that. I think what turned me off most about it was that the technician who did my pedi rushed away for an appt leaving me with a separate technician to do my manicure. It’s not that she had to leave that was off-​putting but that it seemed the pedicure was rushed because she had to leave. As for the MANICURE (cost an additional $ 10) it was just ok as well. It actually looks more like I just got them polished than an actual manicure. This nail tech seemed to be less in a rush until he was actually finished and someone else came in for a manicure. He told me to wait 5 minutes for my nails to dry and after about 60 seconds he comes and tells me they are dry and I can leave because someone else showed up for a gel manicure.
All in all, I think I will give it one more shot before I write it off… unfortunately I’m often too optimistic for my own good.

I made the awful mistake of going somewhere else so I’m warning you now, don’t go anywhere else but here. I’ve been going here regularly for over a year now and I am blown away each time. They may be a couple of dollars more expensive than other places in the area but there is no competition. I’ve had the pleasure of having Na (I believe the owner), Vivian, and Kenny doing my nails and they have all been great! I haven’t had the opportunity for Amy to do mine, but every time I am there when she is — her clients always leave happy.
This place knows how to deliver top of the line customer service. Thumbs up, Debonair!

My first experience here wasn’t great, but I came back to see Amy the second time (she was really sweet and could tell I was unhappy the first go around). I’ve been about six times now, and Amy is my go to. I’d recommend requesting her.

Just had a grand experience with Na. Manicure and pedicure. My pink nails (gels) are awesome. The massage during my pedicure was soooo relaxing. As a first time customer I was treated warmly and graciously. I have plans to be back. When you get great you return.

Looooove this place! Having lived in numerous states I was prepared to have to hunt for the perfect nail place. My first experience was great no complaints, but when I came back a second time and let Vivian do my nails i knew I found my nail salon! She is great. She does exactly what you tell her to and always makes sure to get your approval before continuing you nails. If I bring her a picture she makes my nails look just like it. Not only that she is a joy to be around.

«Holy tender nails, Batman!». I came in ala’ impromptu today for a full liquid gel set. Disclaimer: This is my first time getting a liquid gel set, however I have received gel manicures at other locations. They were able to take me in quickly without any waiting or hassle. The service was simple and kind. I noticed my technician had what looked like pre-​used nail files and I’m used to the other locations where they have them pre-​packaged and sanitized. If you freak out about this kind of thing, this is not your place. My nails are quite short and I noticed a heavy amount of gel being applied to the nail at once so they were looking quite bulky. Again, this was my first time, so I kept it simple and let the technician do her thing. Here’s the part where I almost cried like a baby but toughened up and dealt with it. When my nails had the fresh liquid gel and were placed under the UV light, I felt like a torch was being placed on each of my nails. OUCH. I asked if this was normal and the technician assured me it was. Fast forward to now, as I type with ouchy nails, I researched that applying heavy amounts of gel at once on tender nails may cause this type of pain (wish I had known that sooner). Overall the color application was nice, the service was nice, but the technique was not up to par in comparison to other salons I have been to. If you are in the area and are looking for a quick manicure, I wouldn’t stay away from this place, however, I would not drive out of my way to come here.

First time visiting as I recently moved to Orlando. Place is clean and the employees are very professional with welcoming personalities. One of the few salons in the area that does liquid gel fill-​ins (for those of you that are from up North) on nails. I got my fill ins done, a pedicure and picked out a beautiful coral rust gel color for my hands and feet. Na made sure to check if I comfortable and encouraged feedback/​constructive criticism. My eyebrows were waxed to my liking. Ana asked if I had an acne medicine on or micro abrasion done to my face before applying wax to ensure that my face wouldn’t be damaged. She even asked if I was allergic to aloe as they apply aloe instead of oil. The station that you lay on moves to make it easier for Ana to get into the proper position for waxing and she made sure that I didn’t suffer from motion sickness before moving the station from side to side. The gentleman that did my feet was very attentive, took his time and gave my feet & legs a wonderful massage. A little pricer than what I pay up North for my nails but it seems to be the norm for the Orlando area. Well worth the 30 minute drive and I will definitely be back! So, I really did like this place at first for gel manicures. They lasted about 2 weeks, which is good enough with my workout regimen. Recently I went on a Saturday and got a French gel manicure and I was already wondering about some imperfections during application about whether it would chip (I did address this and he made an attempt to fix it). Regardless, after only 4 or 5 days 4 of my nails had started to chip already. I called Thursday after work and they said to come in at 6pm on Friday.
I ended up coming in a little early and the guy was busy so I waited until a little after 6. I didn’t mind since I was the one who was early. He removed the chipped nails and we re-​did all nails (not French). I had had a terrible stressful day and didn’t question anything, maybe I should have. At the end I asked what I owed him, kind of expecting «nothing, this is to fix your chipped nails», but instead I was charged full gel manicure price. I was too emotionally exhausted to argue so I silently paid and left, again, maybe my mistake. But most nail salons guarantee the gel for at least a week if not more. It had been under a week and they were clearly chipping (not just one nail).
While the re-​do looks great, I don’t think I will be returning to a salon that doesn’t stand behind their work. This is sad because I really did like how my nails looked here and that they seemed to take care of them well.
EDIT: So here’s an update to my earlier review. As mentioned I was hoping it was all a misunderstanding. Na contacted me to talk about the experience and offered me a new manicure/​gel nails free of charge the next time I come in. We also discussed their policy on repairing chipped/​broken nails.
When I came in I ended up getting a pedicure and brought a friend and my nails look great as usual. Thank you for taking care of your customers.

