Evan came out to look at our washer, dishwasher and microwave which are all busted. Was friendly and honest. Could have pushed me into a repair on the dishwasher but told me it was not worth repairing. Highly recommend him and his company.

I was super impressed by their service. Lots of communication regarding their arrival time, Evan was super polite and professional. He found our problem quickly and suggested a few different ways for us to address it. Excellent job.

They were above and beyond friendly and helpful with my service needs. They worked with me to coordinate getting someone out quickly to repair my dishwasher. The repairman was extremely knowledgeable and nice and fixed my problem perfectly. I’d highly recommend them.

Excellent company. Evan, who took care of our service, was very courteous, professional, and highly skilled. The service charge was very reasonable. Absolutely outstanding in all regards. (Although their office is located in the Conway area, I understand that they cover pretty much all of Central Florida, from Sanford to Kissimmee, and every place in between .)

These guys are incredible! I booked online and got email confirmation, then I got a text and they showed up on time. When the tech looked at my dishwasher, he found the issue in one minute. When I asked him how much, he said $ 75 trip charge… I was on my way to get my check book when he said, — you know what, this one is one us. SOOOOO honest. I was blown away… thank you guys for being the real deal.

I have used Express Appliance a few times now (talk about bad luck). That said, typically it’s my fiancée that’s home to meet Evan, yesterday I stayed home to meet him and take care of a fridge that was not cooling. Evan was very polite from the beginning, quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. I would recommend them to my friends and family and that’s the highest rating I can give anyone.

Quality service all the way around. The repairman was on time, professional, and complete in explaining what needed to be done. He even brought a small towel to wipe off his feet before walking through the house.
Pricing seemed on par with what I expected when looking online to what fridge repairs should cost. Additionally, he did not push to up-​sell any services that were not necessary.

Our dryer stopped heating and Evan was able to fix it. He was prompt, very courteous and knew exactly what to look for when I told him it wasn’t heating. I highly recommend Express Appliance Service.

I called Express Appliance Service for help with my dryer that wasn’t heating and my dishwasher that had a foul odor and wasn’t washing. A gentleman named Evan was out the following day to help. He was extremely courteous and explained the appliance challenges. I opted to repair both appliances. (I had a plumber out a few days before who had told me to just replace the dishwasher as it would be cheaper than a repair. Needless to say, the repair was a much better option than listening to a lazy plumber.) Anywho, both appliances were fixed and I was happy to have such a pleasant repair service with a true professional at a fair price.
I highly recommend this company if you need help. I will definitely be using them again when the next appliance decides to kaput!

This was one of the most professional and honest appliance service companies I have ever dealt with. They give you an appointment time AND call right before coming. They take time and explain everything and give you options. I was VERY pleased. Deal with complete confidence. Very fair. GREAT customer service.

Express Appliance is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and affordable. I have had them come out twice now (for different issues) and am always impressed by the professionalism.

I first used Express Appliance Service in 2008 for my refrigerator that wasn’t cooling. Fast forward to last week when that same appliance was icing over and a full defrost didn’t help the situation. I dug up my receipt and went to the company’s website, where I was able to book an appointment online for that very afternoon.
Shortly before my appointment time, the tech called to confirm he’d be there. I asked if I should turn off my fridge to allow the defrosting to speed along his process and at that point — to my amazement — he suggested a few things I could do to reduce his labor charges, including rescheduling my appointment for the next day. Now *that’s* good service.
Due to time constraints, I opted to take the small labor-​charge hit and keep my appointment, to which he was on time and courteous. The tech didn’t have my part in his vehicle, so he had to make a quick run to the warehouse. But upon his return, he quickly replaced the part and even started putting my food back in.
What a professional tech. I am so glad I thought to use Express Appliance Service again. That magnet is never leaving my fridge.

Contacted Express based on a recommendation from a friend to assess my dishwasher issues. They were able to come out the same day and showed up exactly on time. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained the issues clearly and concisely. The solution was also easy and didn’t cost me anything other than their service call fee. I was very happy with Express, their prices and service, will definitely use again and recommend to a friend.

Express Appliance fixed our refrigerator a while back. They were prompt, friendly, professional and helpful. I’m writing this review at this point because we’ve had other problems with this same refrigerator two times. Both times, Express Appliance made suggestions over the phone that helped us deal with the problem on our own. I appreciate the thoughtful help, even when it didn’t result in money-​making appointment for them.
