Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

I do not live in Orlando so I thought it would be a treat to have dunkin donuts for once in a long while. Never the less I was disappointed. Hardly any selection of fresh donuts and the breakfast sandwich I ordered was terrible/​they were out of French bread so I chose a Mediterranean bagel yet I received some 12 grain type bagel that was way too tough to chew. Terrible experience

Staff greeted me as I walked in the door. The service was very efficient, from ordering to pick up, it took 10 minutes tops. The cleanliness of this Dunkin Donuts is very good. Considering that area has a high volume of tourists, it really is clean.
They have a drive thru but it is really hard to turn into it because it has such a sharp turn. It is walking distance to many hotels on International Drive.
We went in the afternoon for a pick me up. They have the same type of mobile thing that Starbucks offers but I am not too sure what kind of perks or benefits you receive.
This location also serves Baskin Robbins Ice Cream and sundaes.
If you are looking for something quick for breakfast or a drink in the afternoon this is a great place to stop.

This place is so messy, been here twice only because my hotel is right next to it and I wanted to get donuts for me and my friends. I was trying to take a good picture but the floor is disgusting and so is the table. There was left over food from a meal, my estimate from hours ago. The customer service is not great either. I saw a family of 5 have to sit outside in the heat because there was only one client taking a booth and using it as a bed. My friends do yourself a favor and take the drive thru.

September/​October 2014 was my first time in Florida AND the USA, and this was the first time I got to experience the glorious thing known as Dunkin’ Donuts. Wow! The breakfasts were phenomenal, and even now, I often fantasise about a Dunkin’ Donuts breakfasts.
We were in Orlando for two weeks at the end of September/​beginning of October and it was our routine before we went to one of the parks (Sea World, Aquatica and Busch Gardens) to grab breakfast from Dunkin’ Donuts, as it was only 2 minutes from our hotel (Rosen Inn International). We were in Orlando for nine out of 14 nights (with five nights in Bonita Springs to split up out stay), and I think we had breakfast here at least five times, possibly seven or eight, and the only thing I regret is not having more Dunkin’ Donut breakfasts. Potentially, I could eat there EVERY DAY.
My two personal favourite orders were Egg White Flatbread (veggie) or Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel with a coffee and glazed donut. During my stay, I also got the opportunity to try the pumpkin flavoured donut, which was a Halloween promotion. Amazing!

Not bad. Visited early November on a Saturday morning. Service was good and fast. Food was fine. No complaints. The staff was friendly and on top of cleaning. This is small inside so if you have a fairly large group, you may want to make sure there is seating before you unload everyone from the car to go inside.

Your average Dunkin Donuts. This location is on the busy International Drive.
During my most recent visit (10÷14÷14) the lobby area was closed, so it was drive through only. I am assuming they are redoing the interior, but don’t know for sure. They did have an employee outside that would also run orders to the window for those that walked up to the store. They also had outdoor seating available, which was nice.
I find that the service and products they have are not always consistent. I have experienced some issues with being mischarged here in the past, as well as have been disappointed by how my food has been prepared (burnt bagel, super light cream cheese, etc). I’ll continue to visit this location as it is convenient for me, but there are other Dunkin Donuts I would prefer to visit in the area.

Our go to breakfast for the family before doing our tourist thing. Very friendly staff, fast service, great food. Good environment! Walking distance from our hotel. Eventhough it got busy in the morning, the flow of service and customers continued without any slow downs. We ate in both times we came in. :)

Service was okay but they did mix up the order numbers then looked at us like we were in the wrong.
Outdoor seating was nice, parking lot was big and the location was easy to find.
I love Dunkin and the sprinkle donut and latte I got did not disappoint.

Worst service I’ve experienced in a fairly simple concept store in a long, long time. Three of us stopped here to get a smoothie.
Only 2 employees, one of which must have started that day with absolutely no training and had to go ask the other employee the most remedial questions.
After taking the order of the first person, the first employee didn’t even have the sense to ask the other two of us if we wanted anything. She just wandered around aimlessly for about 5 minutes. Then once we all had ordered and received it, she didn’t seem the slightest bit interested in checking us out at the register.
The other employee who was working the drive thru (which definitely was not busy) didn’t seem to interested to engage either.
Avoid this place unless you’re in need of a sugar transfusion.

One star is generous. Being from Boston, there is an on point Dunkins on every corner! This is by far the worst dunkins my husband and I have been to. Don’t ask for a bagel you will get a croissant. If you even think about ordering hash browns reconsider, you’ll be paying for 7 – 9 minis but ultimately you’ll be getting 3. The staff is unfriendly; I would even say they are quite miserable. The lines are long and they don’t get your order right. My coffee tasted like balls after having repeated it twice. We’re here on vacation and every restaraunt we have been to the hospitality wa out of this world. Don’t go here, you will be wasting your time and money.

Don’t even attempt to go into this Dunkin unless you want to deal with a massive line of tourists! 27 min wait for coffee and a sandwich! Rude staff (mainly because they are so under staffed)! Been here 3 times and every time has been beyond a nightmare! I’m a huge fan of Dunkin and visit it daily at other locations where I have a fast and wonderful experience! NOT THIS LOCATION!!,!,! Horrible!

This place is a zoo Saturday morning’s. People were everywhere. No one new exaclty what lines were what. Not a good selection on the donuts. And got our coffee order wrong but kept it anyway instead of dealing with this again.

Wow, I can’t think of the last time I’ve gone through a drive-​thru and waited 10 minutes. I could have walked in and cooked my food and made coffee for the length of time I was waiting.
This is a disaster for a D&D. Its nearly impossible to get into the driveway much less try it with a small SUV. This was like using a go-​cart at a track weaving in and out.
Must say that I was expecting to have the order correct… what a joke that was too. rrr.

Very Good Donuts! Highly recommend with Ice cream store attached. Great Coffee, Good customer service provided. Very Happy.