I visited this salon while working in Orlando. The whole décor of the place was amazing. It was my first time there and the lady who did my nails did an EXCELLENT job. I’m sad I can’t remember her name! My go-​to nail salon when I’m in town

This is the best place! My nail tech which happens to also be the owner is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. She pays extra attention to her clients and is very helpful with all services offered. Everyone that works there are very friendly. It is a very clean facility and they offer a wide variety of services. They are also open 7 days a week which is very convenient. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Being super picky about finding the right «home» nail salon, I’ve finally found it. My go-​to technician is Amy! She did such a great job and I never leave disappointed! Everyone else is really nice as well! The salon is super clean and it definitely makes me feel comfortable while there.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time now and I still haven’t been disappointed!
They now carry a wide selection of Zoya polishes and are always up to date with their OPI colors.

I enjoyed my services at Debonair and will be going back. I’m an OPI girl & they had a wide selection of colors to choose from in that brand. They also have another brand that I can’t remember the name of.
I had a pedicure & eyebrow wax. The massage chair is one of the best I’ve sat in & Phoebe my nail tech also gave a great massage on my feet which was much needed. She also did a wonderful job with polishing. I’ve gone to other places where this has been an issue but not here.
My only small issue was the waxing. I like to keep my brows somewhat full & just shaped & mentioned this before the waxing service started. However, she thinned my brow a bit to much for me. Nothing drastic, just not how I like my brows to look.
Finally & maybe most important the facility was very clean. They also allow you to add tip AFTER they swipe your card for payment. This is a pet peeve of mine w/​places that only want tips in cash or before they total you out.
All in all I had a great experience & will return!

So I’ve totally found my new pedicure spot On a random Saturday I was looking for a place to get a pedicure as I was in dire need due to not having had one in a while. The nail tech that I prefer at my normal salon is no longer there so I was on the hunt for a new place. Thanks to Unilocal,I found Debonair Nails and Spa. I walked into this charming spa and was greeted by an employee with a smile and asked what service I needed. I informed her of why I was there and I was offered the opportunity to pick a color and shown to chair to start my pedicure. They have the chairs that massage your neck and back if you like that… and I DO. About one or two minutes after being seated, a male nail tech came and started on my feet. He was great! He did everything just right and painted my toenails perfectly. I was extremely pleased with my entire experience and will definitely be back

I came in a Saturday morning, about 9AM and I needed a gel mani and pedi. That day, Na, had a wedding party coming in about 1 ½ hrs and she needed her whole staff available. I understood and left but Na came
Out and looked for me and said she would fit me in, since a girl had JUST gotten there for her shift so between the two of them, they could get it done. Needless to say that it was great and they got me in and out in an hour and 15min. Gel Mani, Pedi and eye brow wax. I am writing this review about 3 weeks from when I got them done and they are still looking great. This will be my new place for sure. If you are in town for business, don’t think twice about going to see Na and her staff.

After moving to Windermere a few months ago it took me a while to find a new nail salon I could call my own. Debonair Nails is that place. I tried several salons in the area and this was the one where I felt most welcomed. The staff has always been kind, professional and willing to go the extra mile. Ki my nail tech is amazing. Gentle, caring and always smiling. I highly recommend this salon to anyone needing quality nail care. Every woman understands the great joy of that mani pedi and leg massage. Go for it!

My forever go-​to Nail Salon! The staff is super friendly. Amy is awesome and a perfectionist! I looooove my nails everytime, never an issue like other places I would go that are around that area.
The place is super cute and comfy. It’s a nice calm place to be when you need time away to get pampered.

Loved this place I moved down here from NJ and of course scared to try anything new I went and tried this amazing place ! I found a winner, even though it’s 25 min from my city it’s worth it, very clean their customer service is amazing NA was my nail artist super nice !! Loved it here!!!
