Bella did a gel mani /​regular pedi, waxed upper lip & brows all for $ 67. She’s friendly, a little quiet and does a nice job on everything. I would recommend her.

If I could leave –3 stars, I would. And here’s why. I went for a mani/​pedi with my friend, and the pedicure was fantastic. The manicure is where they messed up. First of all, my girl didn’t speak English. That’s fine. But when you cut my nail to the point where you’re applying pressure to stop the bleeding, and put some mysterious green substance on it, and ignore me when I ask what it is? That’s not ok. Absolutely not. I called the store because now the finger that she cut is tender to the touch, red and swollen. First, there’s no «manager» and you are given an attitude when you ask for one. Second of all, they vouch for their own. Of course. Human nature. The pseudo manager I spoke to said «well she told me she followed protocol.» Of course. She’s not going to tell you, «hey, I took a shortcut and didn’t sanitize anything.» And when I told him I’m not paying for services that caused an infection, all he could say was «well, take it up with your credit card company.» Believe me, I already did. they also asked me to drop by so they could examine it. Last I checked, there were no MD’s here. When I told them I would be physically unable to due to having to catch a flight, they basically told me I’m SOL. So in short, don’t waste your money. All this time I’ve been getting my nails done and this is the first and only infection I’ve ever gotten. Stay away from this hell hole.

This is the worst managed nail salon I’ve been to in the neighborhood. I received a gift card last year and wanted to redeem it but Jason (the manager?) did not accept it because he claimed this gift card was administrated by the previous owner before he took over. I even brought in the gift card receipt that had $ 25 transaction fee to prove there was credit on the gift card. He mentioned many customers came in and were unable to redeem their gift cards because he doesn’t have the gift card reader. You would think Jason would figure this process out before taking over the business! Who runs a business like this? It’s absolutely a poor customer service model and a really bad customer experience for people who drive out of their way to find out the nail salon doesn’t except gift cards. Do not come to this place, it’s a scam!

I wish I could give them 5 stars but the quality is not consistent. There is one girl there, Kayla who is amazing. My gel lasts 3 weeks from her. There is a newer and younger guy who sometimes works next to her who did my feet, and he was horrendous. The last time the same gentleman did my gel, I went back the same day and asked for it to be redone as all my nails were crooked and already peeling after 45 min. The positive is they fixed the issue, the negative is it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I will only go here if I have an appointment with Kayla, otherwise it’s a waste of money. The younger and newer guy who I have a 2^nd chance and allowed him to do my toes couldn’t even file the nail straight.

So normally I come to this salon and usually they are great. Today was not the same I asked for an extra massage which costs me more. But instead of it being relaxing I had to listen to them chatter in there language. Which made it so I didn’t get a relaxing massage cause she kept stopping because she was too busy talking to her friend and on her cell phone.

Fast, affordable and well executed. I only had my eyebrows done here, but was in and out in under 10 minutes with no pain or fuss. What more can you ask for!

Cindy is the best at what she does. I got gel nails lasted almost three weeks. Make sure u make a appointment she is a busy lady. She remembered are whole conversation we had the first time I was in. She is very professional and fast.

$ 32 for a mani/​pedi, my toes feel and look awesome! Absolutely no bad smell in this place either. Would definitely recommend it.

GREAT nail salon here in Orlando! Very clean, very calming, and lovely nail painting. All of the people that work there are very nice, but the job that they do is even better.
It’s walk-​in or appointment, and they have GOOD PRICING.
